I know you didn't see the veg but just jumping into the perpetual here: These two Orange Blossom Fizz and Krishna Kush went into the flower tent Sunday morning. In the pics you'll see they're a bit big already so I trimmed em up and snapped them down. When they stretch into flower they should be about the right canopy height. You can see its all turned up and ready already after a night and I'm not gentle with them. Flower tent has a DE 600 up top and a vert 600 in the middle to cut down on popcorn under buds. I drip to waste a few times per day. Starting flower food change up is cut the gro nutes, add the Piranha and Tarantula powders plus an extra dose of Hydroguard, and Bud Candy starts now to feed some microbes. Other than that for the transition here I'll turn the lights down to 400 for like 3-4 days and turn on the far red leds for those days. Seems to get them flipping.(just some small 30w reds in the top corners on for the last 2hours of daylight.) For starting flower this run I am trying out cutting N now to see if I can reduce stretch, these were a bit overgrown going in. If they get hungry I'll just add some N back in. Last pic they are on the left side of the tent you can only see the Krishna Kush looking small compared to her stretched out flower mates. I'll add some pics without the big light on soon. Don't mind the right side those hit week 5 Sunday and aren't part of a journal yet(I'll add more as we go here so you'll get to see em go thru)

First weeks can be a bit dull but they're stretching themselves into their spaces pretty well. In the last week pics you can see I had to train them, break them, and tie em down hard to get ready for the flower tent. With the Double ended up top they have to be pretty low to not burn, and I let them grow up the sides stadium style. 30in radius around de basically. These were a bit overgrown. Just a little info for the pics you can see their fed on drippers and all the buckets of water are just heat sinks. The black buckets of water hold heat into the night and the fan spreads it around. Oh and the fan straight up is for the vert bulb so it doesn't cook anything on accident. Leaves can be within about 10inches of the bare bulb that way.

So it has been a bit more than a week since update but the ladies seem to be thru the stretch and budding well now. I think in the next update I'll do pics of the defoliation at week three(upcoming Sunday) I added some drip rings to even out watering between different strains. The Orange blossom gets two water lines pumping it while KK gets one and is still a bit damp. The adjustable drip tips just weren't keeping their settings and Blossom gets thirsty fast right now. They are just part of the floraflex kit for rockwool cubes, but with Coco I find water absorbs/disperses just fine.(I usually use 1/2'' black holes drippers but stepped on 3 of em..) Ladies are pretty healthy but lacked some N after the stretch here and yellowed some bottom leaves. I gave them a bit of Grow food in this reservoir. Just at 1 part. Micro at 2 parts, and Bloom 3. I really under feed and adjust up if they look hungry usually. I stopped using the Piranha and Tarantula powders after week two so those are on the shelf until the next rotation. But since I see buds I started, I added in the Liquid Kool bloom at .5 ml/l, again thats like 1/8th strength but its plenty. Too much of the boosters and stuff burns quick. I did a decent job keeping them trained back from the vert bulb this time so haven't crisped up any leaves yet which is great. The plants are about at 24 inches tall after the stretch to keep them under the big double ended. Thats actual height for the Krishna, but the blossom is bent into a bunch of z's to keep it low. These are actually some big plants stuffed in there, so hoping they make some good sized buds. Got some pics of the bud starts for each plant. No frost yet but it'll start by next week I think. Maybe a week until I pull off any buds that are not the size of a grape yet, and leave the good starts to get extra juice. I'm over trimming under buds since my last overgrown scrog.

This will be the third week since buds have set, forth from flip. Coming in nicely and starting to push out the trichomes. I switched out the DE focused reflector to a wing type, seems to fill the whole tent up better and not just a hot spot in the center. For reference the ceiling is only 5'11' so that is why the plants are trained down and in around the outside. With this new reflector though I think plants could actually go in the center(in place of the fan pointed up) I still gave them a bit of of N in this reservoir and haven't seen so much of the leaf yellowing I had on the last round, Probably just take that to the end of w5 now. Its only 10ml in a 50l reservoir so just a bit seems to help there. Not seeing any clawing about it. I didn't use the hydroguard, and did use some 32% H2O2 in the res when filling because I saw some muck in there. (I did throw in some backstrap molasses with the Piranha and Tarantula benies last change. That peroxide will be all gone in a day and I'll add hydroguard it back in. (didn't want to kill the bacillus) I will have to strip leaves here soon too, getting pretty thick, and the underbuds need to get pinched off still too.

Well global hysteria had me lose my job and computer but kept the growing up and made some trades while demand is high and am back here about to go into week seven. The Orange Blossom Fizz is really plumping up and is triched out. Seems like its still got at least a week and a half to go till flushing. It is really full of stacks but haven't seen much color coming in yet but it'll show more at the flush. I stripped a bunch of leaves at the actual week six about a week ago to make sure all the lowers are getting some. The video shows some full shots of the whole plant trained wide and low. Really liking this strain, last round was great and had solid nugs and great purps. The Krishna Kush is much closer to finish and I'll probably start flushing soon, like halfway through week 7. Its usually about 56-60 day for the chop. This is my pheno 1 and has a real crown shaped small nug structure from its landrace lavender background, but they're nice and frosty. Def a heavy feeder and did get quite a deficiency in the last few weeks here in the spots closer to the light. Couldn't up the nutes too much cause its sharing a res with the OBF, which is already getting nute burn a bit. Nute wise I cut out the Bud Candy and Grow at week six and switched from Liquid Kool Bloom to Beastie Bloom dry powder for this week's res. The next one I'll switch to some Dry Kool Bloom for 4 days to start the finishing before the flush. Try and keep this updated till the finish now.

Well boys and girls its time. Krishna got the chop at 58 days, and I just took down the Orange Blossom Fizz at 62 days. Krishna trimming has started and I'll ad some pics of those awesome buds, the Blossom is a lot and pretty wet still so that might need more days of hanging. Great looking plants, probably not too much weight off the Krishna but its soo frosty. It smells like homeless armpits and is almost too ripe to inhale deeply... The blossom doesn't coat the fan leaves in trichs like the kush but it makes great nugs with almost all calyxes instead of leafy material. Smells like mangos and some hint of spice, like an orange peel with cinnamon. They got powdered koolbloom for 4 days and flushed for 3 more before setting them outside the tent, in the dark, for a day before cutting and hanging. its like 59f outside my tents so it really helps the purps come out at the last second for strains that do it. once its jarred up an weighed i'll post back. probably 2.5 off the KK and could be a good amount off that big orange blossom plant.
