Would it be benificial to defoliate the large indica as she is in flower or will she need the leaves for energy through the flower stage?

Hi my friend, if you cut some leaves(-10%) for better light and wind circulation you don't have any problem, cut the old leaves don't cut the new, if you cut the young leaves and cut so much, your plant start to born so much new leaves to repair itself and maybe start to reveg. Cut old leaves is good to avoid fungus, but do it carefully, wish you luck!

Hello.. Hope you are well.. Omg that is a beastie girl!!.. Ok breeding is not tgat complicated tbh.. Lots of great info on web n seed banks sites.. In theory u cud do a hybrid with both sativa and indica strains of ur choice once u get her to pollenate.. Stability is the real question.. I can take years of hard tbf(to get award winning strains).. Stay safe n gud luck on ur project.. 👍🍀

How was the odor potency of the Durban Poison? I'm thinking of growing it in my backyard next year--I've read that it is a low-odor variety.

@dbenac, Didn't have a problem. Was low odor until cured. It then developed a beautiful taste and odor. This is definitely a pleasure plant to grow. The high is something else. definitely wake and bake.Do enjoy growing this you wont be disappointed and the neighbors will be none the wiser.
