Did a rough defoliation , fed her my custom NPK 0-52-48 and i'd be feeding her this until flushing starts , i topped them twice 2 weeks perior to flowering
Buds are coming in pretty nicely , I've noticed this strain is not a very big yielder but the buds are dense as nails so the quality is very very good , the smell is kinda hits u when entering the growing room as well
I brought the lights down for the remaining weeks and also brought down the fan to canopy level to save the tops from the possible heat stress , plant is looking good for the start of week 7 and the buds are continuously getting bigger and more dense by the day
Are there any methods to increase trichome production other than nutrients and air flow? i have these 2 factors well under control as my plant receive enough food and air flow, but the frost isn't anything special and usually by week 7 all the leaves should be frosted up
trichomes are an environmental response from the plant, so if you decrease humidity the trichomes grow more to catch more humidity, if you make it colder the trichomes grow more (you're at 26, should be 24/25 max during the day and 20 at night) , i see you're already putting PK, so also try to combine with a chelation agent like bacteria, enzymes, or humic acid, it really help. for the terpenes you can add also molasses to make it sweet... so that's for the grow, when you cut and dry it is the big difference also, so work on that slow slow dry if you want medical quality. @PersianGreenthumb, good luck with the milk thing. My friend tried it. All he got was wide spread white spider web fungus covering his growing media. Like you said everything is a learning process.

Hi, lots of defoliation by week 8 flower, the leaves in your day 55 pic still look pretty vigorous and still lots of white hairs pointing straight up. Did you use a loupe to determine what stage the tricomes were in before you harvested? Those white str8 hairs make me think you had more flowering to go and more tricome production...but im a newbie so just a guess.
