Perhaps an odd distribution of trichomes or a patchy look to the trichomes as a result of touching / rubbing. Low humidity does not equal zero mildew, it just helps prevent mildew growth. If you did have a mildew problem (which I don't believe is the case here) the source could come from anywhere. Depends entirely on your setup, i.e - where the intake air is coming from, improperly sealed grow area, contaminated transfer from outside growing area, mildew in the venting system, etc. Plants look good to me. 👽
