Will be growing this auto first time using Gaia Green on auto-flowering strain. Seed popped immediately showing signs of a quality breeder. I mixed 5 gallons on coco cut with approx 5-10% perlite and 4 tbsp/gallon (1 tbsp 2-8-4, 3 tbsp 4-4-4 and 1/4 tbsp feather meal)

Tremendous growth, I’ve dimmed the light and have had positive results ever since but now came another issue with low temperatures, just when you think you have everything dialed in another problem arises. Pics are actually 17 days but at 14 from seed Nugget has been very developed. Gaia Green Mix tbsp 2-8-4, 3 tbsp 4-4-4 and 1/4 tbsp feather meal)

Early week 3, transplanted in 5 gal Aztech fabric pots in Coco with organics dry amendments. Should be receiving my Apera PH pen can’t stand waiting for 2 min to get the reading of my water anymore. With the Apera you can change the probe at half the cost of purchasing another Pen and this one should be top of the line. PH to me is the more crucial aspect of every feeding regime. I usually LST this early but will wait to give it slightly more stretch this time around even though I’ve never grown this strain before. More pics and report end week, Cheers

The top of the plant seems to be hit with what looks like a too much feed/potassium deficiency (we’ll see what the community thinks). This is a organic pre-mix of 4tbsp/gallon of Gaia Green with 2.5 tbsp/5 gallon of feather meal. She currently gets watering at 6.3 in the event its Potassium deficiency, which is best absorbed at that range.

Have a look at my last pic, seems like Potassium deficiency but my mix contains potassium. Gaia Green pre-mixed: 3 tbsp 4-4-4, 1 tbsp 2-8-4 & 1/2 tbsp Feather Meal Per Gallon. Water is PH’d at 6.3 Your thoughts???

You shouldn't really be seeing a K deficiency in veg but your ratios would suggest it is K. I'm not great at math but as a general rule you need 1.5 more K versus N in veg. So 3 x 4-4-4 + 1 x 2-8-4 would not give you a ratio with sufficient K if you're running a minimum feed. You should definitely find a good PK part 2 before flower hits as that's when you need to keep K levels through the roof. Dual Fuel has the best two parter I've found anywhere, it has a perfect ratio of 0-3-6. The catch is that it only sells as a two parter, you can't buy part 2 just on its own. I make my own PK 3-6 with water soluble Potassium Sulphate, Monosodium Phosphate and Magnesium Sulphate. That's still a work in progress though so I'd be on the look out for a fert that's high in K avg amount of P. Most micros have four times the N a plant needs. I really don't get N deficiencies and how people get them. Calmag also has a bunch of N from calcium nitrate.

This plant has an amazing structure. It only took slight LST training now I want her to stretch to promote internodal spacing for bud development. I’ll take a guess but I’m pretty sure the higher amounts introduced to the plant will prolong it’s veg cycle only starting now to show signs of it entering the flowering stage. My mix seems still hot and will give it another week before I top dress with 2-8-4 Bloom fetilizer.

Did somewhat of a light defoliation considering I hadn’t done any to date. The canopy has now been opened up where the inner bud sites will now get more light as it completes its first week of flowering. This week I ordered Cal Mag from General Organics (same company as GH) as apparently there isn’t enough minerals in my water to simple give it Gaia Green organic fertilizers. She will get a Top Dress this weekend of a 50/50 split of 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 (2tbsp of each) Snapped the main cola trying to pull her down a little to have a perfectly level canopy. What a mistake hopefully the medical tape does the trick.

Defoliated once again ever so slightly. She could of easily taken the 3x3 tent could I LST those side branches down having more space I would. In the meantime week 2 of flowering finished and cannot wait to see how fat those buds will get after week 3. Removed lower bud sites I call suckers. She now drinks almost 2L per 24 hr which is only a good sign that the root system is healthy and the plant is thriving under the QB288.

Defoliated again, even though I just did 4 days ago. Leaves are extremely sticky near bud sites which tells me buds will be frosty ☃️ Will post end week pics in 3 days Update - With some help of a friend finally got the inline fan/carbon filter and hooked up all the lights. Everything is nice and compact. The strawberry Nuggets is at 19” (highest cola from the light). The light is HLG 135 3000k. It’s half the power of my QB288 so this will be the first plant I flower under this light. I do not have the divider and will also slightly get some light from the 65W HLG veg light 4000k where I start all my plants. I’ll be doing a video later to better show the setup. Cheers.

Start of week 10 Day 64 - Lightly Defoliated today and she smells wonderful. I’m the worst at detailing odours but all I can say it’s pleasant to the 👃 Now in a 2x2’ area she get 135W (HLG 3k) Next top dress should be coming up at the end of this week with Gaia Green 2-8-4 Day 70 - Received molasses Ph 6.4

This strawberry nugget has received its last top dress. I am aiming at four weeks from now sufficient time for the nutrients to flush out. These buds are extremely frosty there will be insane trichome production in three weeks from now. I’ll take better pics sometime this week. Until then 🤘off with your 🧦 off. ✌️

Start of week 12, tied the branches slightly to allow more airflow and space between buds. More pics end week, really hoping it’ll bulk up drastically in the next 2-3 weeks. End week Update - Maybe some bulking in the buds but very hard to say. Buds are crystallized and super dank smell. Very leafy in and around bud sites will make this strain great to produce hash, edibles with trim. I'm seeing some yellowing at the tips, I overlapped the feeding schedule (top dressed earlier after 3 weeks only vice 4 weeks) to allow sufficient time for the plant to deplete itself of the organic nutrients. Counter effect of this is obviously slight nutrient burn but can also be light stress as I have the 95W light at 12'' from the highest cola. Who knows? Feel free to input what you think it may be. Cheers all and stay safe!

I've yet to check the trichomes on this girl. Took pics with my Go Pro easier to see the plant in it's little space. I'm guessing another week-week and a half. I'm not overly worried about precise harvest time with indica dominant strains as the insomnia effect will be there regardless I harvest all milky or 50% amber. From this point on determining factor for the cut will be based on the fade of the plant.

Start and final week of this grow... Finally this one seemed long but well worth it. She will receive PH water at 6.4 for the rest of the week, about 2-3 watering and game over. Pre-harvest pic to follow end week 👌 See ya soon...
