Hi, the situation looks a lot similar to mine.
Mine (from Seedsman), took 2.5 months to veg, and all I did mainly was defoliation. She finally started to flower after 2.5 months and taking long in flower as well. Mine is close to finishing (or I think so).
I just left her be and when she finally did start to flower, just started giving PK 13/14 early on as she took a lot of time in that phase too and tbh, I did see the difference as soon as I introduced PK 13/14 (check the diary out, I have tried to cover the transition.)
I am of course not claiming this to be the correct answer, its just reflection on my experience 😎
She looks good to me. Good luck

@Doktorholland, your absolutely right. I did lose practically 3 weeks veg time, due to stunting them with incorrect PH... really my fault, as growers we learn from our mistakes.
