Day 78 since being cloned. So, I did a little hack job with the first of a trio of Black Jack clones. Let me backup, things were going really well this week. I’d say the plant was in excess of nutrients (soil amendment) ... but that can be flushed and used up. It wasn’t in shock, just cruising. It was gaining height faster than my setup would handle so I decided to top it again. I liberally cut it hoping to really make an even, short, bushy canopy - I was shocked by the thickness of stem I cut; it was unintentional. Regrettable, but the plant just needs to recover. I feel this move exposes the excess nutrients more as the young growth have thin leaves showing signs of excess. Also, super dark leaves. I can see some phosphorous streaking which may be due to imbalance or lockout. Just water and time for now; don’t worry, o’ reader.
