RUNTZ TESTS (WITH/OUT) Green Sensation

Weekly summary Seeds were placed about 2 inches apart in a piece of cured rockwool. They've fully popped their heads up and are growing at a slower pace than i'm use to but they're both well and on day 5 pushing into 6. 1/3rd/25 Seeds were placed in treated rockwool (put in ph'ed water 4.5ph for 24hrs). 1/5th Both seeds are up. The left showing quickest growth so I will each in 2L pots. After a few days of growth. As I'll be using i used 2L of grow mix. I will use Xpert Nutrients Master Root & Enzymes and within 7-10 days I should have a candidate for breeding. Maybe it'll take a couple days but no later than 3 weeks I should know the best pheno to breed from. Also clones will be taken from the best. 1/7th Both are up and fully in early development. Soon I'll put them into solo pots. 1/8th Let the wool dry up too much. Didn't think it would be a big deal. But the right side starting to die. Think I caught it in time. The others roots had gone deep enough to not be an issue. Just need to keep a close on..little slow. But, im putting that down to not having wet enough wool.. Added 50ml of Enzymes. 1/10th/25 Phenos are starting to pick up. The little one that was leaning over at the top is doing much better. The Right pheno is the stronger of the 2, but IMV both are fairly weak. 5 days and to be here, this far behind. Hmmm, I'm not use to it. Usually I'd sew 3-4x this coming into day 6-7. These. I've my doubts. It still is early days though. On my knees to the canna gods As for feeds I'm just keeping the rockwool wet as the roots once deeper will be in presoaked soil mix (plageon grow/light mix with 15% euro pebbles) I'll be using Xpert Nutrients only far as the growing and or taking clones. They'll be than switched then to Plagron base + Green Sensation also the mother will do a full Xpert Nutrients with Green Sensation. 2nd week and I'm 1 runtz pheno down. I was away for a day. And assumed the smaller ones roots had dipped down to drink from the wet soil. Sadly I was wrong. The last bigger pheno is moving on. 14th; Day 10 added another smaller feed to wet the wool. Just 40ml. My phenos are growing a little slower atm as my temperature is very near border line of having no grows. 16th: Day 12 and she's starting to move a little. Keeping a low ppf and running a high 18hr light day so maybe I'll drop the hours given. 17th/1/25 Day 13 pheno is starting to pick up its pace. Grew by atleast 50%. Nothing extra will be given, it's not needed. 18th/1/25 Day 14 Showing a little bit of a ph imbalance. Hopefully she'll pull through in the next few days & grow out of it. Will add to a 9L pot in a next week. (Plagron Grow/light/pebbles Mix 45/45/10). I'm assuming the PH is been thrown off by the small pot and such a big piece of rockwool (which would have been split in 2 and separated but I lost 1 pheno) and I'm seeing PH imbalances but can't do anything as the roots have spread through the entire wool. When I move to 9L pot she'll do much better. Haven't added anything extra other than last week 40-60ml of Enzymes + master root ph'ed to 6.7. The 2L pots soil is 100% grow mix from plagron so doesn't require nutrients as of yet. Week 3 of a very longly planned grow. The last pheno left is actually doing ok. I knew the PH would continue to be a problem until I uppot this week. I will be moving to 9L growing for another 3-4 weeks and then picking 2 clones for the GREEN SENSATION TEST. For now and until then. They'll be ran on Xpert Nutrients. I'll add Grow & calmag as the weeks go on. And Silica. To ensure I get strong cell walls which should see me get better clones for vegging, the best mother I can produce will give me better end results. She's been well tended. I have at least 10 more weeks of vegging so let's hope I don't face this PH issue for much longer. 21st/1. Day 17 Pheno is pushing on. All a little slow. But, hey I know the pace these Nutrients can give once foliage starts to pick up. And it's slowly building mass (area). 23rd/1. Day 19 She's moving along. A little thin and still haunted by ph imbalances from the wool. I removed as much as I could without damaging it. When she's moved to a bigger pot it'll be irrelevant. So, that's planned this week. By the 5-6th week, I hope to have 2 good clones for 4-6 weeks of veg (using Terra Plagron Nutrients + their grow soils/+ others and ultimately Green Sensation. 24th/1. Day 20 Growth is picking up at a much faster pace. Big change in 20hrs IMO. Finally moving in desired direction. I'll grow a fee more days & then I'll move to next veg pot, "9L." 25th/1 Day 21 You can see her just wanting to explode. She is now fit to be moved into a larger pot. I expect within 10-14 days she'll be ready to take clones off. Added about 300ml of Epsom Salt water until about 10% run off. She's reached the bottom end of the pot, hence why there's ANY run off. So, she'll quickly get root-bound if I don't move her in the next few days. 150ppm of salt added to 110 tap. Still not NPK given. . Plant has been steadily growing. Picking up pace. Still not as much as I'd like. The uppoting was a bit of a let-down. I was expecting to see much more root development which would of sped the process adapting to her new pot. But, looking at it. I know. I'll have to focus on roots for the next 10 days or so. And then I'm hoping to see much more rapid growth like I was before I uppoted. Week 2 Days 22-28 Days 22 Uppoted to a 9L on Day 22. Was pretty straight forward and easy. Day 23 I removed the 1st fingered leaves/nodes as there was no stress signs so I want her to start pushing the nodes up above once she has her week of root growing. As she won't grow much until she's settled. Added 350ml of Silica/Master root/Enzymes ph'ed to 6.7. Days 24-2 Days 24-26 She's doing well in her new 9L pot. Not craving for food atm. She is only in fresh grow mix a few days. I did add another dose of Enzymes&Master Root ph'ed to 6.7 Days 27-28 D27 She is finally setting into her pot. I added 300ml of Enzymes/Master Root ph'ed to 6.7. I rotated the pot and show the other side of the stronger ppf. Soon I will higher the lux from 13-15 Average I will change it to 18-25. D28 Update: She's showing slight twists in the leaves. Hasn't grown much. I'll wait a few more days. But, if I don't see rapid growth in a few days. I'll have to explore options. Week 5 of Runtz Clone test is going well, really healthy. Setting in nicely to her new 9L pot. No rapid growth yet. So the roots are still spreading out. Hopefully I'll have clones to take off in the next 10-14 days. 3rd/2 Days 29-3 She's growing well. I added 400ml of mixed nutrients all below. Ppm was low 360 npk Ppm and the rest is bacteria and harmless like high NPK feeds. Week 6 of my Runtz Fem Green Sensation test with/without using Plagron soil. The mother will be raised on Xpert Nutrients. And then when I take clones in the next week or 10 days. I'll be growing them as close as possible using Terra line from plagron. Days 35-40 Plant is really starting to push. Making sure to not the soil dry up. I only topped yesterday, so I'm hoping the nodes will start growing now. Giving me 4 sets. 1 row ( 2 sets/4 clones) will be taken. And from those 4 the 2 best rooted will be grown very similar to this using Plagron & of course Green Sensation with & without. I'll be using separate 9L pots once rooted to give them a good few weeks of veg without any need to uppot to bigger veg pots delaying the veg. Xpert Nutrients continues its amazing job. Seeing real growth now pushing it on. I won't bother doing any major fan leave removal until their nodes develop a bit more. Nutrients have been kept low. As its only been put in fresh grow mix a few weeks back. Mainly my focus is on roots, calmag & silica for stress. As you can see. I'm getting a very nice pheno for cloning. Day 41-42 She's moving along at a much quicker pace since topping 3 days ago. I think I'll have to remove fan leaves. As it continues focusing on growing leaves. Runtz Female 7Lpot & 7 weeks. Ready to clone in the next few days. Week 7 of the Green Sensation test. Mother plant is growing at an extremely low rate, its focus was on leaf growing so over the week. I starting removing and the plant is starting to take shape. I think I'll be able to grab a nice pair of clones in 5-7 days. Days 42-46 Slowly over the past few days. I took all of the fan leaves off 1 set a day. Kept the feed low to not stress her. Hopefully I can get 2 good clones. Keeping everything simple as stated in the past few weeks. (If you want more info read back.) Ppm kept between 3-350 and master root, etc. All detailed in detail. Day 47-48 Plant has finally started growing its nodes. The two top ones are ready to go. didn't remove any leaves. I'll veg this for 4 more weeks and flip. As I've said before. This one will be kept on Xpert Nutrients. Day 49 Pheno is doing well. Amazing growth the past 24 hrs. She's coming into a real stride. Runtz Fem (mother) is on week 8. It's been a somewhat slow grow. But, I've been able to make a perfect pheno that changed early into a bigger pot does have fast growth for this pheno. It's strong. Hardy & quick to recover & nor easily affected by any issues. These are the perfect traits for my test. It's not about yield. It's about having a quality flower producing pheno. Which I can put 2 clones thar come off the same node set (pair) and are even as clones in appearance & more importantly as genes you can test with in this setting. Week 8 Days 48-53 Day 50, she's ready to be cloned. She'll get 6 hrs of rest. I'll remove the clones and treat them in clonex with rockwool cubes. Have made a humidity dome as I can find the ones I bought years ago. But this will do till rooted in 4-7 days. Day 51 Day 2 clones have survived and going strong at 36hrs later you see they're doing well behind a big pot in my tent (more or less ambient light with a bottle keeping up high RH above 85%. Refreshing air everyday). Keeping my eye on the wool to make sure everything keeps moist. Will be putting both fully rooted clones into 7L pots of exact same mix of Promix soil & using the Terra line from plagron with power roots & Startup (which was gifted by my grow store). Only plagron will be used in these phenos. The mother will remain on Xpert Nutrients and not be given green sensation aswel ad 1 of the 7L clone pots obviously. 3 phenos of the same in all. 1 Xpert Nutrients (full line) 1 Full Plagron (with) Green Sensation 1 Full Plagron (without) Green Sensation 3 phenos 1 mother. 3 different results.
