These 2 Nothern lights are doing pretty poorly...
Around day 10 I gave them weak nutients are things went downhill from there. When I say weak, I mean very weak nutes. Couple of drops of A/B mix into a 300ml spray bottle. Pretty much my whole tent of 10 seedlings are like this....
After noticing the leaves I went back to PH water but it's been very slow going! Seems like this run is doomed, but I'm giving myself 2 weeks to pull it around, otherwise I've got 6 photo seeds which I will be forced to run with.
Been given plenty of advice from their isnt enough nutes OR it got nutrient burn from the recent watering....
Honestly been lazy as f@#k in regards to posting lately.
Besides co-vid I've got a family and 2 kids to take care of, studying and student placement, projects of all kinds. I'm sure all you growers have a life outside these walls ;)
These 2 ladies are doing well, got a new 600watt HPS set-up, to allow a veg and flower space, and to be able to perpetually grow. 1 NL is about a week or 2 from harvest, but the other.... doesn't wanna flower. Just keeps on vegging. Checked her thoroughly and she is deffinately female, and no hermie.
My philosophy, I'm pretty sure there was a tiny light leak hitting her during lights off time in the tent whilst in veg, enough to keep it in veg 24hrs a day whilst the others flowered. I discovered it late, changed both my light cycle to be lights off at night to avoid light leaks. It's a temp vs light leak battle sometimes.
But my point now, how to make it flower without changing the light cycle and disturbing the other ladies?
I'm looking to wait a week and see what happens before trying anything drastic. It has been about 4-5 days since transferring them from the tent to the flower space.
Honestly need some advice right now with this one... I'm in week 14.
I'm pretty sure this NL had a light leak during lights off time, or something is wrong. All the other plants are either harvested or almost done, but this one hasn't even begun...
What are my options here? I just want induce her into flower.
Hi, the situation looks a lot similar to mine.
Mine (from Seedsman), took 2.5 months to veg, and all I did mainly was defoliation. She finally started to flower after 2.5 months and taking long in flower as well. Mine is close to finishing (or I think so).
I just left her be and when she finally did start to flower, just started giving PK 13/14 early on as she took a lot of time in that phase too and tbh, I did see the difference as soon as I introduced PK 13/14 (check the diary out, I have tried to cover the transition.)
I am of course not claiming this to be the correct answer, its just reflection on my experience 😎

Seriously... I'm in week 18 and no sign of flower... I can smell a slight odour like it wants to, and I've tried punishing it, leaving it outside to adjust to 12/12 and try to get that basic instinct kicking in, but no sign yet.
I'm gonna take a gamble and go bat shit crazy and re-pot her into a 65 ltr tub... she's root bound for sure... add plenty of mykos on transplant and hope for the best. Honestly a good experiment, but I really need the grow space right now to pot on some clones.... will figure this one out, but if anyone wants to add anything I'm open to suggestions.
