Organic Outdoor OGKZ Grow 2019

Hello everyone ! i started the baby Ogkz in the end of may ,first cotiledons appears in 25 May with good green color in bio bizz light mix mixed with DNA coco and cork mix . Yet low temperatures and high humidity here. with some rainy day

In week 2 I noticed how much water the soil mix with dna coco retains: very much! After a little rain the soil is soggy and is noticeable from the cotiledon and first set of leaves that becomes a little lighter in color, and if not enough crickets bite and run away 😡😡.except this things are going good, i transplanted in definitive big pots and i started with minimal doses of organic stimulants

Week 3: Seems the transplant made plant happy for the new home and things proceed without worries, even if the soil in the big pot retains water like the little ,and for this it needs an extra attention for the water schedule ,i done good with a liter every 3 days, i add some fish mix and some lithotamnium calcareum and the first dose of guanokalong guano for some nutrients and for boosting and maintaining the microlife in the soil

Ogkz is growing good , maybe a little slow for the exceptional water retention😅 but nothing to worry about, the temperature raised and the hot help a little

things going good... except for crickets that lunch with my plant😌

The little Ogkz is growing into a little bush😁 and enjoy the summer climate like us😎

Seems like is starting to stretch, at the first stage but light is now slowly changing.

Here we have the problem,as you can see from the day 65 and before too the plant yellowed in the apical growth,i'm not surprised of that because i 've been using a salty water source, so... doing some calculations , i suddenly increase the amount and frequency of watering because of the hot, the soil is too moist and water retentive , and rich of (probabily) manganese and other salts ,i also noticed that from the salty spots in the pot's drainage holes ,and bacterias are surely partially dead,all these factors leads to the Iron deficiency ,that also a lot visible and distinguishable. The pics are 2 weeks togheter and from day 65 is already 1 week from the recovery act: - started using bottled ph correct water. - watered now a days later with the same amount ,before i watered every 2, now every 3 with the same amount - added twice a week for 2 week irrigation with mykos micorizzae and the full set of agrobacterias microbes : bactohemp,bactobloom and bactomatik, to restore fungi and bacterias life - added more holes all around the pots to areate the soil and make bacterias happier. - used only twice ,only because i hadn't anything else at short time , the CANNA mono Fe 0,1% chelated iron ,just sprayed not in the soil, that in the short time helps very much - cuddled plants every day😁 In the moment i see the yellowing i was so much worried because of the deficiency just in the start of flowering in August,i've no photos from the start of the deficiency but all the apical growth shows a bad yellow, but as from pics show, a week later the deficiency, Babies appreciate immediately the treatments😌.

Well,ogkz seems respond very well and now the iron deficiency is no more present definetely. First sign of preflowering are clearly visible 😎 so we add another dose of crushed guanoblack pellets this time for a more rapid absorption and some natural silicon supplement for the strenghtening of the structure to prepare to an healty flowering!

Just let doing nature it's course ,with the first supplement of molasses. Stretching is clearly visible as preflowers are 😁, starting to smell also a scent of black pepper from the tops,very particular!

Ogkz is carrying very good early resin ,and seems bacteria and molasses are doing very good job ,definitly promising! stopped completely fish mix as the stretching phase seems completed and now nitrogen is not necessary anymore, just let roots absorb the remaining in the pot and flushing automatically

Very frosty and more and more black pepper smelling😊

more or less in the middle of flowering ,i tought is a good idea a little defoliation,bending and tying lateral branches as the multiple function to improve sunlight exposition and keeping the plant areated ,because of the strange september with the humidity that's now high here, and don't want to risk as this strain is not explicitly declared for outdoor growing, but all seems good for now and humboldt seeds never delude also with previous experiences outdoor

Buds here are growing in size and weight and seems caterpillars starts to appreciate the taste of the plant too😡,have no photos to demonstrate but i used sprayed bacillus thurigensis to kill them all as the few known organic solutions to keep them out of garden, if you know some other methods i'm grateful and are really appreciated ,as nature teaches ,things can't go good at 100% ,except this the garden is very happy and fat 😲. Palm tree ashes is now integrated for the final 3 week boost !

Explosive results with palm tree ashes and molasses, more and more resin and size came out, weight is making branches bending its own,so nothing else to say just enjoy 😇😋

Totally stopped any nutrient irrigation, and in a few days even the irrigation itself as the night temperature going down and making leave's tips purpling a little, that perfect contrast with the sparkling orange pistils that the girl is showing, ...so... we 're near to harvest😏

The final harvest has come in 15th October , at least 8 weeks flowering stage, and the first thing i want to say is that this strain has been far more resistant from what seedbank declared ,showing good resistance with insects ,wind and the high humidity in my place with minimal sign of botrytis that very common here,if not always present ,maybe for the zkittlez genetics that's a good outdoor performer,+1 point for that. In the end i just say that's a very good genetic doing good far more than expected for a 1 meter plant without any HST and very little LST in other words just growing like mother nature wants 😄, with more than 200grs of dried and trimmed beatiful rounded shaped buds ,and it's not only nice looking but a pleasure to smoke ,relaxing and happy at the same time ,what else?
