Its a mouthfull

Happy weekend everybody! And a wonderful one it is too, even with the state imposed quarantine for this coronavirus. We should all be so lucky as to have things that make you as happy as my plants make me. Im.right in the middle of revamping what plants I have in my collection. I happened to pick up some regular seeds from jinxproof genetics a while back. They had a limited edition pack of their mothertongue, so I scooped it up. It's a 6 pack of seeds and seeing as how they're regs, I dropped 3 of them onto a wet paper towel. That should get me at least 1 female if math works correctly lol. This strain is more for the tastes it gives you, and being the pot snob I am....I'll make room in my rotations for a tasty treat! See what the pot fairies hold for me in this one. 3/30/20- well it hasnt even been 2 days and 2 out of 3 have popped. That's a good sign I'd say. Take any positives I can get right now. Put two in the ground with some fox farm ocean forest soil in a pair of solo cups. With 2 seeds, and the laws of averages, I should get 1 female from these two. Very hopeful, love to have some tastes I havent had for awhile, or even better, some new ones! Stay healthy, grow healthy! 3/31/20- well the third one popped this morning. That makes all three i put between paper towels popped in less than 72 hours, that's pretty impressive. Stoked to go forward with them. 4/2/20- 1st one outta the dirt! 4/3/20- 2and is out of the ground too. First is showing real leaves already. These tongue's are growing fast, love it. -And now this afternoon the 3rd one has also broken the surface. Awesome! Now let's hope all 3 are females!

All 3 of them seem to be doing really well. Pretty uniform growth at this point. All 3 are females I sure hope....fingers crossed is all I can do.

getting fat and frosty. She has incredible smells from watermelon to a tangy metal scent.... cant wait to try her out! Hope y'all are doing well, sorry I haven't been around as much recently. Trying to keep everything going and all the diaries is harder than I had anticipated, but ill keep plugging along as I can, love you all thanks for all the support along the way!

Week 7 and shes looking like she will be ready any day to come down. Has so many different fragrances, from piney and earthy to sweet and watermelony to an almost rotten pungent smell. Hoping these all transfer over to the taste aspect. Some of her leaves also have the most beautiful purple edging to them. I've really enjoyed growing this strain. Shes super easy. Doesn't beg for nutes, but will take what you give her. Looks pretty, smells awesome, solid nugs from top to bottom. Shes probably gonna earn a spot in my tent for always and be one of the few that I will keep around as long as i can. Side lights- Mint led is the macro replacement from the old Kind led line. They have upgraded to newer versions of these lights, but those newer versions don't suit my purpose of side lighting like these older models do. They(newer) also aren't as waterproof as these older models are. I still run my old Micros from the kind lineup cause I can't seem to find the all thise same color spectrums and ultraviolet lights anywhere else. I'm a firm believer that this setup is 110 percent the reason for all the amazing smells and flavors I get from these ladies. Along with the soil and organic nutrient regiment I keep them on of course. If you are just not getting the yields you thought you would or should be getting, try adding a little side lighting, I bet you'll be surprised by how much it can help!

Just water til she comes down. She has just the most outrageous colorings on her. Beautiful to look at. Gonna be a shame to not have her to stare at everyday.
