You are going to get a lot of variance in the answers here as every grower has an opinion on early feeding. THis is what I do not saying it is the way just my way. I germ in rock wool after the paper towel thing. I soak the rock wool in a very very mind solution of PHed water with a smiggon of nuets and I mean just a tad, 1/10 of low doses. Use only gentle stuff like Kangaroots for the rooting, and a little micro like Big Bloom or something. After they come up I just water with continued 1/10 weak doses of whatever nuet I have planned for them CocoTek in my case, its a 5ml/gal low end so .5 ml /gal . So yeah I am an early feeder but I try to be very careful about it. It works too

Depeding on how hard (or soft) is your water, you might want to put some cal mag in it. The first week, your aim is to be at 0,5 EC (250 PPM), which is what most people tap water is at. If you are starting with reverse osmosis water (or close to it), this is around 1 cc of cal mag per liter of water. At the end of the week (beginning of 2nd week) you will need to up it to 0,8 EC (400 PPM) by adding some growth nutes and by week 3, you will want to feed at 1.2 EC to 1.4 EC (600 to 700 PPM). Good luck

@Cushology No nutrients are required until the cotyledon leaves (round ones) turn yellow and start to die off usually after one week above ground
