The Sensi Seeds Research breeding project has created eleven cannabis seed varieties. How? By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #1 All seeds have germinated in 48 hours after soaking in water. The germ has grown in wet cotton for 24 hours and has grown 1 cm long. All the seedlings popped out from the soil the 02/12/19 after 48 hours in the cups. Making the germination ratio at 100%. I was a bit worried to use the Mars-Hydro SP250 on seedlings, but at 75cm following manufacturer recommendations everything looks perfect. Environment is under control, light, humidity, temperature, and airflow. Seedlings are not going looney and stretching for the light . Using only pH’d water with some RootBooster at this stage to enhance roots development. (I’m looking for a job in the cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

Last week in the cups, before transplanting in 1.5l pots. Everyone is standing straight like a soldier, the Mars-Hydro SP250 is doing a great job. Watering once during the week with plain pH’d water only ( around 70cl per cups ). Cellmax BIO Soil is definitely the perfect mix and is suitable from seedlings to harvest. By combining new cannabis cultivars with a selection of strains from their long-established cannabis gene bank. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #3 Transplanted the seedlings from the cups to small pots (1,5l) at the beginning of the week. These small pots are perfect for pre-veg, they will be full of roots in 2-3 weeks. The wrong size of plant in the wrong size of pots will always lead to overwatering, this is why I use those intermediary pots before transplanting in their final pots (18l). The young plants are growing like if they were under natural sunlight, it’s very funny. The Mars-Hydro SP250 is imitating the sunlight, the plants are getting outdoor structures, they stand straight like if they were adults at only 15cm tall 😄. After 2 weeks in the cups with just some RootBooster they started to get slightly yellow. I have added some Cellmax BIO 8-2-2 with the RootBooster in the solution for watering after transplanting just to give them a lil help while the roots start to process the new soil (BIO). For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #4 I have let the plants grown their 4th node and have topped them all at the 3rd node during the week. All the plants responded well and started to grow 2 tops. All the genetics looks good with no shitty weird plants. Every plants are in "V" and excited to grow. The light coverage of the Mars-Hydro SP250 is good enough to leave them another week without adding more light. Using only 245w for the lightning during 5 weeks is very economic 👍 Last week feeding has been done in time, everyone is green lush. No need to add any nootz this week, just giving plain pH’d water. For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #5 Plants are doing well, there’s not much to do except to let them grow. Roots are filling the pots, I might transplant them in their final pots (18l) during next week. The Mars-Hydro SP250 has done a very good job during these 5 weeks. The plants need more space to grow, I will have to switch on the HID next week to give some more light coverage. Giving them a light feed during the week using Cellmax BIO 8-2-2 (not listed) and not Organic Grow ☝️ In my quest for plants science I have found something interesting about the Dr Cleve Backster 😊 but apparently controlled experiments that have attempted to replicate Backster's findings have failed... weird isn’t it ? 😳 (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #6 Transplanted the plants into their final pots (18l). Last week feeding was a bit too light, some plants started to move their Nitrogen, their bottom leaves turned light green/ slightly yellow. But the problem has been solved in 3 days after transplanting and watering with some nootz. Adding some more light. The Mars-Hydro SP250 has done an excellent job on its own during 5 weeks but it’s time to give some more light coverage to grow bigger plants, by switching on an MH light under a wing reflector. Using Cellmax Product-X* into their BIO Soil with some BIO 8-2-2 and some RootBooster makes this crop a 100% bio organic growth. *Using 0.7gr / plants in the transplanting hole in contact with the roots (and not 1ml/1l). Week #7 Plants are growing, needed to give them all the space available and had to switch on all the lights ! It’s full Veg mode now. I will ScrOG them next week, this might be a 9 weeks Veg, will see how they grow into the screen during the next week. Still thinking about the room with 4 x Mars-Hydro SP250, I could be able to save energy and to gain more light ! No nootz this week, just plain pH’d water, the Product-X is doing his job and the BIO Soil is alive. (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

It’s actually the best way to keep vegging your plants indoor, forcing them to grow horizontally instead of vertically. This how you can grow big plants with massive roots without reaching the ceiling and finishing with your buds cooking next to the light... More roots more fruits ! Last week of Veg, vegging more than 9 weeks indoor is a waste of time, energy, and money, plus a risk to finish with your buds cooking into the light... Another good thing with the Mars-Hydro SP250 compared to the HID’s, is I don’t need to change the bulbs from MH to HPS... Next week is where we are going to start to use some nootz like a chemist, to support the incoming stretch and the Nitrogen needed for that 😉 (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

For the first time in thirty-six years, they are opening the doors of the Sensi Seeds Research and Development Department. Week #10 Week #1 of Flowering, plants have filled up the trellis. After 1 week of 12 hours of dark period, the stretch is going to start now. This is where you must keep using your Veg nootz and where you must increase slightly the Nitrogen, to avoid any die back situation where your plants turns yellow from the bottom to the top, during week 3 or 4 of flowering due to a lack of Nitrogen... ( does this tip deserve a hit on the like button ? ) 😊👍 I definitely recommend Mars-Hydro , the plants under the SP250 are developing some spectacular structures of side branches and tops, it’s a bit like growing under natural sunlight 😎 Canopy is almost at the same level, I have put some few crazy tops under the second layer of the trellis to put everyone at the same size. Stay tuned folks ! The serious part of the game is coming, this is where it starts to get interesting to grow Marijuana 😉 (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

Week #11 Week #2 of flowering, is the week where you’re going to raise your lights every other day, stretch has been triggered after 1 week of 12/12 light period. This is why the ScrOG technic is one of the best if you don’t want to finish into the lights or to grow an army of plants with a short Veg to make a SOG. Always keep in mind to follow the 2 main goals, fill up all the light coverage (spreading light on the floor is a waste of energy and money) and not finishing into the lights (which is a good growers problem, but your buds are cooking and all the terpenes are burning...) Once again, stick to your Veg nootz, do not switch to Bloom nootz, your plants needs Nitrogen during this phase of the growth. Switching too early will lead to a "die back" situation around week 4 of flowering where your plants will turn yellow from the bottom to the top ... This is where, after feeding/or/watering, I like to look at them moving with the airflow, when the canopy is full it makes like a wave of leaves moving back and forth with the fans (speed fans at the lowest setting, Cannabis doesn’t like windy conditions, it’s just to move the air between the leaves). Stay tuned folks, next is the "Week #3 trimming", where we are going to clean the legs and cut some side shoots to avoid popcorns and fluffy buds and learn to make big dense donkey dick buds 😄 (I’m looking for a job in the Cannabis industry as Master Grower, Mineralogist, Quality Control)

Week #12 Week #3 of flowering, having some issues with 2 ladies. I haven’t been able to check the room during 4 days, one plant has a Nitrogen excess, and the other one run out of P-K, Mg. Check the video, it’s not often that this situation happens, so let’s learn to diagnose the situation. The plant with banana peels style leaves is a Nitrogen excess, it start with the tips of the leaves pointing down, like claws, then it turns into some old bananas peels looking. The other one, with the crispy looking leaves is a lack of P-K, it starts with some kind of dark brown/purple stripes marks on the leaves with the tips starting to points up + a lack of Mag , the leaf is cupping like a taco shell ! The game now is to loose less yield than possible on those two ladies, but from now it’s already 25% gone .... This is a good example to show that every plants are different, all of them are running on the same diet, all others plants are doing great except those 2. Morality is to check your plants daily, those problems can be fixed before it happens, when you know how to diagnose the primary symptom 😉 Week 3 trimming !!! You must clean your plants legs and cut off all the lil shoots, in the bottom, that haven’t reach the top ! Main goal to keep in mind is to spend all the energy on the top, cleaning the legs will help to avoid wasting energy on the bottom of your plants Once again, Mars-Hydro has definitely improved their performance, the shoots structure of the plants under the SP-250 is amazing. The plants have developed so many shoots compared to the plants under the HID’s , it’s really remarkable !
