Girls are getting big! I added some Green Buzz nutes to their water to give a little boost. Gave both of them a proper defoliation - focusing on removing some. Of the larger lower fan leaves that I had let hang out for a while. Both phenos have their own smell. I can't quite describe them yet, other than that Leia smells a bit more earthy than Maz. The trichomes that are coating these baby buds are abundant and sparkly like diamonds! They're both super sticky! The hairs on Leia are still really reaching! Her buds are stacking so nicely! Maz has these fat, round, swollen buds - both girls are coated in sugar. I realized over the past week that my watering practices weren't necessarily that great. I was watering each plant with a gallon of water, getting some runoff and only watering every 6 days or so. Someone suggested I try something different so that way the grow media isn't remaining too wet for too long. So this week I've cut my watering volume by half. I take one gallon to water both girls. This way I am watering every 3-4 days and the plants have more days of being in the sweet spot, vs extended time in the "too wet" phase. The plants undoubtedly enjoy this practice much better!
