looking nice! the 16-8, 14-10, 12-12 will slightly prolong the vegetative and preflowering stage of the plant and might increase your grow until harvest with 1-2 weeks.

This one i'm going to finish in 4-5 month, switching lights to flowering in about 2 month and HPS lamp to LED. Would love any tips about short cycle photoperiod, should i use any grow techniques or not.

Yo bro, there is nothing wrong with building off the time cycle slowly in a week or so. In fact it's better in my opinion I do it almost all the time(unless a plant comes to the flower tent later) good luck ๐๐ผ๐
