This plant is snelling very fruity now. Looking very nice with lots of bud sites. I have not defoliated at all apart from a few leaves that were yellow right underneath. I feel I may need to with humidity sticking between 65-70%. If anyone can suggest defoliating or not, i tuck leaves everyday. Plant is currently drinking a litre a day, added some snail 🐌 poop to the top of pot this week increased all nutrients a little. A few lower leaves look like they are deficient or have nutrient burn, if anyone could let me know from the last pic in week 7 diary that would be great. (second grow still so much to learn) At this stage I have about 21 more days before I need to harvest due to time restrictions, hoping enough time for full development by then. The migro-100 light is being kept at 35cm from Canopy on full power, keeping schedule at 18/6 for entire grow. Until next time.

Beautiful plant! I have to ask what you think of Flawless finish? Have you noticed any difference?

@growgrowauto, thank you, I am very happy how this turned out, although I had to keep her short she really did pack on the buds. Flawless finish, this is only my second grow and first time using this. I can say that having not used this in the first grow that those buds were harsher on the throat, having sampled a little zkittlez from this I can confidently say the smoke was very smooth. Was this due to flawless finish I cannot say accurately but will put it down to this as that is what the product guarantees. I will hit you up with more of my thoughts on this product at the end of the diary. Have a great day friend

Oh yes you should defoliate. It’s really late and won’t help much. But I think you should start by removing bottom 10% of your leaves. How are you feeding her? And how are you monitoring the strength of fertilizer in the soil? Seem like she could use more calcium magnesium and a little potassium.

@Med_in_Tropic, Thanks for your detailed reply. I do believe my main problem is my grow environment and more space is required for optimum grow but we all work with the best of what we have, having to maintain descreet limits potential 😊. Yes I actually have ordered a pH reader from bluelab and look forward to spending much time getting the correct pH lol. Anyway all is good and learning and observing is fun, blessed day to you and yours.

Hi @johnnyblatez, again it is late. IF it is seventh week into flowering and you probably have one week of feeding left. For "deficiency", there are many "Cannabis Leaves Defiecientcy Chart" floating around in the internet. Pick a few that you like. I look at color of leaves and pattern of yellow/brown and stage of plants. And the way you feed them. And temperature and humidity. By the way, 26 C, 60% RH is very good for flowering. 70% is better for veg but a bit too wet for floweing stage. And defieciency does not always mean lack of nutrients. There could be excess and nutrients mix is off balance. In many case, one nutrient can lock out some other. It is very difficult to remove excess nutrients. And I think it is better add another side to balance out the excess. From my monitor, your leave color look dark green. Could be the camera or screen color. There are yellow patches - mosaic pattern almost. The patches could be a lack of calcium or could be a lak of magnesium. Likely cause, over dosing earlier in the growth. The soil could be too acidic. pH could be too low. And plants can not absorb calcium. I don't know. At late flowering stage, cannabis consumes more calcium and magnesium anyway. Soil is usually too acidic from various reason. It is safe to recommend increasing calcium and magnesium. Note, however, calcium has low mobility. It does not move up the trunk fast. 7th week of life you can increase to soil. 7th week of flowering, you will need to spray. Read the instruction if your calmax can be sprayed. However, if you want to spray, you can do it only once at this late stage. And I rinse my buds before drying. For you next grow, I recommend that you invest in a few pH meters. Buy more than one. These things break down easily. There are ranges of pH for each stage. And every week, you monitor this by collecting water that came out of from the bottom of your pot during watering. Once you start to use this pH meter, you are addicted to the meter. When one break down, you would loose confident. LOL If it is 7th weeks of life, plants still need nitrogen and phosphorus. And too much calcium/magnesium/pottassium increase soil pH and would also lock out phosphorus and you get more red color starting from the stems. And another yellowing pattern. If you can - try to get a litmus paper. Your pH should be around 6.5. Feeding, how much and how often, depends on how much your plants are eating. This is also depends on strain, temperature, light, humidity and stage. I think the best things to do is to talk to you plant. LOL. Look at how they react with feeding by seeing color, grow, and smell. Technical people monitor the soluble in the run-off water with ppm meter. For me, I just go by the look of the plant. And I am far from getting the most out our the plant. Happy growing Saludos

@Med_in_Tropic,I did remove some lower leaves yesterday. I am feeding her with every watering. I am not monitoring the soil however. Can you tell me what you see that shows that calcium and Magnesium is required? I have a product from flairform called CMX which I have been adding to nutrient solution but very small amounts, I will increase a bit. Thankyou for your feedback much appreciated. Humidity is down to 60% today which is great compared to the 70% I had the last few days. Greetings and salutations
