A very vigorous, exciting strain. Lots of side branches, maybe also because I had two polyploids. Medium dosage nutrients. A wonderful smell of citrus, flowers, and banana peel. Good yield. Very Indica, high TCH, not for day time. 1 x Sherbet Queen 103g 2 x Fat Bananas 272g 2 x North Thunderfuck 321g Total 696g with 480w(from wall) LED. This new technology blows my mind! 👍

It was very exciting growing these beautiful polyploid girls! What a coincidence that both were polyploids, it made me curious about gene mutations. They were very vigorous in their growth from the beginning. They developed hundreds of side branches... which made it a pain in the a** when trimming. They took longer to finish than expected, I harvested 1st one DAY 59, and the 2nd DAY 61(8 weeks and 1/2). The short one had very dense, hard buds. She reminded me of Critical from RQS. The tall one had more airy buds, but larger. They both had a very appealing smell of flowers and citrus. And funny enough, when I was transplanting I got this strong smell of banana peel from the roots of the short one. They didn't like too much nutrients, they were a bit sensitive on that account. They reacted well to training.

Grow Questions

Any clue what this is? It only appeared on 1 of the plants and only on 1 of the fan leaves. The brown color has kind of a metallic shine to it. My guess is that it’s a Cal. def. I also suspect it might be a Phosphorus def. as the plants turned dark green the last few days.

Hi @Green_Dream At the beginning of the calcium deficiency, the leaves also turn dark green but a darker green more pale. I am also more inclined towards Phosphorus deficiency due to the appearance of the leaves, but if more black spots like this appear on the leaves, it will probably be a calcium deficiency, if you already feed it with calcium and it doesn’t effect it can also be the accumulation of mineral salts in the substrate, preventing the roots from feeding on calcium and mg, you will have to make a flush and only then apply calcium and mg. good luck mate 👍

It just dawns on me: Is this a sea of green? Would you call it that? Damn, ok, it's actually a SCRoG, right? :D

Nope I see no netting here unless its hidden. Usually A SCROG has even amounts of heads from mainlining. This looks to me like a well trained plant with a nice even canopy. I might add does it even matter what its called lol. I use 2 scrog nets but I don't scrog I like to use them to make sure the under canopy or popcorn buds can get plenty of light hence i use the nets to separate the larger buds from the smaller ones and hopefully it will increase my yield a fair amount. if you installed a netting or an extra netting you will be able to spread it out even more allowing more budsites to mature quicker and properly. SOG like other growers have stated usually requires 10-15 plants or clones that are started on a 12/12 cycle its preferably with large cuttings as they root alot faster than a seed does I am experimenting with what would be considered an SOG very soon. With mine i tend to use large cuttings and place them in an nft tank and switch the lights when they have rooted to 12/12 what this does is give you 1 main cola per plant which is not much but if you times that by 10 or 15 it can become a decent size yield though this growing technique is very advance and for someone who has a very good understanding of clones and phenos. I have been growing on and off for 5 years and I still learn things all the time. Only now have I felt comfortable enough to set one up. or try atleast lol. Looking great anyway bro keep up the great work :)

Nice technique with the bushyness of your plants. Ours look a lot alike. I flipped mine two weeks ago. Good luck.

@@OimRausch, The Stress Killer is one of my faves, I’m also looking forward to starting a new batch and also to try Solomatic as well. It’s hard work setting up the system, the coco, and especially mixing nuts all the time, adjusting ph and EC... oh yeah, and then cleaning the water reservoir once a week. It’s a dream imagining just feeding fresh plain water, and that’s it 😄

@Green_Dream, Ok.. why? I'm building up my own DWC Container, wanna give it a try. Yeah... I'm waiting for Stress Killer Auto😅...

@CaptainCream, Just had a better look, there’s no sign of polen, hope it stays like that! 🤞🏼 One of them does have a very peculiar smell, sometimes like banana skin, it could be described as the ‘puke’ aroma you mentioned 😄

@Buddha2, Well, thank you for your kindness! 😄 There’s more, I just can’t keep up with uploading and keeping track of it all. I did go back to soil though. I would say 70/30% soil/coco is best. Anyway, thanks again, that was sweet of you 😉
