I’m new to the world of indoor gardening. I’ve had success with several small outdoor grows over the years for fun, but never used any nutrients or other training and even used the dreaded miracle grow many of the times. However, this year was a different story. I had a difficult time getting any of my very old bagseed to germinate and finally had about 15 seedlings. Several didn’t make it and of the remainder that were mostly flourishing were either male or were eaten by deer. So, I finished the rest of the eaten plants and called them low grow #1 and low grow #2. Of the three remaining of the 5 that were side by side, I called left plant, middle plant and right plant. Unfortunately, the far right plant was a male that got away from me and ended up giving me a few seeds from a few of them. Middle plant was loaded with seeds, but the buds were still nice. This was actually my finest outdoor harvest and had I used any nutes, I would have had an even better harvest. I was very excited to have some new seeds since my 20+ year old bagseed supply was thinning and I had no idea about the genetics of any of them. I also thought it was cool that the male gave me some new variety over the three plants. All three were similar in height, with left plant being the stinkiest and smelled the best when you approached them. So far, only one seed from left plant. I figured I’d use the seeds from this year for next year’s grow since I have had success planting second generation seeds in the past. I decided to order some fem seeds online and chose mainly outdoor strains with high THC content and one with higher CBD content as something to try out for next year. While I waited for the seeds to arrive, I kept reading the section on indoor growing and started thinking seriously about an indoor garden. I knew I wanted next season’s crop to have a much higher yield and was studying proper nutrition and looking at ways to self-water, etc., and that got me thinking that maybe I don’t need to wait until Spring to grow again. I was sort of holding off about making a decision until the seeds arrived. If they made it safely, I might just go ahead and take the plunge. So, they did and here I am with the operational setup listed above. The seeds took a couple of weeks to arrive and I was still hemming and hawing about the size of tent, where I would put it, should I even invest in the an indoor garden, etc. Then I had a long conversation with a good friend (who actually passed away the very next day) who convinced me to go for it with the taller tent that I could make space for. I ordered everything I needed and thanks to Amazon, I had nearly everything I needed a couple days later. I got the tent setup and dialed everything in before the light arrived. With my friend’s unexpected passing, I decided to dedicate my first indoor grow to him. I was hoping to have his help and guidance form his past experience, so instead, I will rely on this great community for assistance and will celebrate my friend through my garden. I have done a significant amount of research on LED grow lights and was very excited to finally get it up and running. My light on arrived on 11/13 and seeds were placed in glass of water then into a paper towel for another day or so. With taproots growing, I then placed in a solo cup with 1/2 perlite, 1/2 Happy Frog with drainage holes in bottom and a plastic bag over each cup for added humidity. They popped 2 days later the same day as my friend’s funeral.

It’s now day 9 from seed and the seedlings are 2 inches tall with a bit too much stretch for my liking, so I placed a box under the tray and added an oscillating fan in place of a non oscillating fan I had clipped to a corner pole. (I have a second corner pole fan up higher in the tent for additional circulation. I wasn’t sure when to turn on the inline fan, but I have had it running on medium+ and the tent is bowing in, so I know there is airflow cycling. I was originally all excited to try MammothP after my research until I came across something called URB Natural. I have been adding a small drink to the seedlings and trying to avoid overwatering. The light manufacturer recommends using the XML (boost) light for seedlings/clones until the first leaf set it formed, then switch it over to the VEG switch only until later veg state. I originally had the seedlings under the VEG only with a distance of 38” and they seemed to be fine, but after they called me back and suggested the white light only, I took their advice. However, with the stretch overnight, I think I might have been better off going back to the VEG switch. I’ll keep an eye on them today and see if being closer to the light helps. I think I’ll make the switch to VEG mode tomorrow. That was one thing I was having trouble getting a definitive answer on with regard to seedlings. When is she no longer a seedling? The consensus seems to that it’s in veg state and no longer a seedling when the first set of leaves are grown. I decided to get more light on them and changed the light distance to 24" with the VEG only switch for the last 5 hours of the light cycle last night and they seem to be responding favorably to the added light, URB and the oscillating fan. The biggest challenge right now is getting the temp/humidity to stabilize. I'm getting some dips to the high 40% RH even with the humidifier set to 65%, but it's in a basement and it's cold out now. I'm going to reduce the inline fan speed and see if that helps to keep more humidity in the tent. Day 11: things seem to be under way with the next set of leaves starting to pop out. I'm super excited, but am getting impatient, but I realize growth is slow as she develops her root structure. Day 12: I seem to have stabilized temp/humidity and all seems to be well. Soil still feels a touch damp, but I may give them a drink later today. Day 13: looks like they are finally starting to kick in. I believe I may have overwatered several days ago and that may have slowed things down, but with a drink of water and URB yesterday, they are coming along nicely. Day 14: went ahead and transplanted to 1gal cloth pots with ocean forest soil and watered with 30ml URB per the instructions. I read that is was better to transplant dry, but I think a little wetter would have helped me. I think they will be ok. Not the first time I've transplanted, but the first time using cloth pots. Hoping for some increased growth over the next few days.

Day 15: transplant looks to be successful. Cloth pots are drying out a bit, but I think I'll hold off on watering until tomorrow to really let them dry out. RH has definitely gone up (61% versus 54%) with wet pots and more soil. I'm still using the humidifier and refill once a day (right now the biggest pain). Pretty happy with the current environment. Temp and RH seem to be in line so far. I'm anxious to try my first LST in a couple more weeks! My watering yesterday had Cal-Mag Plus in it from when I setup a few gallons of pH'd RO water. I've read you don't need Cal-Mag Plus quite yet, but it was already in the water when I added the URB. Seems to be fine so far. I've actually had mixed information about using RO water and pHing it. I ready that you need to add Cal-Mag to RO water since it strips all the minerals out and alter the pH down accordingly. The local grow shop guy said I don't need to pH the RO water all since I'm using good soil and that the soil itself with adjust the pH. I haven't watered enough to test the runoff yet, so I'll have to check and see what the soil pH is (with my handy 3-way moisture meter) and lookup what the idea soil pH range is supposed to be. Any thoughts on the grow shop info? Day 16: soil is mostly dry except for near the seedling itself. Instead of a full watering, I opted for a foliage spray with some cal-mag and lightly spritzed the plants and dampened the top of the soil. I stuck my nose up to both seedlings and Amnesia Haze smells amazing at this size and Swiss Cheese doesn't really have much odor yet. Day 17: I gave each of them a half cup of my cal-mag/URB water this morning and when I got home, they seem to be growing just fine. I keep having to tell myself that AH is a day behind and isn't as big. I'll let everything dry out again before watering. AH smells sooooo good!! Day 18: the ladies are growing, albeit a little slowly. Swiss cheese is starting to have a scent when I put my nose right up to it. I gave each them a drink of cal-mag water today and sprayed them with a cal-mag foliar spray to wet the soil surface. Temp/rh is staying stable when the tent is closed. Day 19: growth continues and I sprayed them down with the foliage spray and put the cloth pots on a plant riser for better ventilation under the pots. Swiss cheese is starting to have a faint odor. I need to figure out a power backup system. I popped a breaker last night so the light cycle was interrupted for 2 minutes. Day 20: Swiss cheese seems to be a bit too heavy now and is leaning to the side of the pot. I watered with URB/cal-mag lightly thinking they were thirsty. Later in the day, she's still leaning. I'm hoping everything is ok, just getting big up too. Day 21: I'm a bit disappointed in the growth over the last week. I don't know if I transplanted too early, over watered, of both. Compared to other grows using Platinum LEDs, my plants are FAR behind anything else I've seen on this site. I've got my lights at 24" above the plants. Leaf development looks healthy and the nodes are tight together, but the stem on Swiss Cheese seems no wider than when it popped as a seedling. Maybe this is on track, but seems a bit slow to me. I'm comparing my grow to someone using two P300s in a similar sized tent, but they were using autos and maybe autos grow that much faster? Maybe my P4 light just lacks that much intensity versus having two P300s. I watered around the edges of the pots today, maybe that will help jump start some growth here.

Day 22: I took the advice of another grower and decided to add additional soil to the pots to support the stems. They look much healthier to me now. I also turned on the XML (boost) switch on the LED hoping for a bit more intensity. I checked back a little later and they seem very happy! Day 23: the ladies are loving the added boost of light. I might experiment with lowering the light slightly and see how they respond. Mixed up my first batch of veg food and also mixed in the appropriate ration of cal-mag plus and URB. Fed each of them about a quart each. Had a little runoff on Swiss cheese, but none that I noticed on AH. Should I be watering until there is runoff at this stage? Also noticed a lovely perfume when I opened the tent today. Swiss Cheese has a nice odor now, but not quite as strong as Amnesia Haze. Update: I decided to top the 5th node, based on the scrog tutorial I'm following. They are really responding well to the feeding. Day 24: Wow! Amazing growth overnight after topping. Came home from work and the 4th set of leaves is reaching big time. Very pleased to see progress moving along now. Those first couple weeks are so frustratingly boring haha. Pots have plenty of moisture and I expect to need to water again by Saturday/Sunday. Day 25: seeing some increased growth overnight. Nodes are very tight and I'm seeing some leaves forming at the nodes as well. Very pleased so far. I was surprised they were ready for watering this evening. I will too amnesia haze later tonight or tomorrow. Planning on beginning to build my scrog screen this weekend. Day 26: topped amnesia haze today and everything looks happy and healthy. I bumped up the humidifier fan to the highest setting to get the RH up around 60%. It's been getting cold at night and I've had dips below 48%. I also turned on another non-oscillating fan clipped to a tent pole for a bit more breeze. I'm amazed to see growth at the lower nodes. Better start than any outdoor I've ever had. Day 27: made my scrog net today with materials I had around the house. I think it will work perfect for my needs. Plants are doing well. Comparing growth to a week ago is crazy! Day 28: this morning I fed about a 1/4 gal to each of the remaining nutes I had mixed. Came home tonight and they are starting to flourish. Every day is becoming more wow by the minute. My friend would be digging the progress.

Day 29: things are going pretty good. A couple of leafs are bending a weird way, but not sure if the fan is too close or not. Does it look like there's too much breeze for them? They are kind of twisting strangely. Bumped the light distance back to 24". Day 30: second day of using Urb foliar spray and growth is amazing. Watered with cal-mag and Urb today when I got home from work. Thinking I'll be transplanting to 7 gal fabric pots this weekend. Already prepped the soil in the 7 gal and have it a dose of molasses to give some extra brix to the mix in prep for a 30ml Urb inoculation when I transplant. Day 31: growth continues and may transplant to 7 gal later tonight or tomorrow. Day 32: amazing growth continues. I'm eager to transplant but I will wait on the advice to let the topped chutes get a couple of inches above the canopy. So many leaves where I've never seen them before!! Day 33: decided to transplant after all. I believe I chose the perfect time to transplant based on the look of the root ball. Swiss cheese was the perfect transplant. Amnesia Haze would have been, but I left too much dirt in the hole in the 7 gal and when I tried to lift it up, the bottom fell out of the root ball. I gently scooped out the excess and finished transplanting. The shot looking down into the tent was 11:30am right after transplant. I watered with 30ml Urb, per the instructions and changed the fan positioning to hit them evenly. The rest of the pics are from 6pm. They appear to be just fine 7 hours later! Day 34: transplant looks to be successful and growth continues! I decided to start with some LST on Swiss Cheese since the chutes seemed long enough. I cut up some coat hangers to hold the branches down. The first node has a branch coming out both sides, so I pinned them down as well. More bud sites, right? Amnesia Haze I was most concerned about after transplanting, but there are zero issues with her. Branches aren't quite long enough to LST yet. Maybe in a few more days. Day 35: had to adjust my LST spikes. I guess they weren't quite long enough or didn't hold in the soil as the branches kind of pulled them up. Spiked the branches down again and also did the same LST to Amnesia Haze. Moisture meter reads in the middle, so no watering yet.

Day 36: still adjusting LST spikes. Fed a half gallon of nutes per plant, but had no runoff. I guess they were dryer than I thought. Or I need to water more per plant. Got my 5gal bucket setup for an RO feed. No more getting a half gallon at a time from the fridge! Day 37: LST spikes are holding and the growth continues. In a day or two I'll top again. They seem to be very healthy. Turned off the veg light briefly for today's photos. Day 38: decided to do round 2 of topping. Might have been a touch too early on a few branches. Hopefully, it won't be a problem for them. Almost ready for another watering, but I think it can wait until tomorrow. The smell really blasts you when the tent is opened. Smells amazing! I can almost notice a subtle odor in the room and may need to kick the inline fan up a bit. Day 39: the ladies are responding well to the topping. I watered with cal-mag today and have a bit too much runoff. I didn't see the pool until I got home. I didn't see any runoff when I watered so I added a bit more. Oh well, should be fine. I also mixed up my nutes for Xmas day feeding, or the day after. Mixed two jugs at once and somehow have 100ppm higher and a lower ph in the one jug. I guess I'll feed one glass at a time and alternate jugs to even it out a bit. A touch high on the ppm (750-800). My tds meter jumps around before it shuts off and I can't get a solid reading. I tucked a bunch of the bigger fan leaves to get more light to the growing branches. Also adjusted LST spikes and so far so good! Day 40: growth continues and they are following the LST well. I'll start to tie the branches down as they get bigger. So far, so good. The smell is just so amazing! Day 41: adjusted LST spikes and tucked a few leaves. Rubbed the stalks and smelled my fingers. Swiss cheese is almost overpowering. I've never smelled anything like it. Amnesia Haze is smelling wonderful as well. I believe I am on schedule for feeding tomorrow. Sprayed daily URB foliar spray and later sprayed them with cal-mag foliar spray. Day 42: fed the lower ppm nutes and dumped the other mix since it smelled a lot like chemicals. Split a gallon between both plants this morning and here they are 8 hours later.

Day 43 from seed: continuing to LST as the plants grow. The new tops from the 2nd round of topping are slowly growing. I'll LST them as well when they are a bit longer. So far, so good! Thinking I'll be in veg for this full week and likely 1-2 more weeks before switching to Flower. Day 44: tucked some larger leaves to let light into the tighter areas of the plants. Getting quite bushy now. I'm. It sure if I should keep the original spikes in place or let everything grow up a bit. I'll let the new growth go for a few more days and tie down as necessary. Plants appear to be healthy as I'd hope them to be! There's an occasional leaf marking here or there and a few new growth leaves are rounded off kinda funny, but everything else seems fine. Loving the smell every time I open the tent! Day 45: Gave daily URB foliar spray. Removed the LST spikes to let some upward growth. Also tucked quite a few fan leaves to let some lower covered branches get more light. Since this is considered 'late veg', I turned on the BLOOM switch on the LED, so now all 3 switches are on for full power. Fed water/urb/cal-mag today and a cal-mag foliar spray hours later. Day 46: did some major LST this morning. I hooked paper clips into the sides of the cloth pots and used plant twist ties to spread some branches out. I also tucked most of the fan leaves. Almost 7 hours later, they are recovering nicely growing up toward the light. I'll be putting the screen on in the next few days to start the scrog training. Day 47: did a little more tying down this morning and gave Urb foliar spray and a cal-mag foliar spray 6 hours later. Tomorrow will be feeding day. I put the scrog screen in place but not sure I should keep it that low just yet. Day 48: fed a full feeding to runoff and checked ph and everything is just fine. Moved the screen to about 6" above the soil. Swiss cheese seems to be a bit taller, so this will be interesting as they continue to grow. Day 49: happy new year! Plants continue to bush out and are almost touching th screen now. I was able to move one leaf set to another square.

Day 50: We've got bush! The ladies are just about to the screen and I've lowered the light slightly to get a little closer. With my LST, I was a couple inches out of the 24" range. Set the light to 22" above, so we will see how they respond. Also got my method seven glasses and I can see the plants way better than the other glasses I was using. Took this pic through the method seven lens. Day 51: Fed URB and cal-mag this morning. Came home from work and checked my LST wires and most branches were pulling at the growth tips, so I decided to let them all loose and grow towards the light. Bumped up the light a couple of clicks and gave a foliar cal-mag spray. Forgot to take my pic first, so that's why they are wet. Also took a couple of leaves from the deep bottom and accidentally ripped a growth node off at the end of a branch. Oooops. The plants are soooo thick! It was difficult to get to the stem for a photo. These babes are dense!! I'm not sure if I should be defoliating at this point or just let them go for now? Day 52: gave morning URB foliar spray and tucked a few branches. Moved a few branches this evening and removed a couple of deep fan leaves. The stems are just so thick for the size of the plant. So awesome! Day 53: growing nicely through the screen and had to do some tucking twice today. URB foliar spray and closed the vent flaps and installed a lower intake duct with several bends to prevent as much light leak as possible. Growth over the last 2 weeks is amazing. I'm thinking 8 weeks will be enough for veg. I'll know next week! Day 54: did some tucking and fed 2 gallons of week 6 nutes. Took all of both gallons with very little runoff. Roots must really be growing strong. Plants are extrmely healthy with huge knuckles at the stem nodes. Looks and smells amazing. Also gave final URB foliar spray. Day 55: No more URB foliar spray as I am now 7 full weeks and Urb bottle says first 5-7 weeks. Did give a dose of cal-mag foliar spray this morning. Noticed what may be a couple of leaves with chew marks and one leaf from an under node was all chewed up. Not sure where it came from or why it's happening now, but may need to get a BT spray ASAP. Also did seom defoliation of large fan leavs deep under the canopy. Took about 18 leaves total, hopefully will allow for additional airflow. Lots more tucking today. Day 56: This morning, I decided to continue URB foliar for the last week of veg. Tucked a bit more and gave a Cal-mag foliar spray this evening. Tops are growing up toward the light, so there was only a 21" distance from the top of the canopy. I pulled the light up 3 clicks to keep them from getting too close. I may raise the screen up slightly in the next day or two. Day 57: Fed URB and cal-mag this morning along with URB foliar spray. Raised the screen to 8" above the soil and fed cal-mag foliar spray.

Day 57: Fed URB and cal-mag this morning along with URB foliar spray. Raised the screen to 8" above the soil and fed cal-mag foliar spray. Day 58: Urb foliar spray this morning and cal-mag foliar this evening. The plant is growing up to the screen quickly and I was able to do a bit of tucking. I suspect by the weekend, I'll be getting close to flipping. I might veg a bit longer to make sure I fill up the screen enough. Day 59: Urb foliar spray in the morning and cal-mag foliar this evening. Kind of in tuck mode waiting for the screen to fill up. Tomorrow is the last veg feeding if I flip on Sunday. Might need to wait until mid week or later to flip based on screen fullness. Exicting times, but I'm getting impatient and want to flower these babes!! They look and smell amazing. I've never seen bushes like this before! Today I added two bags of Exhale CO2 to see if I can further increase growth and yield. Day 60: Fed nute week 6 nutes 1 gallon per plant and then URB foliar spray. Tucked a little this morning and this evening before a Cal-mag foliar spray. I'm not sure how effective the foliar sprays are, but I'll stop them when I flip to flower soon. They are growing exponentially every day, I'm hoping to flip by Wednesday at this rate. That would be a full 60 days from sprout, but will need to see how much of the screen is left to fill. I'm wishing I hadn't chosen a 12-week plant to flower lol. 84 days...yeesh. Day 61: I haven't touched the light height and the plants keep growing right up toward it, so I think the CO2 is slowly starting to work. That, or they are just growing strong as can be already. Fed Urb foliar this morning and cal-mag foliar this evening. Tucked some of the tall shooters and paitently waiting for the screen to fill more. Day 62: More tucking and tucking and I raised the oscilating fan up on a larger box to it the plants better. I also moved the plants to center them more under the scrog net. It won't be long now, they are gorwing like crazy! Fed URB foliar this morning and cal-mag foliar this evening. Day 63: Fed URB and Cal-mag this morning. Foliar URB spray after that and Foliar cal-mag this evening. I also removed a few leaves from deep inside the base of the plant. I can't believe these bushes…Did a bit more tucking as well.

Day 64: from seed. I am waiting for a few more squares to fill up before flipping to Flower. It won't be long now! I'm thinking I'll end up cutting this week short and flipping to Flower on Sunday. Plants are super healthy and are amazing bushes. I can't wait to see and smell their flowers! Day 65: URB foliar in the morning and Cal-Mag foliar in the evening. A little more tucking, but not too much. Feeding the heaviest dose yet tomorrow, but really not that much. I'm pretty sure they can handle it just fine and probably are looking forward to the added boost. Day 66: Fed feed week 7 nutes today and checked pH and ppm of runoff. pH was 6.4 and ppm was around 450. I think I'm pretty good on those readings. Today was a heavier feeding, so I'll check the runoff after next urb/cal-mag feed on Saturday. Did a bunch of tucking and sprayed URB after feeding and then cal-mag this evening. I have to say, I think foliar feeding is the way to go in addition to everything else. Day 67: Urb foliar in the morning and cal-mag foliar in the evening. I tucked a bit more and lowered the light to about 20" or so. I'll lower it to 18" over the next couple of days preparing for the flip.

Day 69: Flower day 1! Fed URB and Cal-mag today around 4:30pm and adjusted the humidifier to stay in the 50% range. Will feed veg nutes on Wednesday and then after the following watering, I'll start low dose bloom nutes. Day 70: Flower day 2. Did a lot of tucking today. Healthy growth continues and I'm reaching the back edge of the screen now. I'm really curious to see how much of a stretch will take place in the coming weeks. Day 71: Flower day 3. Lots of tucking today. Way more than yesterday. Some are jus tnot quite long enough to tuck yet. The light is at 18" above the net, but some tops are at about 16", but everything seems fine. Big feeding tomorrow night with the last veg nutes. Then on to bloom nutes. I'm on the fence on adding MammothP to the mix. All of my reading says it works with any nute regimen and since I already bought it, I might as well try it out, right? Day 72: Flower day 4: Leaves seemed a little soft today and I am sure they were hungry. Fed week 8 nutes (according to my feed chart) and removed a few dead leaves from deep underneath. It's getting difficult to water them now. I may have waited too long for the flip. I have a feeling I will have a whole lot of plant to deal with in the coming weeks. I'm also thinking I should have taken some fan leaf off from the middle of AH. Oh well, I'll do it at the end of week 3. Day 73: Flower day 5. Lots more tucking today. Ton of growth overnight! I think I am going to add MammothP to the next watering and see what happens. Everything they say is positive and it can be mixed with other microbes. If it will help that much more, why not use it? Update: went to check on them tonight and had to do a ton of tucking and noticed they are already showing pistils! Both plants have them all over the place. This is going to be fun!! Day 74: Flower day 6. Added MammothP to the URB/cal-mag watering tonight. AH shows dryer than SC on my moisture meter, but last time I waited 3 full days, it seemed like the leaves were wilting. I want to keep them going strong, so I decided to water tonight around 7:30pm. Did some more tucking and man are they growing big time. These are some serious bushes! Day 75: Flower day 7. Did more tucking today and also decided to trim the fluff under the canopy. It was actually very difficult to get to the areas that needed trimming. Took most of the dinky branches off the bottom and a handful of older/damaged fan leaves that weren't getting any light. I decided to turn try cloning the dinky branches to see what happens. I have about 6 SC and 4 AH clones. I may give them away or let them veg for a bit and then toss them in the flower tent if I can make room.

Day 76: Flower day 8. A bit more tucking today and fed first bloom nutes. AH was dryer than SC, but SC was dry enough, so I decided to keep them well fed with the continuing stretch. I considered giving AH one more feeding of veg nutes, but since there's already pistils growing, I thought it best to feed the flower nutes. Smell is absolutely amazing in the tent and my trimming yesterday doesn't seem to have slowed them down at all. So far, so good! Day 77: Flower day 9. Lots of fan leaf tucking today. Can't wait to chop out half of them lol. More tucking and having a bit higher humidity now so I bumped up the speed of the inline fan to draw in dryer air. Hopefully that helps since the humidifier isn't running at all now. Day 78: Flower day 10. Tons of tucking today. It's getting difficult to find room for everything. The fan leaves are totally in the way everywhere, so tucked under they go. AH was way dryer than SC, but they were both ready for more. Amazing how much more water they go through during Flower. I fed a gallon of URB, cal-mag and mammoth P this evening after tucking. Day 79: Flower day 11. Lots more of the same. Tucking, moving branches, repeat until the canopy is as even as possible. Lots of bud sites forming. Some seem small, but I think I'll let them all go since they are at the canopy and are worthy! Day 80: Flower day 12. Tons and tons of moving branches/stems and tucking today. Feed/water is every other day now and today I fed week 9 nutes again (bloom nutes week 1 on my chart). Week 10 feed will be the same except for a bump up of Mammoth P from 1ml to 1,5ml. Day 81: Flower day 13. Par for the course with tucking like crazy. They both seem very happy and I've not got braches of both plants intertwined on the screen, so I'll have to keep an eye on which plant is which. I don't know that I'll fill the screen completely, but I've got another week left and I think they will push a little more. I can't wait to defol...there are just SO many fan leaves. Day 82: Flower day 14. More and more tucking. Seems to still be stretching with a few tops almost at the front row of squares on the screen. The smell is amazing. I watered with URB, Cal-mag and Mammoth P. 1 gallon per plant.

Day 83: Flower day 15. Starting week 3 of flower today. So far, so good. The stretch seems to be slowing down a little. I was expecting taller shoots today, but not much vertical growth. Day 84: Flower day 16. Fed week 10 nutes which bumps up the bloom nutes .5ml and Mammoth P .5ml. PPM around 1081 going into the feed. Did a bunch of tucking and rearranging. The middle is definitely criss-crossed with both plants now, which makes it difficult to redirect the new shoots. I think I got it pretty even with only a few that aren't able to be moved yet. I'll be glad when the tucking is over and I can just watch them grow! Day 85: Flower day 17: Lots of tucking and rearranging tonight. I don't think I can move much else, but maybe after I defol this weekend. Pistils are really coming out now. I wonder how much of my nute concoction is really working. They seem super healthy, so I'm not going to change it much and stick to my nute plan. Day 86: Flower day 18: TONs of fan leaf tucking tonight. Now that the smaller branches of the mains are growing up through, I had to do a lot of rearranging and making better space to spread them out. I think everything has enough room to breathe for now. The back corner cola has nowhere to go since I'm out of real estate. I'm not quite sure how to tell when the stretch is done, but I don't think they are moving much now. Watered with URB, Cal-mag and Mammoth P much later in the day than usual and they were bone dry. Day 87: Flower day 19: Didn't do anything today just to see if there was any stretch left. Tomorrow they get a second feeding of week 10 nutes. Day 88: Flower day 20: Did some major defol under the canopy today. I didn't realize how much was still left under there as I filled an entire tray full of leaf. There a few spots I just can't get to, but I will see what else I can do tomorrow. I think the stretch is done and they are just growing up now. I did a bit more tucking of fan leaves and am on the fence on taking much off the top. Fed week 10 nutes again this evening. Day 89: Flower day 21: Did some additional defol under the canopy and also a bit at the top where both plants were crossing each other. I tried to thin out any areas that were really overlapping and then tucked the rest as best I could. There seems to be better airflow now.

Day 90: Flower day 22: the smell is absolutely amazing when I open the tent now. There are visible trichomes on the sugar leaves and they seem to be responding well to the two days of defoliation. Today was a URB, cal-mag and mammoth p watering day. I'm excited to see how the buds develop from here. Hopefully, they get huge and sticky! Day 91: Flower day 23: Flowers are looking to be forming nicely across the entire canopy. The smell is so sweet when I open the tent, holy moly. I can't imagine not having air filtration!! I tucked a few fans, but that was about it. I forgot I raised the light to about 17" away. They had grown into the canopy and were at 15.75" away from the light and I thought that was getting a touch too close. Maybe they were fine, but I figured better to give them room to grow into it if they liked it that close. Day 92: Flower day 24: I thought there was something wrong when I opened the tent tonight before I watered. I looked down and thought I saw leaf discoloration. Nope, trichomes on the fan leaves!!! I've never seen crust forming like this so early on a plant outdoors. This is amazing and very fun to watch! I went ahead and skipped week 11 nutes and fed week 12 nutes (they are the same, but since Swiss Cheese finishes 4 weeks earlier, I am trying to keep similar nute schedules until AH surpasses the schedule). Day 93: Flower day 25: Not much to report today, but the trichomes continue to pile on and they smell so damned good when I open the tent. A sweet sweet smell. But the rub a branch and it's an overwhelmingly foul smell….delicious! Day 94: Flower day 26: Today was URB/Cal-mag/Mammoth P day and fed a gallon to each plant. The humidity is around 57% today and I'm doing my best to keep it under 60%. I may have to kick up the inline fan speed even more and see if that helps dry it out a bit more. Day 95: Flower day 27: Swiss cheese seems to be getting taller buds than Amnesia Haze, but AH has larger buds all around. While both are packing on trichomes, SC seems to be looking more like cheese. The smell is so pungent now. I am near the high end of the RH range with the inline just into the high range of the variable controller. I may need to bump it up a bit more or give in and open a flap on the tent. So far, so good! The buds are relatively small, I sure hope they grow taller and fatten up like all of the other scrogs I see online lol Day 96: Flower day 28: Both plants are focusing on flowers. The smell is outrageous and I think I have the humidity under control for now. I keep looking under the canopy and marveling that this huge canopy is only two plants!! I am really looking forward to seeing how big these buds become over time. I wish my friend was around to see my progress. I'll smoke one for him when it's cured and ready.

Day 97: Flower day 29: Not much to report today, but I am continuously amazed at the amount of sugar already. Even on the fan leaves, I see trichomes! Everything looks healthy as can be! Day 98: Flower day 30: Fed URB/cal-mag/mammothP today. We have had some rainy weather lately and the humidity is climbing up again. It smells like a sweet pungent jungle in there! Day 99: 67% humidity today. Yikes! I had to kick on the dehumidifier set to 35% on high. Seems to be helping, so far. The tent just reeks and I love it!! Some of the buds have some amazing sugar coating already! Day 100: Flower day 32: Fed week 13 nutes today which swaps out bud candy for Sour Dee. 1400ppm with 6.2pH going in. They are glistening more and more. I was pretty surprised how much sugar is on the fan leaves. Starting to look magazine quality lol Day 101: Flower day 33: Trichomes, trichomes, trichomes, everywhere! It's so nice to see so much glitter with so much time left to go. I'm finding myself getting on my knees and just inhaling the buds up close and just staring at the scrog for long periods of time lol Day 102: Flower day 34: URB, cal-mag, Mammoth P watering day. Not much to report other than the amazing pungent stench of the tent and the glistening trichomes everywhere. I have the RH under control for now and I think they are on track. I don't know how Amnesia Haze is supposed to flower for another 49 days, but maybe it will really take that long to finish. Swiss Cheese is slated for 21 more days, but that kind of seems short. I am guessing 4 full more weeks before she's ready. Time will tell! Day 103: Flower day 35: Today is just an admiration day. I spent some time with them and removed a couple of dead leaves from deep unde the canopy. I just can't get over how many buds there are. Every time to try to count, I lose track lol

Day 104: Flower day 36: I will feed week 13 nutes again today. They looked so photogenic, I busted out my good Nikon and Ziess lenses for some centerfold action. I adjusted the RAW images in Photoshop a bit to reduce the LED effect. I think they look pretty delicious to me! Day 105: Flower day 37: So far, so good with the scrog. They stink so much now that I'm actually smelling them outside the tent with the inline fan almost all the way on. I only smell it when I walk in the room the tent is in, but I'm kind of surprised the filter isn't taking care of it. Then again, it is almost 3ft square of amazing buds lol Day 106: Flower day 38: Fed URB/cal-mag/Mammoth P tonight. I see some definite growth on Swiss Cheese and more trichomes on Amnesia Haze. I don't think it will be too much longer for Swiss Cheese. I need to really pay attention so I can do my best to get 2 weeks of flushing in before harvest. Day 107: Flower day 39: Not much to report other than I can totally smell the plants outside the tent with the inline on high. You can't tell until you start going down the basement steps, but then SMACK in the face of sweetness. I have a feeling it's only going to get worse lol Day 108: Flower day 40: Fed week 14 nutes today which has the highest ppm yet. I can't get over the pungent smell!! Day 109: Flower day 41: I took a look at the trichomes with a jewelers loupe and a pocket microscope and I can't believe how long the trichmomes are! They are still mostly clear with a few cloudy and a few hairs are beginning to brown. It won't be long now! Day 110: Flower day 42: Fed URB/cal-mag/MammothP tonight and just stared and smelled the amazing canopy. It stinks/smells sooooooog good!!!

Day 111: Flower day 43: Plants are looking phenomenal. I used the good camera again, but used the flash in some pics to really get a look at how much sugar was on the flowers. Some of Swiss Cheese pistils are starting to brown and they are looking really really good. I can't wait to actually smoke these babes!! Day 112: Flower day 44: I fed week 14 nutes again thinking this will likely be the last week of feeding and then water/URB/Mammoth P for flushing for 2 weeks. I might push the nutes into the next week depending on progress. They are really something to behold up close. I will be sad to chop her down, but it will be worth it as long as I make it through drying and into curing without any issue. Day 113: Flower day 45: Checked the trichomes today with a jewelers loupe and pocket microscope. Clear trichomes still atr this point even with some hairs starting to change color. Day 114: Flower day 46: URB/Cal-mag/MammothP day. More hairs turning color now and things are progressing nicely. The smell is super pungent and I bumped a bud while moving around and wow my fingers practically stuck together! Day 115: Flower day 47: Prepped week 15 nutes and checking trichomes preparing for flush. Still keeping an eye on trichomes, but everything is still clear, so I will continue feeding at this point.

Day 118, Flower day 50: The time is finally here to begin flushing Swiss Cheese. The hairs are turning color now and I'm starting to see some cloudy trichomes. I'm going to flush for two weeks with 10ml URB and 1ml Mammoth P per their instructions. I am shooting for 60-65 day flower on Swiss Cheese, but Amnesia Haze has a good month to go according to it's 12 week schedule. Exciting times! Day 119: Flower day 51: Decided not to flush yet since I still only see clear trichomes no matter how mard I look. URB/cal-mag/Mammoth P Day 120: Flower day 52: Smelling delicious and still only clear trichomes. I'll feed tagain tomorrow, if they are dry enough. Day 121: Flower day 53: Still clear trichomes, so I decided to feed one more time and see how things progress. If I was seeing any cloudy/mily trichs, I would flush, but it seems like they can go a bit longer. Day 122: Flower day 54: Looking and smelling great and lots of color changing and sugar everywhere. I swear I'm not seeing any miky trichs yet. Soon, I hope! Day 123: Flower day 55: The ladies are definitely slowing down on the drinking. I thought I would water today, but they are still plenty wet yet. Day 124: Flower day 56: Still no milky trichomes that I can see. Seems like any day now since the hairs are turning color and receding a bit. I really can't tell if I should start a 2 week flush yet. I guess not, if I can't see any cloudiness yet. They are definitely slowing down on the water/nute consumption. Tomorrow's good pics will shed more light on the state of things.

Day 125: Flower day 57: Unless my eyes are really bad, I am not seeing cloudy trichs yet. I think they have a little ways to go. Are they ready to truly begin flushing? I just can't tell. I think I will start the 2 week flush and see what happens. Hopefully, I am not too early. Day 126: Flower day 58: These buds are procrastinators. Tons of trichomes, but not ripe enough yet. I'm going to dig a bit deeper into a bud and see what I can see. Day 127: Flower day 59: I did some thorough checking and I'm only seeing maybe the start of some cloudiness, so I am going to feed one more time and see. I checked for light leaks and I don't think I have any. I'm hoping the strain just takes longer than expected or they count the days from the moment they see pistils and not from the flip to 12/12. Day 128: Flower day 60: I think I'm glad I didn't start the flush yet. They seem like they have a ways to go yet and still clear trichomes. Day 129: Flower day 61: The tent smells sooooo good. I try not to keep the tent open for too long, but it drops the humidity even more for a bit, so maybe that will help them ripen just a tad faster. Day 130: Flower day 62: I went ahead and fed the normal URB/Cal-mag/Mammoth P dosage in preparation for flushing. I have to imagine the cloudiness will set in any day now given the appearance of the pistils. Day 131: Flower day 63: I think I may be startig to see a touch of cloudiness in the trichome heads, but just beginning, if at all. Come on ripen up!

Day 132: Flower day 64: I think I am finally starting to see some cloudiness. It definitely wasn't the all glass that I have been seeing, so there seems to be some ripening happening now, at long last! Day 133: Flower day 65: Gave the final feeding tonight and plan to flush next watering. Getting so close now! Day 134: Flower day 66: Checking trichomes and I'm just not seeing what I believe to be cloudy. Maybe they are and the LEDs are so bright, it just makes me think they are clear. Day 135: Flower day 67: I'm thinking I should not have fed that last feeding and should have only used water. I think they are further along than I realize. Day 136: Flower day 68: After taking some detailed photos and inspecting the trichomes, I think I am late starting my flush. At the recommendation of others, I flushed approximately 20+ gallons per plant and brought the runoff pool in the tray down from 2800ish to 300ish. I couldn't seem to get it any lower, so I assume accumulation in the drip tray over the grow period is adding to the higher readings. I feel much better having flushed. Day 137: Flower day 69: Smelling absolutely amazing in the tent. It's great to have gotten to this point. I can't wait to dry and cure and enjoy! Day 138: Flower day 70: I do believe harvest day is approaching. I will give a few more waterings and prepare for harvest!

For a first time indoor grow, I am very pleased with this harvest. I would have liked a little more, but given the space I was working with, I can't complain at all. I had to harvest in two stages due to the scrog being so dense, the under buds needed a little more time. Delicious, super stoney bud!
