Hemposapien I planted 4 seeds, one stretched out and went limp so I just planted 1 more today. One of the plants are a bit yellow as well. I'll keep this diary up to date.

Hemposapien 2 of the Moby Dick XXL's didn't germinate properly so I planted some Dinafem Amnesia XXL's. So this grow is now half Moby Dick and half Amnesia.

Hello there. Benchmark wattage per square foot for any grow space is 50-75 watts(commercial growers use this benchmark too)Since we use intense LEDS, 50-65 is what we're looking for. Any higher and light stress/burning can occur. Put that lamp LED at 24-30 inches above canopy at 50 watts/square foot and you're good to go👍😉
P.s. if you don't plan on filling the tent to the edges, consider this when calculating. If you're only going to use 2x2 space, and you're looking at 200watts. Going to edge, suddenly it jumps to 300-350😮

I’d run two in each and maximize your yields always 2 in flower should provide you with 5-6 harvest per year a steady rate of return of your investment 😏

Hemposapien The 2 Amnesia XXL'S have grown really well and caught up to the size of the 2 Moby Dick XXL'S. I got rid of all the dying leaves on the Moby Dick XXL'S. They seem to be doing well regardless. Anyways, that's my update for the week.

Hemposapien The 2 Moby Dick XXL's are looking pretty yellow and I don't know why my gas is nitrogen deficiency? The amnesia's are both looking mighty healthy I'm excited to see their progress. I top dress them at the beginning of the week.

Hemposapien Did some defoliating today. I think the reason I experienced deficiencies in the Moby Dicks is because the second week I actually flushed them and since I'm using dry amendments it was hard to gauge how much nutrients I should put back in so I didn't. The reason I flushed them was because I actually mixed too many nutrients into the soil in the beginning by 25% which caused nute burn. The Amnesia's are both doing really well for the most part. One of them looks like it may have the tobacco mosaic virus but I highly doubt it because it hasn't spread. Makes me think it might be a calcium deficiency or something but it isn't really fixable since I'm using dry amendments. Please correct me if I'm wrong but once you mix the nutrients you got a kind of hope that you got it right or else you're basically screwed for the entire grow. Anyways, overall things are looking great and I'm very pleased with the progress so far. Happy growing!

Does practicing LST on autoflowers actually increase your yield? I ask this because I look at people who grow without any training at all and they seem to have way more bud sites. I prefer an answer from someone who has experience growing both ways. Thanks

I tried LST on my first grow of autoflowers..it gave me the lowest yield out of all my grows. I don't do it anymore. My experience with autos are that they go into flower so quickly that anything you do with LST or pruning slows the growth and you get less. I grew 2 plants one LST and one without...the one without was a half ounce heavier at harvest
