photo-toxicity early in bloom due to agressive spraying of bio-mist and over feeding caused a cal/mag lock-out. over-all growth slowed as the soil re-set from 2 flushed (x10 amount of h2o) addition of cal/mag and backing up of light and feedings plants seen to have come back from almost certain disaster. ppm is now at 550 light back to 600w(hps) and 18 from canopy Day 57 of 12/12 flip and trichomes are crazy with a sweet fruity lemony smell. with half of bloom left these og kush ladies should be nice
Flushed 4 days ago, this is beginning of week 8. Inspected the trichomes mostly milky with a 20-25% amber color to them. still many white hairs but the plant is telling me its just about done. Foxtailing has started on the tops and sides of some buds. the leaves took a beating early in bloom and never recovered. the only thing i can see that was off was that the buds could have been a little bigger.well seeing as it is my 1st indoor grow i cant reference anything to compare...i guess the weight will tell. Going on google the only thing i can see is that they may be a little small. And the leaves took a fkn beating!!!! too much nutes too much light were the big errors on this grow. Now i have purchased a ppm and a ph meter so all is good now
this og kush was a pretty easy grow all things considered. Early in bloom i had ppm and ph problem which led to a cal mag deficiency. this plant needs high humidity in veg and low humidity in bloom due to the fact she produces dense buds.
Great grow for learning...grow diaries is just amazing!! the next grow the veg time will be with 400w mh and not a crappy chinese led (slowed growth) also with a space of 3 feet by 3 feet i will add 6 plants instead of 4. Also i will make better use of the screen (scrog) most of my colas were huge but some smaller then other. with better use of the net , al colos will be big and even.Also i will not use a potting soil for it contained nutrients in it. Growing cannabis is the closest thing i have to a religion. Everyone should try and everyone MUST USE GROWDAIRIES!!!!!!

day 19 of 12/12, at day -7 of 12/12 noticed a couple of thrips, sprayed 3 times with 3 different organic bug sprays.
errors...
1- did not back off light
2-did not back off nutrients
3-did not notice leaves "telling" me about bugs.
Hindsight i will put 2 more plants under canopy and make it 18 inches as opposed to 12-14 inches😀
