Day 71 since cloning the first Black Jack of the trio. I had mentioned LST last week, but BJ1 was the one I did not train. It was shorter at the time, and so I’m doing something different for fun. Its pairing up with a White Widow from another distributor, and they will be the quicker to go to flower compared to the other clones of this gen. I did top one time when I transplanted to a final container.
My soil amendment mix was primarily: 30 HP Pro Mix: 5 Fox Farms Happy Frog: 5 worm castings: 2 ASB Greenworld Sheep Manure Compost: 2 ASB Greenworld Black Earth: 2 ETI Greenhouse Gold Seafood Compost: 1 Blood and Bonemeal pellets: 1 Green Gaia mineralized phosphate (guano): 1 alfalfa meal compost: 1 pulverized egg shells; and Myke Herbs and Vegetables mycorrhizae.
With recent amendment problems I ever so slightly diluted the mix, and I also layered it much more, that is, put the hot mix at the bottom and mostly filled it with HP Pro Mix soil. It was already on the verge of excess as it had quickly recovered from deficiencies.
