Week 2, everything is going good, have problems with humidity, if you leave box without spraying water, it just sticks to 32% all the time.

So I just noticed that new leaves have maximum of 3 leaves, some have 2 and even 1 leaf. It's first time I see it on my plants. Is it a problem? If it is, what did cause it. And if its not a problem, what is it.
