First Auto Grow Pineapples Express ️

hornato420 Seeds showed tap root within 24 hours sitting in water. Seeds were above soil within 24 hours of being in jiffy pellets. Newly sprouted seedlings were put into happy frog soil in a 5 gallon fabric pot. I will be using the Horticulture Lighting Group Elite 360W kit. Which is 2 Quantum Board 96v2s ran in parallel. This is my first ever auto grow. I’m very excited and nervous at the same time. I’m gonna try my best to not screw this up 😂. hornato420 Week 1 was great. The ladies didn’t experience any shock from the transplant into the happy frog soil. I gave these girls a very light feeding of big bloom and grow big. The ladies responded well and have just been loving the feedings. Surprisingly one of the two ladies (Girl #1) has really taken off. She looks almost double the size of her sister. She could possibly be the sativa leaning pheno ⁉️🤔 I’m speculating not Actually sure but we’ll see in a few weeks. I couldn’t be happier with the fast growth and development. I see why they’re called fast buds now 😂. I have keep reminding myself to relax and let the plants tell me what they need. I’ll start to bump up the feeding week 3 to see how they respond.

hornato420 Week 3 the ladies had an exceptional growth spurt. The nodes on each lady are starting to become more defined with every passing day. I kept the feeding relatively the same however towards the end of week 3 I slightly increased the big to 1.5 tsp per gallon and the grow big to 1 tsp per gallon. I wanted to keep it simple with feedings until they get another week of growth than I’ll incorporate the tiger bloom in a small dose and also start some LST. Today is the final day of week 3 so I decided to Carefully top the girls. I didn’t completely take the top off cause I didn’t want to completely stress them out. I think they should be fine considering I waited day 19-20 to do it. The bigger girl(#1) of the 2 is really starting to spread out. Her leafs are touching the top of the pot. The smaller girl is not to far behind her. I’m curious to see once they start to go Into flower if this size difference will stay the same or change. There isn’t any smells coming from these girls yet but I did a gentle stem rub and I’m getting a tropical musty citrus smell 🍍🔥😍. I have to admit it has been such a pleasure to finally get to experience fast bud genetics. The last time I got a chance to experience a Pineapple Express high was in 2008. Let’s just say the dispensary I got it from was always out. So this grow is going to be a treat once I complete this grow. Would like to thank each and everyone of you for viewing my diary. This is my first one. I was extremely nervous and intimidated to start one, but it’s a new year so we have to do new things ‼️💯💚. hornato420 The ladies really didn’t have too much change this week except girl #2 seems like she’s caught up in height to girl #1. I have to make a correction to from week 3. I stated I topped the girls when i actually did some light FIMing.I wanted to be sure i corrected that mistake before my diary process any further. I kind of went a little too heavy on the feeding and the girls showed some slight yellowing and a 1 leaf started to Slightly curl into a taco. Nothing too serious but I definitely will be dialing back on the feeding doses. decided to do some defoliation To the fan leafs that were significantly blocking light from future bud sites. I’m not sure how these girls will take to me cutting off foliage. Only time will tell. These girl are starting to put off Some stank. The smell it’s very strong but you can get a sense of what’s to come. It smells of gassy sweet pineapple citrus. Have to admit I was skeptical until I did a stem rub and these girls were spot on. When rubbing the stem they smell so much more sweeter almost like a candy sweet smell. really appreciate all who have viewed my diary. I’m actually shocked how people viewed it so far. hornato420 Week 5 everything was on par with week 4 however, girl #1 seemed to start slowly pulling away from girl number #2. They were almost the same height week 4 but towards the end of week 5 girl #1 had a noticeable height difference with girl #2. Also it seems I have 2 different Phenos. Girl #1 looks at the end of week 5 as if she is starting to move towards flowering. While girl #2 is just getting bushy and not very much height. I did do some defoliation of the big fan leaves on each girl and any leafs blocking the light of potential budsites. also I removed the more undeveloped lowers. Hopefully I didn’t stress them out too much removing as much as I did. I really didn’t feed them to to much This week. They are recovering from very mild nute burn from week 4. Also I think they grew closer to where i had the light so I raised the lights up a few more inches. I barley turned the lights power up that’s why it’s been a littler warmer than usual.

hornato420 Week 6 everything was on par with week 5 of flower however, girl #1 has officially pulled away from girl number #2. Girl #1 is 27 Inches tall while girl#2 is 16 inches tall. Toward the end of week 5 girl #1 started flowering and her bud sites are becoming more defined as she progress. I maybe be wrong but it seems like girl #2 maybe is slower and gonna flower in the next 2 weeks hopefully. She definitely is indica dominant with her short bushy stature. But, I thought the indica dominate pheno had fast flowering when compared to the sativa pheno. I did do some more defoliation of the fan leaves on each girl and any leafs blocking the light to increase the budsites potential. also I removed the more undeveloped lowers. Doesn’t looked to have stressed them out with all my defoliation. These ladies smell has increased very much. Everything is still on par with week 5. I’m very grateful to have this opportunity to have all you experienced growers view my diary. Thank you very much and it means the world to me seeing I have any views.

hornato420 Week 7 there hasn’t been any changes for either of the girls. Girl #1 is still looking the same. It seems she has finally stopped stretching. Looking forward to seeing her bulk up in the coming weeks. Girl #2 still hasn’t showed any signs of flowering. I’m gonna continue to be patient with her in hopes of her just being a very late bloomer. Everything has been running smoothly. I will start to introduce bloom nutes in the next coming weeks. I didn’t expect girl#1 to get so big but I’m not complaining. This has been such a pleasing and educational experience. Thank all of those who have viewed my diary. Thank you again for your support.

hornato420 Week 8 there hasn’t been any drastic changes for either of the girls. Girl #1 is looking better and better each day. Girl #2 is just being as stubborn as can be. Girl #2 still hasn’t showed any signs of flowering. I’m gonna continue to be patient with her she’s a very late bloomer. I can’t believe she’s been in veg for 8 weeks.I know some of you expert growers have experienced a long veg similar to my experience.Not sure if it’s good or bad luck just yet being my first run of autos. I have to admit. When i saw this week coming to The end and girl #2 wasn’t showing signs of flowering, I got down face to face with her quietly whispering (You better flower soon or it’s time for the trash can 😂😂) lol 😆 I had a weak moment was very frustrated. I thank all of you that have shared your information cause without it I would have been panicking. I’m gonna be patient and let the plant tell me when she’s ready. Everything has been running smoothly. I have given both girls light bloom nutrients. I have learned so much and it has been a pleasure watching the magic happen. hornato420 Week 10 their wasn’t any real changes. Girl #1 starting to gain more weight. Her smell is also increasing. She smells like citrus/ pineapples undertones. Girl #2 still hasn’t shown any flowering. It’s been 70 days and I’m starting to get worried. I’m gonna let her go until girl #1 finishes than I will start to panic. I fear she may be a 100 day to flower pheno . If nothing changes in the coming weeks I may treat her like a photo or just get rid of her !? Thank you for viewing my diary.

hornato420 Week 11 has been exactly the same as week 10. There has been some light yellowing one Girl #1 and some of the hairs are starting to turn orange. The colas aren’t very dense. Girl#1 has been doing some weird fox tailing on all the colas.My temperatures haven’t been over 77 and my humidity hasn’t been over 55. I have seen this before in other diaries with other stains. Guess that’s just comes with the territory of ruderalis crossed strains. Can’t really complain cause this is my first rodeo with Autos so I’m just happy to have this experience. I officially think the delayed Pineapple Express auto might not even have the autoflower trait. It’s been 11 weeks and she hasn’t showed the slightest chance of ever flowering. This is really frustrating and deflating. I’m gonna definitely have to put this girl into 12-12. That will have to be after girl #1 is finished. I’m very appreciative of all who show your continued support and give insightful infomation. Can’t wait to see what this harvest will be. This is my first official auto grow. hornato420 Week 12 looks girl #1 is coming to a end. I haven’t over fed or over watered and she’s starting to get yellow leaves. I feed her one more time at the end of this week. Starting week 13 I’m going to start to flush her. Her smell has gotten more intense this week also. She smells like sweet tropical citrus. Also she looks to be filling in more and her buds are starting to get a little dense. She definitely exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t have predicted from veg she would be this size. Girl#2 unfortunately never started flower and she’s going get 12-12 after I harvest girl #1. I’ll start another diary for girl #2 when that time comes. I knew she would be long winded but this is just extreme 😂. I know you experienced growers know this story very well, but for a rookie like me 😆 I’m pulling my hair out and punching the air with frustration 👊🤬🤯😁. This for me is a learning experience and I love the duality of this grow. I’ll know better next time I run into this time of issue. Thank you for viewing my diary. hornato420 Week 13 has been going very well. Looks like this girl is at the end of her time. She has been yellowing and some of her leaf are starting to get purple. She smells like sweet pineapples. I have been giving her a water only flush this entire week and will cut her down at the end of next week. This has been such a pleasure to grow. I can’t wait till she’s cured and I can finally try her. Girl #2 is officially out of the autoflower category. I will not be showing her on this diary anymore. She’s going to be put on a photo schedule in the next few weeks. Can’t lie, I’m very disappointed. I was looking forward to her coming along and being a very late bloomer. Sadly she never came through and I’m ok with that. Everything is a learning experience to help me be better for future grows. hornato420 This was a wonderful strain to grow being My first actual autoflower experience, I’m very pleased with the results. Im very shocked how big she got. I really didn’t think it would get that big and harvest that much. She yielded a few grams under 9 ozs 🔥🍍😱😱😱 The terps were amazing. While trimming her, i got dizzy from the overwhelming smell and ran into a wall face first. I’m embarrassed but hey it was the Pineapple Express. I wasn’t trimming at first with gloves and I was in a closed in area. Thank you all for staying with me on my diary. I’m very appreciative of your support and information. I would have never made it this far without you. Also thanks fastbuds for making this strain cause without them I would have never tried this. She hasn’t been cured yet but she already smokes amazing. I know it’s cheesy. But I finally to watch Pineapple Express while smoking Pineapple Express 🤣😂🤓🍍🍍🍍🔥🔥🔥
