Hey man, the plant being small is fine, it should explode in the next few days. Just read the comments aswell. Beware of burnt leaf tips. They can be literally anything. Looking at your plant and at your watering / fertilizing schedule, there shouldnt be a problem really. I would suggest watching her grow for a few more days, during that time, try to keep an eye on the yellowing leaves / color of the leaves in general. If they are all lime / pale and the lower ones are starting to curl and turn yellow, you have a Nitrogen Deficiency, so slowly add more fertilizer(and I do mean slowly to avoid an overfertilization - way bigger problem than underfeeding !). And keep in mind that the lower leaves will stay yellow, the not affected ones aswell as the new growth should be a saturated, full and "happy" green.
And if you can, keep an eye on watering pH and runoff pH if you do have runoff. Just to make sure no nutrients are locked out over time :)
Bless up man
