amazongrow Hey bro, Our third adventure is about to start. Just had the seeds on an 8 hour journey into a glass of water and h202 and now they are planted into a 200ml litte pink pot with some plastic sheet covering it to keep humidity up. Now, wait we must. Tchau, do Brazil! =)

amazongrow Hey bros, Got her to her final resting place, it wasn't a good transplant, but she did handle it well I guess, no dropping. I gave her a little of bioheaven to start things up and on a few days I will begin the Advanced Nutrients feeding at 1/4. I've added Neem Cake Meal and Azomite to the soil. That is it. The rest is spagnhum peat moss and vermiculite. That's it bros, see you next week. Happy growing! Tchau, do Brazil. =]

amazongrow Hey bros, She is getting to the flow and had her first feed at 1/4 recommended dosage. She seems to enjoy it very much. I have a good feeling about this one, she started slow but now she seems stronger everyday. A beautiful young plant,, don't you think? That's it for the week, I guess.

amazongrow Hi bros, She just got topped to start her main-line. She is down to three nodes. I will wait a few days before I take everything else, let's see how she handled it. The growth has been good and the plant seems to like the nutrients a lot. I'm still at 1/4 recommended dosage, for this week it was 2ml/l and I gave her 0.5ml/l... from 190ppm to 226ppm on a feed-water schedule. That's it, I think she took off and I hope she can keep the growth rate after the mainline is started. note on mainline: it's hard to let go of so much growth, so I hope it is worth it. but, as I assume I will need more time for the full development of the mainline and its nodes after topping, Im assuming I will choose to LST with no topping next time. I think it is faster and I will still get 8 colas or more. Just a note, but let's see. Tchau, do Brazil! =]

amazongrow Hey bros, We are having a great week, she was topped again yesterday above the third done on each side and I've pruned both second nodes. Now she has 4 main colas at each main branch. I thought about going 10 or 12 nodes but I will stay with 8 because I think she will have more space to grow freely and I hope in the end it will give more then if I had a higher number of nodes. Let's hope for the best. I think she has become a gorgeous teenager girl, don't you? "Girl... you'll be a woman... soon." See you next week, tchau... do Brazil! =)

amazongrow Hey bros, Got away for a few days and the main-line clip got out of the soil, so one side is a little bigger then the other, that is the reason I left it a little higher after I bent then again today. Besides that, her growth has been amazing, I really like this Advanced Nutrients, I got up to 1/2 dosage and I wonder how they would react with the full dosage? I won't try because we've got rough conditions like 29c temp at day and high humidity so I bet she would feed less then if she was growing under the recommended ambient values. What do you think? I'm planning on another veg week or so, I don't think I want her to get very tall during the stretch, so I guess I'm all for the short bush plant with dense and heavy buds... I feel my 120w setup would be more useful with a small plant. This will be the first try for a small plant, because my last two got huge, so instead of popcorning smaller and downstairs buds, I would grow a thicky small bush plant... would that work best, the same, or less? I wonder. Let's see. So, that is it bros.. see you next week. Tchau, do Brazil! =)

amazongrow Hey bros, She is almost ready for the flip, I think maybe one more week or so, because I want her to get big fat buds so I have to let her build a structure for it. At least for now, all the colas seems to be growing perfectly at the same height, as if she is distributing her energy equally, it's is indeed something unique and I think it will have a good impact on her overall size and yield. It takes a lot of work to get her like that. Her branches are around 25cm each, I think I will let then grow from 35-40 so she can carry a big load of dense buds. What do you think? For these last weeks of vegetation, I'm turning on the Flowering LED part of the QB, which now gives me 120w at 3000k/4000k. Did some LST and got her tied up as she was big enough now and can grow freely. We are now at 8 main colas with 4 internal second ones that I think will get at the main class before flowering, let's hope so. It will be a beautiful shape. So. not counting the super extra work that mainlining is, I think I'm liking it. Not sure If I will run it again, but it's fun and the plant seems to love it also. Oh and I almost forgot.. I had to put down the dosage of AN back to 1/4 of the recommended because I think some leafs were starting to get yellow tips.. very very very small, almost not visible.. but.. as a warning.. I went down. Hope I did right and did not lose some vigorous growth at this last stage of vegetation. But still they love this stuff. Im anxious to see how the flowering line does... going at 1/4 and up every week. I also stop to PH the feeding, I was giving her food at 5.8 but I've read a lot and understood how the ph perfect works and I bet they will be safe with 6.3, as it is after I add the nutrients to my 6.8 ph well-water. Im still controlling ppm though, I don't think I can add the full dosage as we have lots of extreme factors here like high temperatures, high humidity, not the perfect vpd, and etc... so I started at 1/4 and got up to 1/2 and now back to 1/4. She is vigorous. AtΓ© a prΓ³xima semana! Tchau, do Brazil! =]

Hello there, I hope I can help with this one and I do have a link for you that I'll post below, along with a member that defo's on this site. Firstly if you're to defo, the majority of it should be taken before entering flower. Not 100% necessary, but defo in Veg allows the plant to recover much faster then when she's in bloom. I would do the majority of any defo you need to do a week before flower. When in flower, you can take fan leaves as you please but I would limit how much you take at a time, taking only 2 or 3 at a time, per day until you have what you want. This is all to reduce stress and encourage fast recovery. In veg, take what you want but ensure it's either directly before or after a feeding. The nutrients added will help her rebound much quicker. Why defo? Mostly to open up the canopy to light and air. Shoots and flowers below a bushy canopy will be under-developed and will probably become LARF (shake). By strategically defo'ing leaves that are blocking potential colas/shoots, we expose to air and light. These shoots will then grow like crazy and roughly match canopy and the size of your other tops. On to your plants. You trained them very well and there does not seem to be any light/air being blocked out. Your tops are all nice and far from each other, even height and their fans should not interfere with their individual growth. If a fan leaf does get in the way, you can take it, but I suggest massaging the fan stem out of the way first. A trick "naturalist's" use. Massaging the fan leaf stem between your forefinger and thumb, gently, will allow you to soften it up and direct it into the position you please. This isn't permanent and the fan will probably migrate back to its original position within 24-48 hours. BUT, this method allows us to keep out sugar maker, cause zero stress and still get the results we're looking for (light/air canopy penetration). Just takes a little more of your time to maintain the process. SO! at this time, I don't feel there's any 'necessary' defo to do on your girls. As they grow and get bushier you may like to take some fans at that time. For now, I'd suggest keeping all your sugar makers until or unless they actually become a problem and get in the way. Here is a link to growweedeasy pertaining to defo, why we do it, when we do it and the benefits of doing it with overly bushy girls. https://www.growweedeasy.com/defoliation. I'm looking for a contact I know who does defo and I will send you their diary link and/or name in PM, I just need time to source it. I hope this helped you in some way and if you need anything else, drop me a PM and I shall see if I know anything about it. Cheers, looking great and definitely on your wayπŸ‘πŸ˜‰

amazongrow Hey bros, More photos are coming tomorrow. Just had a few today and wanted to start the week so... 3rd day of flowring today, she is growing like crazy and had no feeding till today. We got a yellow leave down in partial shadow.. do you think its lack of light or beginning of N deficiency? Anyways, it was just this one. She almost double height within 3-4 days. So I did the first flowering feeding today with 2l of water and 1/4 dosage of Bloom and normal dosage of Bud Ignitor and Bud Candy. 500 ppm total. I will give her another dose of the same ppm count in two days. She drinks 2l of water per day, tomorrow I will give plain water I think. Or should I give her another 500pm? We still got till feb 4th in this week.. so two feeding/watering. Do you think I should prune the lower branches as they grow during this first three weeks or should I wait to cut the ones that wont developed after the 21th day? I did take only a few leaves during growth so no defoliation... she is growing like crazy! =) So... opinions please! What should I do? Am I feeding less by giving 1/2? During veg I gave 1/2 and she got small yellow tips on a few leaves... but just small at the beginning... in the amazon we got almost 29-30c everyday with 80% humidity so I guess giving full recommended dosage of 4m/l is way ahead of her....you guess so? Im loving to grow this strain, she is vigorous like the Northern Lights. I wish I had a clone or a friend that would send me some stealth seeds in Brazil!. I had just one LSD =/ One question about feeding. Im giving her 1/4 of recommended dosage for flowering... for Sensi Bloom Part A and B... 1ml/l... but I gave full dosage of 2ml/l of Bud Ignitor and Bud Candy. Do you think it is ok or should I keep to the proportions and give 1/4 of Bud Ignitor and Bud Candy either? It was only 500ppm so I think I will feed again on the next watering with the same dosage, total of 1000pm for first week. If you look it might seem low but with heat and high humidity it is this and a bit more that she can take. Next dosage up to 1/2 and 2000ppm per week. =) Tchau, do Brazil! =]

amazongrow Hey bros, Just adding the first photos of the week, I gave her another 1/4 feed, now keeping the proportions. She had 3 water only meals last week so I think that is way she filled some complaints for N. What do you think? I'm back here with more photos. What do you think about the yellowing? About 5 old fans and a few little leaves from the bottom. I think she is defoliating herself, but I had 3 watering only feeds last week so.. I think I might have underestimated her hunger. So I gave her 1/2 strengh feeding on the second week watering. She is a heavy drinker and we are doing about 4 feeds per week, being feed feed water water.. but I'm studying more about ppm and watching her hunger, I guess she would take it at least 1/4 or maybe full strengh, but I dont want to accumulate nutrients and have a bad taste, so we will be watching and acting accordingly. Any hints? Got the lights up because the stretch was huge this week. Oh, and I'm on distilled water, I had a gallon and it was 1-5 ppm, my water s 175 and I could not get past 1/2 strenght safely.. now I can. Let's see, She seems to love the water. But when I feed water only I will give her my amazonian well water at 140ppm. HEY BROS! Look at last picutes. Main steam is broken. Cant put tape because she is tied. What should I do? Untie, tape and leave it with some bamboo sticks? Or should I let her go? Two or 3 days since stem break. Nothing has been done, but I think it got wider (picture day 61), so I will put a tape around the 4 inner nodes's at the base just in case. Thanks for the visit Tchau, do Brazil! =]

amazongrow Hey bros, A few leaves went down alongside a few branches, and I tried to mend the branches with no success, so I got her back to her position and on the 63 day photos she looks kinda sad and twisted, because of that and of the feeding. On the other day she was ok and praying thanking for her beutiful shape and life. I hope her tiny buds get bud.. i think she stretched much with few nodes/buds.. i hope they grow and get together on their colas... Light is superclose like 10cm from highest cola.. No burning or drying until now... and everyday she gets close, even after the break there were no day she has stopped growing. Jesus, what a vigorous girl! By the shape of the leaves I think I got a more sativa pheno, am I wrong? Btw, when I went to mend and tried to get the stem together I felt it and it was already strong.. but still I've taped it and did a safe measure taping the 4 inner nodes together just in case. I will also support the main colas through a wire from the trent lateral tubes - not I deal but I think they can handle. I will do everything next saturday. The listed feed volumes are for the week not every feed. Im on a 3 feed 1 watering schedule giving 1/4 + 1/2 + 1/4 recommended dosage and she is not showing any signs of overfeeding. Little leaf tips, just a few. But when I get the nutes up she N deficiency from bottom kinda stopped. I noticed it shows almost on the other day after a water feeding... =) Hey bros, just updated. Ive put the trellis and spaced the branches, Ive cut off most of the popcorn buds and little leaves that would develop on the little branches. The colas were untouch as all the main bud made up the net. Im beginning to think I might get a good yield finally. What do you think? Thanks for the visit! =] Tchau, do Brazil!

amazongrow Hey bros, It's been a good week, up with the feeding. Im giving her now 1/3 + 1l water + 1/3 + 1l water + 1/3 + 2l water.... she's drinking everyday. Big girl. No signs of overfert I guess. What do you think? From earlier this week or maybe late last week it's like if it snowed in there! Lots of cristals! I guess there was also some new branches all over the colas, I'm beginning to think that maaaybe she will get lots of dense and heavy buds! I really hope so! The feed is around 800-1000ppm per feed. She can take it all but I dont want to give more then needed so I'm observing her... I guess I will be giving like mentioned above for this and next week and then I will go to 1/4 feedings until harvest. What do you guys think? I also took a few leaves that were blocking the buds, no fan leaves though. Something like 7,8. Not much. =) That's it. We are already on the next week so I will update as soon as I can. Thanks for the visit! Tchau, do Brazil!! =)

amazongrow Hey bros, Took a few leaves in the way of the buds. Still at 1/3 AN recommended dosage. She had a few burning tips so I will get down to 1/4 and stay there every feeding until the end. feed/water/feed/water/feed/water for the week. I bet she will pack up some weight and get those buds dense those last 3 weeks. What do you think? Thanks for the visit. I will add more photos during the week. Thcau, do Brazil! =)

amazongrow Hey bros! She is getting there i guess. A little tip burn from the last week. But now im on 1/4 all the way, feed/feed/feed/water for the week. She drinks almost everyday. Her smell is delicious and is getting stronger. I can't wait to taste it. This is the plant I touch the less, almost never touching the buds or messing with her. She has so many crystals! Let see if that make such a difference in the final product. I will take extra care on drying and curing too. Well, that is it. Starting to low the nutes for the water only week at the end (10 weeeks I guess). Interesting fact is that if you zoom to the trichomes, they are already up and looking they will burst... but clear and milk. Beautiful. Thcau! do Brazi!

amazongrow Hey bros, The burned tips have been slowly progressing so I've cut down to 1/4 and for today I gave her 6l of pure water with 2l runoff. But I did not notice any other slow growth factor, etc. She's thriving and I long to see how she packs some more weight on the next weeks, because her trichs are already bursting with resin! =) So I guess 3 more weeks to go, making it 10 weeks flowering. The smell is strong and amazing. The buds are sticky and usually stick to each other, amazing! =) I will be updating the text and adding more photos through the week. Tchau, do Brazil! =)

Hey bros, take a look at the last Day 102 pics, mold... what do you think? Does not smell like it, comes from outside. Looks like a bunch of white pistils together. I've cut one of to examine further with the mic. I will update the pics later. Oh, and also, one more week to go?

Mold or genetics???? I have a GG#4 in 8th week of flower, and I have three top buds that are actually developing cotton tops in the center of their buds. I would think mold would be thinner and more widespread.

amazongrow Hey bros, I've mixed the photos from 8th week with the 7th week, so now Im correcting the mistake and making it right. The 'mold' has not developed further, so i guess, it wasn't? It's been days and I am inspecting it everyday. I hope it turns out right. I've cutted one branch 5 days ago, it's been drying and showed no further 'mold' in it. Later this week she started drinking only water. =) I will update the next week soon and harvest at the end of it. Thanks for visiting. Thcau, do Brazil! =)

amazongrow Hey bros, I took a few branches and I will show them in the final post within the Harvest section. The mold did not evolve, so I assume it is genetics. This girl is so snow white! =) I can't write much now, but I will be updating the week later with more text. * Im not sure about the day counting, I kinda lost track because I've lost all my files in my Mac Mini Shitty Fusion Drive HD Thcau! =)

Hey bros, I've been harvesting for the past couple of weeks. I took as it rippened, I hope you can get through the pictures. I had it all on one week because it's more visual to understand I guess. I had 3 batches: first a few light buds, then a second heavy weight champios and for the last the bottom part I've left an extra week of close lights for rippening. I guess they did well for the third part. Unfortunatelly I've just weighted the first batch as 146g wet, and by guessing I would say we got around 450-550g wet.. but let's wait for the final dry weight in a few weeks. They are hanging in my closet with a little help from a friend dehumidifier. I already smoked a few of the first batch and this thing is just amazing taste, power... I guess it's probably the best smoe I've ever had. Now, was it the new Advanced Nutrients new line or the main branch that split that got this girl this way? The best one I've grown by far in terms of potency... it's sticky, smelly, delicous and powerfulll! I can't wait for it to cure for at least two weeks... every day it get's better. And it hits hard even dry-green. See you in a couple of weeks with the final update! Thanks for the visits, comments and feedback. We will be back soon with Growing in the amazon #4. Hey guys, its been like 3 months.. two.. since I wrote this.. and now I can say: BEST SMOKE I'VE EVER HAD! JESUS! THANKS BARNEY'S FARM! --- latest update I have never smoked a joint like this. Never. I've grown a NL from Sensi Seeds and a White Widow from Green House Seeds but none of then was that potent. And it's not just power, this girl is smelly, sticky... she's just like the buds you read other people grow on the internet. This was the first to taste and feel like the ones you see on Grow Diaries - that's it. So, I'm clonning her and willl do a reveggetation diary on my next run. What the hell, I''m thinking about clonning this one forever.... =) I have a question for you guys from abroud, growing on countries like canada, the netherlands or spain... does this get even better and stronger abd fatter? wow! I have grown on extreme hot and humid conditions with no AC... so I can only imagine how that would be to grow a girl like this on a better climate, humidity, etc.... So.. if you've been reading this diary and review... don't waste more time and get this strain! You won't regret it. Thcau, do Brazil!

Hello i really like the way you main-lined it and made such a superb plant out of it, my question now is how many grams did you make in total out of that plant ? Cause 500 grams for a 120w led looks a lot to me and didn’t really understand the g/w and everything at the harvest stage. Really nice job πŸ‘πŸΌ πŸ’―
