Really excited to try fastbuds new originals line. Skunk #1 is one of my oldschool all time favorites. Soaked her for 18 hrs and playing waiting game
Day 4 about rounding out week 1. Little slow above ground but sure she is building massive roots. She got her first feeding along with some recharge
Day 9. Had a little trouble out of the gate. The best way to describe is her first leaves looked like a reveg almost. The center leaf vein was not so centered. Shes rounded the corner I belive and has some beautiful new growth starting up now. Not to worried about it. I had a fastbuds gg4 do something similar and turn out amazing
Day 10 took a pic just to confirm that she is looking to be over her abnormality. Starting to be a lot more vigorous
Day 13 rounding out week one. Shes past her little mutation and stacking nodes like a boss
Day 14 and my baby skunk is really kicking it into gear now. Since we are 2 weeks in s Ihe with no bumped up to .25 foxfarm trio. I also will be trying some new microbes. Photosynthesis plus, alternating once a week with realgrowersrecharge. One more week or so and I'll apply some lst. I want to let her get some good foilage going after these hard rounds of early pruning before I beging phase 3 of training her
Day 16 I bumped up her feed a little start of this week. Shes a little dark green in the tips. No burn so we will let her grow into this ec for a little while. She is stacking nodes like a boss
Day 17 this little skunk is stout. Side branching is wanting to take off so I decided to start some last. Usually I wait a few more days but... I put a support tie at the base of her stem just for stem to stay secure in coco during lst
Day 18 looking super healthy little green in the tips so I'll back her down a little on the Nitrogen. Few more days and I'll start some pruning
Day 20 and shes a waste of time I believe
Use code "LITNGRN" for 5% off at Raymatix.com
Day 22. Shes still really short and small. Showing some nitrogen toxicity starting. I gave her a flush with calmag and microbes help her burn through the excess nutrients in rhizosphere
Day 23 and she is still trying. Not looking terrible though I did break her top. We will see how it goes. Still flushing her with calmag and microbes only
Day 24 she is starting to branch really well. Her nodes are super tight. May turn out to be a nice little plant
Day 26 she is filling out a little better. She is definitely stacked with nodes. Almost snapped off her trunk training her. Should have softened her up a little more before
Rounding out week she dont eat very much. Trying to space her out best I can before stretch begins. Which should be right around the corner
I hope she has some stretching to do yet which in my past auto experience comes later in preflower. Late 30's early 40's let says. She has a nice bushy structure and is nice for a little plant
Day 31 she is looking better every day. She will be starting to stretch a little more and switching her to bloom nutes next feeding. Heavy preflowers everywhere
Day 32 I had to move her to my other tent due to flipping my photoperoid in that tent. She is stretching and looking amazing. The raymatix_lighting Hamr2 did an awesome job setting up the nodes really tight. Now she will be under a dirtygreenkey key gl-100 3500k
Day 35. Today I gave her a small feed with microbes before a dry day and switch to bloom nutes for week 6. Little defoliation to help some light in
Day 30 Heading into week 6 going to switch over to bloom nutes after dry day today. Pistils are stretching pretty hard and she has a slight skunky smell to her already
Day 40 I started adding head masta by cx horticulture to start pumping up more pk and and get those buds swelling
Day 41 she really liked the headmasta from cx horticulture pistils seemed to swell over night. Gave her the final heavy leaf strip until the end. Looking great though beautiful little plant
Day 44. Judging by the size of her pistils she is going to be a chunky girl. Hopefully I can assist her on filling out to perfection. I do regret only using a 3/4 gallon pot. She is a small pheno but the frost is starting already and she looks to have potential to really thicken up.
Day 46 the pistils are really reaching now. Starting to fatten up and get some frost to her too. Has an odd smell like trash or something
Day 47 been slowly lowering the light increasing photons. Just have to keep her happy and fed properly next couple weeks. She is a short pheno but her bud density will be insane for such a small pot
Day 49 closing out week strong and starting to thicken up
day 50. Just watching this bad lil lady swell up by the day. Frost is stsrting to look good and her new leaves are a lighter green which means me backing off nitrogen is working great. I added the headmasta fro cx horticulture and really seams to be working well
Day 51 each day she really is swelling nicely
day 57. Her buds are filling out nicely. She really did turn out great for the little runt that she was. Hitting about 750 umolz now and topped her feed at 1.6 ec now just to fatten up
Day 58 scoped her today and to my superior there is more cloudy trichomes then I had anticipated. Looks like about 2.5 to 3 weeks yet
Day 60. Waiting on final calyx to swell and amber to come on. I will give her flush soon
Dave 64 and she's looking pretty good about another week yet. I'll give her a flush for a few days but the trichomes ripen up to a little bit of Amber about 95% cloudy right now.
Day 65. She is startinv to break out some purple hues as she is ripening up
Day69, what a beautiful fade coming out on this pretty lady I haven't really drop the temperature is very low down to about 70 at night this face is more genetic than anything. Looks like chopped day will be Thursday or Friday. I'm thinking she's going to use a decent amount for being in a 3/4 gallon pot
day 70 I can't get over how beautiful this lady is. She smells of mango fruity with a back in the gas on her little pungent flavor to her as well took a few tester bud and try them out in the herbes now dryer. 3 more days until we get the top. She really did turned out to be a beautiful plant with decent yield for 3/4 gallon pot.
Day 72 she so beautiful goin into dark tonight
Day 73. I have decided not to do dark period after consulting with some fellow growers. She did get an ice bath today in prep for tomorrow harvest
Day 75 harvest day!!!
What a great strain to grow. For a 3/4 gallon pot she well exceeded my expectations. Nothing bad to say at all about this strain other then it did not smell like a true skunk. This could come with a different pheno. She took well to training and pruning. Never skipped a beat.
Although she didn't smell of skunk, she has a wonderful mango and spice smell with a string back end of straight gas. Super sparkly with trichomes everywhere. Very strong smell and super sticky. Her buds are dense like stones.
I have her all packed up in my herbs now dryer and will update final weight and effects when she is dry.
Highly recommend this strain from fastbuds
