This bud smells like straight lemon mixed with berries its the craziest thing lol. Hits very smooth and goes straight to your head! Mellows out into a more indica high but I definitely get a mix of both sativa rush and indica relaxation. Unique in almost every way I can think of. Definitely not the easiest strain to grow I found her pretty sensitive to light and nutrients early on. Regardless the color and the high are a show stopper and all my friends and myself really dig this strain.

I think this was a really cool plant to grow. She grew small but formed some nice crazy colorful bud full of frost. I learned early on she was sensitive to light but regardless of dimming or raising the light she still crisped up. I run my room at 75-80 so its not really that hot so im not sure about this one! my other plants loved the light /heat and grew into monsters , this one became a little monster of her own. Not the most beautiful structure but the color compensated for that. LST worked but im not sure I benefited a whole bunch. I would also recommend going light on the nutrients she didnt seem to need a lot. Pushed out 1.5 oz dry so I was actually surprised about that!

The third node is growing twisted/ misshaped leaves. Is this a mutation or does it look like a deficiency of some sort?

Yeah this is pretty common for their purple strains to get some mutated growth but they end up with great buds. It is hard to tell if any issue is going on with the color from the light, but I would check the pH of your runoff just to be safe. As long as the pH is between 6 and 7 then you are good there. And give her a light dose of grow nutrients high in nitrogen and a little calmag if you aren't feeding her something already. It looks like there might be a slight lightening of color in between the veins which would be mag deficiency, but could just be the lighting? I would also try to get the humidity up around 60 and that will make her happier. Good luck!

Great growth. Personally, a thousand thumbs up for the SF-2000 from me. How do you feel it's performing? Anywho, looks awesome! Cheers👍😉

@DOOBS_N_BREWS, I hear you loud and clear. I love the SF-2000 but I've even mentioned in my diary entries that she is sometimes TOO powerful and even an inch too close can cause problems very quick...😮 But great lamp for sure. I just need to learn how to use it and find it's sweet spot. I personally have height to work with, so I haven't dimmed my SF, but with BC's stretch right now, I may have to bump it down to 75-85% and see how the girls react (Ran out of room and growing too quickly. Triggered flip at 24" when I see now I should have triggered at 18".... You live you learn! Do my best not to fry the tallest girls and away we go. As for oversizing devices that can be turned down, are perfect. I actually oversized my intake and outake too and put them on 50% output with variable motor drives. This way if I expand, I can use the same fans and the CFM would be adequate for the new, bigger space😃. Go big or go home, hahaha. I like your spray method and will look into this for my night cycle, just so nothing goes wrong over-night. Smart move👍

@JinksyGrows, Thanks dude! this light kicks ass and was worth every penny for my 3x3 flowering tent. The only thing I will say is that 100% wattage is a little too much for seedlings and first weeks of veg and im sure this also depends on tent size its being put it in. Dimming it too 75% power would probably be a perfect solution if your in the same size tent as I, and luckily you can do that, if you have a wattage meter! I also supplement magnesium(epsom salt)/ distilled water in a spray before lights off every other night just for safety precautions. Since the lights are so strong they could be affecting mag intake. I'd personally rather have a light be to strong with the option to dim it then have a light be to weak! so that's my two cents on the SF2000 so far homie! cheers 👍👊
