Day 71: I did a huge Defol and removed a lot of fan leaves to allow light to the bud sites. The node spacing is very wide on this one, so I need a lot of light penetration. Flowers are growing!

The flowers are coming along and everything appears to be healthy. Not a whole lot of smell yet, but she’s really growing great!

I grew two plants in the same tent - one in a 1gal fabric pot and one in a 7gal fabric pot. Both were only topped once. I ended up with a truly amazing strain with these combination. TONS of trichomes and an amazing euphoric buzz that is a delight to the senses!

This was a custom strain I created by crossing a Jedi Kush male from Cali Connection with a clone of Humboldt Seeds' Sapphire OG. I had a friend grow a seed with similar results - a fantastic trichome development and a body buzz and fantastic head high. Tons of trichomes on the buds! Next time I'll try for a larger plant and hope for a larger yield. For a custom strain, I am very pleased!
