Had germination without a problem. I am growing with fox farm ocean forest soil, any ideas of how long I should wait before adding nutrients to the soil? I read online about 4 weeks
I’m growing with fox farm ocean forest soil, I was wondering how long before I should add nutrients? And what should I use from fox farm for nutrients?

I've seen my plants do well for about 2 weeks before I needed to add nutrients into the mix. I would still ph my water for the 2 weeks though.
You can use any brand of nutrients with that soil but if you're going to use fox farm I'd start by getting their trio of micro/grow/bloom(big bloom/grow big/ tiger's bloom). But I'd also have a cal-mag supplement, either their gringo rasta one or any brand will do. I think you can get by on just those 4 things and then any others you might add would just be extra. They have a decent feeding schedule on their website too for a guide with soil or soiless growing.

Arwen “Afghan Kush Ryder plant” is growing up fast! I have been keeping the top soil moist near the stalk of her. Also, I have been just doing ph adjusted water this week. Whenever she gets dry near the middle of the plant, I give her some water. Should I have a strict watering schedule down for her? I will be starting the Fox Farms Trio and CAL MAG next week. Also was wondering is I should put some more ocean forest soil to sober some of the stalk?? Also going to be adding northern lights and bubble gum kush and will have those diaries up as soon as they germinate!!
She was very well this week. She dropped a little when she was thirsty and needed water. But she’s developing nicely starting to see more and more nodes arrive and it gets me excited. I decided to wait another week for added nutrients because it seemed like my soil had a ph issue. But that’s all fixed up now thanks to ph adjustment. So gonna be starting her on nutrients next week guys. I’m so excited.
She has had an interesting week lol. Started lst with plant wire, I was really nervous. She looked really pathetic and wilting when I tied her down. But with a couple hours she worked up and stared facing the light again. So trodY I changed her wires around and gave her a better tie down. I have her base anchored and the top tipping down. Trying to get the light into the lower areas of the plant. I have some growth improvement in the Lower regions. I’m worried because I can’t get all of her fan leaves down to get more light penetration. But she’s still growing and responding well. I gave her the first round of nutrients this week that I listed above. She responded well to them. I cut fox trio in half and cal mag in half because I was worried about over doing her the first round. She has responded well and seems to not need water since then. That was Thursday and the soil is still wet. She was due for a watering today but she’s still damp. Should I be adding cal mag to every watering or just when I feed her? I am only feeding her once a week , and APPARENTLY if need two times.
