Popping seeds in a wet paper towel in sandwich bags.
2-17-20
All seeds but 1 popped within 24 hours so gave them another 24hs to be safe. Transplanted into solo cups with coco. Will give the last seed more time till it pops.
2-20-20
All seeds are above ground except the one behind . So far so good. The clones that I took aren't looking that great but we'll see what happens.
2-22-20
Last week they've been building roots, so this week we should see a little green growth.
2-26-20
Starting to show some foliage growth, so it will be time to transplant these here in a day or 2.
2-28-20
Started to transplant them into their final 2gal pots. Growing good so far with no problems.
2-26-20
Growing fast and healthy so far. Will be transplanted into 2 gal fabric pots in a day or 2. Will soon be switching light schedule down to 18 soon.
3-4-20
Since being transplanted they've been doing good, took them about a day to be adjusted to the bigger pots but are still cruising along
3-8-20
Healthy, no problems, topped them all once. Will start training them as needed.
3-10-20
These girls are doing good. Growing nice and stout and got gaining much height yet. Got them under the Marshydro TSW2000 @ 150watts and they seem to really like it. I'm hoping with less light they won't grow to fast so they won't be over grown when it's their time to flower.
3-18-20
Looking good at the moment, no problems to report. Started tying down branches and spreading them out a bit. Last week I did accidentally break off the main apical stem of the MendoCookies #1, but it's rebounded nicely. Will be trying to set up a feed system for these because having to hand water at this point is tedious and time consuming.
3-22-20
All still moving right along. Have been tying down and spreading them out as much as possible. Will top and FIM again tomorrow.
3-27-20
All the ladies are doing well in the veg tent. No problems to report yet. Have been continuing to tie and bend them, topped them all again at the beginning of the week.
3-31-20
Cruising along. Waiting to see the 3x MC to show preflowers a bit better before I cull any of them, I'm hoping for at least 2 females out of the bunch. They are all doing well
4-1-20
So I believe that I might have to flip this tent, since this is my first attempt at running 2 tents simultaneously and trying to schedule them. I think I have to start the veg tent when the flower tent is in week 4 or 5 of flower instead of what I did this time was start the veg tent when I flipped the flower tent. If I wait until harvest to flip this tent, they will be way to big. We'll see how they look next week
4-4-20
Overhauled the autofeed system to be similar in style and capacity as the flower tents system. Again, tried make use of some old stuff and get by, but found out quickly it was going to be a pain in the ass to move over into the flowering tent without having the same watering system.
Other than that little hiccup they are doing well. Culled out one of the Mendo Cookies when I did their watering system because it was a boy, so now they've got plenty of room to grow. Growing at a good pace even being under only approximately 150w.
4-7-20
So this will be the last week of veg, will flip in 3-4 days. I can't risk them getting to big since the flower tent is shorter then the veg tent. Growing good as of now, they've been topped a couple of times and have continued to bend the tallest tops down.
4-10-20
Flipped the veg tent.
4-10-20
Flipped to flower
4-12-20
Still trying to keep them short by tying them down and hst. Will take a few clones of each tomorrow and hopefully they take, and if they end up good will get kept.
4-16-20
6 days into stretch and things are looking good. The 2 Stroke is definitely stretching faster and more vertically than the others already. Going to have to keep her tied down more and super crop some more.
4-19-20
Looking good. Have been super cropping the 2 Stroke like crazy to hopefully help with her streching. The other 3 are staying nice and short and bushy so far. Feeding 3 times during lights on. Will do a round of pruning here in a few days to thin them out a little
4-20-20
Starting to see bud sites forming, so will slowly be pruning over the next days and also take the cuttings I get and try and get some to root out.
4-23-20
Took 6 clones off of each plant, I'll be happy if I get atleast one of each to root. Hopefully it wasn't to late into flower to take cuts, we will see. Since the 2 Stroke is stretching more than the others, I raised theoothers up a few inches
4-26-20
Moving along into week 3 of flower. Nice bud sites starting to form, did some light pruning but will have to do it again in a week or so. Will be moving into flower tent in about a week once they get chopped and I'll hang them in the veg tent to dry. They look nice as of now, no problems to report. Being fed @ about 1.0-1.2ec(550-600ppm) and 5.9-6.1pH.
Hopefully the cuttings I took start to root soon so I can cull the weakest ones. Will start the next round of seeds when these are ending week 4 of flower.
4-29-20
Made up new res @1.2ec(625ppm) 5.9pH. Flower sites getting bigger daily. No problems to report as of yet.
Girls are starting out week 4 of flower and are begging to be moved into the bigger flower tent. The end of this week and they should be moved. They are doing well as of now, no issues and looking sexy with their bud sets forming.
5-7-20
Will move them in to the flower tent this weekend. Will also be popping some new seeds for the next run. Choices choices. These girls are still doing well, starting to stack nicely and smell a bit.
The clones that I had taken of these I believe have the start of some WPM 😭. I don't know how but I have been spraying them with some water with silica and apple cider vinegar to see that will help or not, so far it doesn't seem to be spreading at all. The moment it does spread I'll get rid of them since I don't have a pm specific spray and it wouldnt be able to get here fast enough. We'll see.
5-9-20
Moved the plants into the flower tent and put the light on about 500w. Did some trimming on the lowers.
Clones aren't getting any worse but not any better either. I'll keep treating them and see what happens in a few more days.
5-11-20
They are doing very well. They have been moved into the flower tent under the HLG600, and they are loving the increased intensity.
5-14-20
Stacking nicely. They are starting to smell great. No issues to report at this time.
5-15-20
Dealing with some hot days the next few days, came in fast and was unprepared. They should be fine.. Looking nice and will update this weekend with some better pictures.
5-16-20
With the warmer weather, the next res change I'll lower the ec down to .9-1.0 for the duration of the res.
The clones that I had taken of these girls seem to be doing alright after I thought they had pm. I don't know if it was or not, but whatever it was didn't continue to spread.
5-17-20
They seem alright going into week 6. Still stacking and the smell is getting more pungent day by day.
5-23-20
Sorry for the lack of updates..
So all seems to be going alright except for the high temps through out the week in the the tent. They seem to be taking to the heat decently.
Also, I bought a new inline fan, AC Infinity cloudline t6, and I and it is awesome. I wish I bought it when I first started, but I it would have helped out alot. It's super quiet, efficient, and powerful for its size. Plus I can use it to monitor temp and humidity during the grow and during drying, win win.
5-26-20
Starting out week 7 of flower and things are looking good. They continue to look bigger and smell great as the days pass. With the heat we have at the moment, I have lowered their nutes a bit and kept the pH a bit lower, around 5.9.
5-30-20
Going into week 8 with these ladies. With the heat we been having the past week they are definitely showing signs of stress. The Prom Date has a few nanners popping out in places, and a couple are showing signs of what looks like a deficiency of sorts. This far in I don't think it matters much as I'll be starting to flushing them out in 3-4 days anyway.
6-11-20
Started their 48 hour darkness before getting the chop on Saturday. Smelling great, looking nice and frosty. The Prom Date has continued to pop nanners for the past week with the high heat we've had here, atleast that's what I'm contributing them to.
6-13-20
Took down all 4 ladies and hung them up to dry. This week's weather is against me as we're looking at high 70s to mid 80s this week, so might need to run a window a/c to keep temps low. We'll see how it goes!
Hopefully I will get them to hang and dry for a minimum of 7 days.
