Gonna start with 1 blue berry and 1 blue pyramid seed germinating them with my 2 Northern lights seeds. Just decided to have different diaries💚
March 28th. The blueberry sprouted
Day 5. Watered with plain water. Still no sign of the blue pyramid sprouting. Probably gonna call it a goner
Blue pyramid suprised me and popped through the soil. I thought she wasnt gonna grow and I forgot about her until I noticed something started growing.
Day 11. Watered
Day 14. Blueberry is growing fine. Blue pyramid eventually died
Day 16. Watered with nutes, she was lookin a little nitrogen hungry
Im little bit behind on the weeks for this diary because ive been pre occupied the last couple weeks with my white widow autoflowers. Check out my diary on my profile 💚 but these pics are from 5/16-5/23 which was week 6.
Shes exploding with growth. Shes been outside for about a week and grown like 6 inches
6/1 Shes looking good. Still no sign of any deficiencies or pests. Added a peony ring and applied some let. I topped her awhile back and since then, shes grown 2 gigantic mains that are each bigger than the main. And then a million little branches are everywhere. I feel like I should top her again before these two mains outgrow the rest of the plant
Accidentally split the main stem trying to adjust the lst. I blame the high winds we had recently. But I got her all tied back together. Just hope it holds
6/12 she was THIRSTY.
6/14 just took pictures. She's looking nice
6/16 watered with 2 gals plain water. Took 2 clones off her
6/17 I swear she grew like 3 inches over night 💚
6/30 shes tall as fuck at 46 inches so far
7/2 just took pics and watered before i leave for the weekend
7/3 just took pics. Shes gonna be a monster by the tjme she goes through her flower stretch
7/6 shes taller than me now. Goin on 6 feet. Shes hungry for nitrogen I feel like, but ive still been cautious with how much. Shes showin some pistils but not flowering yet
7/8 just took pics
7/10 took pics and watered a little cuz todays gonna be hot
7/14 she's looking good besides all the yellow leaves popping up on the bottom
7/16 watered with heavy nutes. Put my biggest blueberry clone outside with the rest
7/19 shes starting to fill out more around the top. I keep thinking about what she'll look like with buds on her
7/21 watered and took pictures
7/22 she has most her dark green color back. She was hungry for nitrogen for awhile and shes responded nicely
7/25 the LST and supercropping is on the clone of the original blueberry plant in this diary. Everything seems to be okay. I'm just waiting for things to start flowering so I can start on the home stretch of this grow💚 so close🙏🤘

7/28 shes looking good, starting to fill out more

8/2 some parts of the plant look like they have enough pistils to consider her to be flowering
8/5 gave her some open sesame, since she's shooting out so many pistils
8/7 shes 66 inches and id say shes officially flowering
8/9 shes flowering💚 pistils everywhere. Been feeding with open sesame from fox farms and everythings looking awesome. I am concerned about how lanky she is. Her node spacing is tight but shes long and the branches are already drooping from the weight from pistils and new leaves lol fml im gonna have to get stakes/supports soon
8/10 shes loving the weather or the nutes, shes praying so fucking hard its beautiful
8/18 pistols everywhere. Lost quite a bit of leaves due to heat stress I believe. Shes looking hungry for nitrogen. Sugar leaves are already looking super frosty 😍
8/22 been slacking on taking pictures ever since I started working again, but I stopped by last night and gave her a sniff test outta curiosity and its insane the amount of blueberry smell she has already💚💚
8/23 shes smelling so much like blueberries💚 im super concerned with the amount of leaves my plants are cannibalizing/ losing. They've been turning yellow and then eventually golden brownish crisp and fall off. The leaves that are falling off, only seem to be fan leaves and all the leaves around the pistils/main parts of branches/plant, all seem to be intact and very healthy still. I hope she's able to stay healthy till the finish of the grow. First outdoor grow. Learning experience 💚🤘I should have added some fish meal in the middle of July so she had some nitrogen for the beginning of flowering. I'm concerned the leaves lost is due to nitrogen deficiency. But I'm 3 weeks into flower and dont want to confuse her with more nitrogen than I have been giving
8/24 fed some more open sesame.
8/28 thinking my plants have been having a ph lock out causing magnesium deficiency
9/2 allowin showing colors finally, getting purple I some fanleaves, she's smelling super sweet like berries
9/4 she's getting so so frosty. Shes growing/budding like a typical sativa. Super Long slender nugs with ridiculous amounts of frost/crystals covering all surrounding sugar leaf. Yet still small and slender actual bud formation. I am very impressed by the resin production so far though. (Sativas always look Impressive(crystals) but lack actual bud structure)
Watered and introduced beastie bloomz to the mix instead of open sesame. Hoping to pack on extra weight.
On a side note: the clone from this plant is flowering as well. I have limited the addition of most nutrients besides what was already in the soil. Its cool to note that the clone that hasnt been fed flowering nutes like the mother plant has, is lacking in smell, color and resin production, in comparison between feeding with open sesame vs not feeding besides water as needed. Its not surprising but i love seeing the proof
9/8 hugs are starting to fill out. Branches are drooping and falling from the weight. Weve had some intense wind here recently. Im surprised this ladies still standing upright. I tied her down to the side of rhe house in hopes to stop her from breaking or something. Cant wait to see her fill out🤘
9/10 she survived the wind storm. I still have her tied up cuz she flops over almost completely from her own weight
9/13 the bottom branches are filling out quite a bit but the tops are still slow to really fill out at all. Thats a curious thing ive noticed from growing outdoor vs indoor. With indoor the tops of the plants fill out before the bottom ever does but with outdoor plants they seem to mature from the bottom of the plant and then matures slowly up the plant. Our air quality is shit right now in oregon and our sunshine has been non existent due to so much smoke in the air due to all the fires happening on the west coast
9/19 tied up some of the drooping branches on the bottom that have fallen from their own mass/weight. Shes been smelling so so awesome this whole time. Each day more frost, resin and trichomes cover the buds
9/22 looked at trichomes through magnifier. They're magnificently long with big heads. Not very many amber heads though. Like maybe 30% clear, 60% cloudy and 10% amber. Thats just a rough guesstimate, I may change that ratio later
At thos point now I have pretty much harvested everything. Sorry for no trophy pics at the end of this long and magnificent grow, that rnded not so much as i had planned. I learned alot though for it being my first outdoor grow. Bugs just seem to love this plant. Im thinking its because of how sweet smelling she is
The buds are very fruity smelling. It's definitely a sativa pheno despite the breeders saying it's a 3 way indica. The high that comes from smoking is slightly psychedelic in a way. Not paranoid but more on the trippy side
In the begining, I had ph issues, but got it figured out and the plant grew like a champ. Over 6 foot just out of a 7 gallon pot. She grew very vine like and very much so is a sativa phenotype. When the buds started forming, they grew very long and lanky like and the buds drooped to the ground. I had to harvest earlier than I had wanted to but I should have done it before the rain hit buy even besides the little bits of mold, I found quite a few bud worms/caterpillars while trimming. I had to throw away quite a bit due to questionable mold and bud damage.
Conclusion for my first outdoor grow, all in all was good I suppose. But next year, bigger pots or put in the ground. Defend against bugs even if I can't see them. And possibly even a greenhouse, which I had planned to do this year but never got around to it due to personal problem in life.
@blendmedmedman, I hope so🙏 first outdoor grow so I'm learning and always concerned haha she's been losing lots of fan leaves and I'm hoping it's natural and not gonna be too much of an issue but we will see 🤞💚
I did the exact same thing last week! From now on when I top a plant, I will preemptively tie the top together the best I can.
I'm glad to report that just tying the top together has been sufficient for my plant, so assuming you do something similar yours should also be fine!
@EvilGrower, he'll yeah. She's doing fine since the split. She grows so fast though that the ties were too tight before she was done healing and they cut into her just a bit
If I were you I'd take off all those little small fan leaves around the bottom and all that nonsense growth this way the plant will be forced to put all its energy into all those new Bud areas
Congratulations on the new baby. She looks good at first. Choose a good variety. For a treat. Continue to do what you do and ask the growing ganja gods to protect your women until the growth is complete.
@Gutismoke102, my problem with that though is that shes in 7 gal pots on a back concrete patio and dont havr anywhere to put them in the ground. Im sure I could figure out something with them though. Thanks for the tip man!
