I have to say, week 14 is when this cultivar really started to impress me. I admit that I was very nervous about running CaliConnection gear as I have read many horror stories about intersex plants and all the negativity definitely had me constantly looking at this girl with skepticism. To the point where I found myself tempering my expectations about what she was going to deliver. As the Seedsman White Widow next to her fattened up I became more and more convinced this Sour D pheno was going to be a disappointment all around. That said, this week she really started to show me what she had to offer and put my negativity in its place. Despite a lanky stretch she is starting to fill out the spaces between nodes into some really impressive colas. The scent and trich production are still a little lackluster but I'm hoping that ramps up over the next few weeks.
She's pretty much coasting on her own now with little interference from me. She's stopped stretching so no need for me to crop her anymore. This week I did do some light defoliation to open up spaces for light to reach lower parts of the plant. Other than that, she gets water about every third day. I thoroughly soak to runoff with plain water and then push the plain out with a gallon of BioBizz solution until runoff starts to show brown from the nutes and recharge. This has worked really well for me this run.
I find myself taking more and more pictures of her as she starts to fatten up her inflorescence. Maybe this will be the shining star of this run after all! Can't wait to see what she does next. 😀

Very nice. I'm sure u'll enjoy. I have some seeds for this so I came me to see what I could hope for. As for the "nanners" they can also happen when u let your plants go for too long. At least That's my experience. I think the plant gets frustrated, I wants to get polinated and pass her lineage along. She's done everything she can to make herself beautiful and no male has come she doesn't know what else to do and as a last ditch effort she goes "screw these useless dudes, I'mma do it myself". It's actually a bit sad.
