Fabio Fastberry

KnightRider Welcome to the world Fabio the Fastberry :) This one of my favourite strains from FB, I don't have a high powered rig due to space constraints and also for stealth/life reasons but hoping to make a decent go of it and try some LST. I'm fairly new to the indoor game, so if anyone looking at the grow has tips, please feel free to comment. Cheers Growmies

KnightRider It's been a good week for Fabio the Fastberry and I'm happy with his growth rate. I've decided not to give him any nutrients as I've had bad experience before with this strain getting bad burn even at really week doses.

KnightRider It's been a mixed week for Fabio I'm happy with his growth rate overall, this strain has two phenos, one short and stocky and one lanky one. Fabio is definitely the short one which means he should have more colourful buds when they appear. I did take him out of the cupboard for a sunny window sill but the flies got to him, so I've had to put some diamotous earth round the stem. Also I've left the LST to late as I tried to gently bend him last night, but there was a slight crunch the stem has got to woody unfortunately 😔

KnightRider Soooo, after saying last week that I wasn't going to do the LST due to a slight crunch when I tried, I waited a few days and tried again to bend her successfully. However I think I've maybe over watered as I have some drooping at the end of leaves and some discolouration, I will put this to the community for assistance which is what I love about this platform.

KnightRider It's been an OK week for Fabio some small issues but he's starting flowering nicely. The past few leaf sets on him have come out a bit twisted and he's got some yellowing as well on the leaves, I've done a bit of reading and think she's got a calcium/magnesium deficiency so gonna pick up some Calmag, Never used it before but it's all part of the learning curve and if anyone wants to comment please feel free! Also have given her a very small dose of bloom at 1/8 the recommended strength as this strain does not like nutes just to perk her up a bit. One love GD ✌️

KnightRider It's been a mixed week for Fabio. I've given him a dose of calmag plus and the yellowing on the new growth has started receding, therefore big shout out to @Tazard who identified it as iron deficiency for me. However due this strain being very sensitive to nutes there is a bit of burn on some of the older growth from the nitrogen in the calmag. Overall I'd say she's had a better week and is starting to display some of those nice purple colours ☺️

KnightRider It's been an OK week for Fabio, she still doesn't look great cosmetically but she's doing OK. I've given her some boost and a very small dose of PK13/14 as this strain does not take well to nutes, I'm gonna stop pulling her around as she's only got about 2-3 weeks left and hopefully will put on a bit of weight in that time.

KnightRider This will probably be the Last week for Fabio, he's not really put on much weight and very suddenly all of his hairs have turned in and he's reached maturity. I think il be chopping him soon so that my other plant can take the light.

KnightRider She didn't do very well at all with the training and had problems early which she didn't really recover from. Nevermind there's allways the next one ✌️
