Heyo GD Community! (Be sure to spread those Good Vibes and Cannabis Love whenever and wherever you can) Coming at you with Start of Week 11 on the Pyramid Seeds Nefertiti Auto #1!! This Girl is surprising the hell out of me! For the first 4 Weeks of Flower, I did not see very much Trichome production and the Buds were not developing like photos I had researched. Despite the Buds being really dense from get go, I did not think She was going to turn out good... But these last 2 Weeks have been incredible!! She's bulking up every Bud and throwing out Trichomes like crazy! I had hoped to discover that this strain was a late developing strain, and She's not disappointing! I sense that this strain really does need the full 90-100 days for indoors grows, and I am excited AF to see what She looks like then (The flavor on this Bud is supposed to be incredible!) She's still drinking a gallon every other day and I'm feeding Her BioBizz's Flowering Nutrients: Bio-Grow, Bio-Bloom, Top-Max, Bio-Heaven, and Alg-A-Mic. I also started feeding Her directly with Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Sulfate and Molasses vs. using Expert Gardener's Tomato and Vegetable time-released pellets. I made the switch because there is a lot more control with direct feeding and I did a lot of research to find that Expert Gardener's line works better as a soil amendment mixed throughout substrate before the start of a grow. Not seeing any major deficiencies or issues and the training regime we used has left a wide open canopy w/ excellent air-flow and light penetration! (Highly recommend this style of training - Go back and check out each week to see what we did if you'd like) I'm really seeing a total Garden improvement in my Grow Room 1 since doing a reorganize and rearrange last week. Pulling the grow tent out of this room got rid of the separation between the 2 sides bringing better air-flow overall and allowing light penetration from the Maravi to the right side and the Mars Hydro to the left side. I should've gotten the tent out long ago!! That's pretty much it for this weeks entry. Thanks so much for all your support, likes, follows and most importantly - For doing your part to end Cannabis Prohibition Worldwide! Until Next Week, Cheers - BKG ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pyramid Seeds - Auto Nefertiti Another automatic Sativa put at your disposal, Auto Nefertiti is a plant with a strong mint flavor, and a touch of Haze. This Sativa has a strong smell of Haze and it is similar to Tutankhamen, but with hints of citrus, strawberry and orange. It has a spongy appearance and a large elongated flower full of resin. It can reach up to 150 cm. Lineage is White Widow x Black Widow. Outdoors: In 20 liter pots, over 100 grams yield per plant. Indoors: One meter plants with 50-60 grams per plant. Variety developed by L’Hort Dels Somnis for Pyramid Seeds. Type: Ruderalis 25% / Sativa 65% / Indica 10% Yield: 100 gr. Indoor: 100 days Height: 60 - 180 cm Outdoor: February / October THC: 11 - 14 % -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BioBizz Nutrient Line Info (Note: Only other supplement needed with BioBizz Lineup is Cal/Mag/Zinc): Root-Juice allows an optimal development of the roots of the plant. It moreover stimulates the growth of the plants that are already rooted because Root-Juice imitates the natural life of the soil in the surroundings of the rooting. Through the strong growth of the roots, the plant is better prepared to absorb nutrients. Bio-Heaven improves the effects of all foliar sprays and fertilizers used to feed the plant. At the same time Bio-Heaven rids the plant of toxins, it repairs the chlorophyll production and restimulates the plant. By using Bio-Heaven the plants’ energy will be increased! Use during the entire grow and flowering period of the plant. Besides, it can be used on every substrate, on coco and in hydrosystems. Bio-Grow is a liquid growth fertilizer which can be applied to most types of soil and substrate mixtures. Bio-Grow activates the bacterial flora in the substrate thanks to it basis of 100% Dutch organic sugar beet extract, commonly known as vinasse. Vinasse is syrup that contains sugar. Fish-Mix enables substrates to stimulate bacterial flora and accelerate growth. It is an infusion of organic fish emulsion from the North Sea mixed together with extract of Dutch sugar beet. Fish-Mix boosts growth of all living organisms in the substrate, as well as improving and stimulating production of microorganisms and useful bacteria in every type of soil and coco-based substrates. Alg-A-Mic ensures green leaves, by stimulating the absorption of chlorophyll. Alg-A-Mic contains a low level of NPK, therefore it is impossible to create an Alg-A-Mic overdose. Bio-Bloom is a complete liquid organic fertilizer which contains a small amount of nitrogen and enough phosphorous and potassium to ensure exuberant flowering. Trace elements and hormones of vegetable origin are also added to improve the flowering process. It also contains enzymes and amino acids, which work in harmony with the soil to promote flowering and fruit production. Potassium helps the forming and flowering of petals and bulbs. Phosphorus gives the nutrients that are necessary to make the calyces and the petals grow. Top-Max is a 100% organic flowering strengtheners which has the threefold purpose of increasing the actual size and weight of clusters of flowers, leaving a sweet, smooth taste in the finished product and facilitating the uptake of nutrients by the plants. Top-Max liberates ions like calcium, iron and magnesium, which stimulate the metabolism of the plant. Cant recommend BioBizz Nutrients more!! They work well every time 👌

@DabCrab: Thanks for the shout-out! I've been growing for a while now, but really started getting into quality grows just now. There's a plethora of information on the web, but translating that to a successful grow is not always as easy as it looks! I have not grown Amnesia Haze or Nefertiti before, and definitely not like this, so I am very stoked to see how these ladies come through for us!! If you come across any new growing tips or new hot methods/products that will help the grows get better, dont hesitate to let me know! Thanks!!!

@biggreens420, She's been such a fun grow! In a but disappointed by how minimal the Trichomes are, but I'm hoping She's just a late bloomer! The Buds look great, Just not enough frost!

more and more beautiful everytime i see her what you think of the light mix soil from bio bizz
Tryhard
Tryhardcommented7 years ago
@BudKingsGrow,I was only asking because I don’t use any other soil except light mix all for the same reason you do I think it excellent have used it since my very first grow when I purchased bat mix and it burnt my roots then I was advised towards bio bizz and have never looked back

@@Tryhard, Appreciate your support Tryhard/Miss Tryhard! I value greatly this community and especially those who work in it on a daily basis together with their Partners in Crime!! I've used a variety of growing mediums: Standard potting soil from a few different companies, Light-Mix also from a few different companies, and organic soil from Nature's Care. Out of all of them, I prefer BioBizz Light-Mix. Their Light-Mix is 100% organic Baltic peet that is processed clean. This substrate is ideal for beneficial bacterium & fungi, breathes incredibly well, holds moisture in root-core and will not burn your seedlings. It's also very forgiving because this type of peet washes clean wish a good flush. Downsides: It does require feeding nutrients much sooner because it is clean (not already Hot with nutes) as well as primers of root-stimulants (like Root-Juice or Roots Excelurator) and bacterial cultures (Like Alg-A-Mic or Great White) to get ecosystem rolling. And when your Ladies are into their early flower stretch you have to really REALLY watch this substrate to ensure it does not dry-out completely because it takes multiple waterings/feedings to get ecosystem back into full swing after a dry-out. Besides these few detractors, I have found BioBizz Light-Mix to be an excellent growing medium under a variety of growing methods and working well with different nutrients from dry to soluble to time-released - Cant be said about other Light-Mix products. Worth a try at the minimum from my view!

@@Tryhard, Thanks Man! I've got a few different training regimes running, but this tomato cage method I found on a YouTube channel really has some pluses - Lots of Bud Sites and a great profile! Worth a try sometime 😉

Theres nothing I love more than logging on and seeing a beautiful little seedling in my feed. She looks like such a gorgeous little baby and I can't wait for the surprises she has in store for us. I'm excited to see where this grow goes and how it turns out. I'm even more excited to see the methods of training and the nutrient regiment you have planned for her. I wish you the best of luck in this grow and I'm ecstatic to see what happens. Best wishes buddy, Cheers.

@BudKingsGrow, This is true. It does take a great deal of know how, time, experience, knowledge, etc. to grow and cultivate ones own cannabis and there are some that just don't find that dedication or passion. But the GD community certainly help others see those that are passionate bring their ladies to life and nurture them from their heart. This, in turn, helps to peak their curiosity and give them the hope and potential passion to do it for themselves. It's truly a great thing!

@Zannabis7, I've also heard that NOTG makes for some delicious smoke! Im sure I will eventually give them a try
Zannabis7
Zannabis7commented7 years ago
@BudKingsGrow, I hear ya! The main reason I made the switch was in hearing and reading all the rant about the taste. The Nectar line is supposed to bring out the flavor in a big way. Perhaps we could say, "If it's not broke, don't fix it - but strive to make it better." 😉
BudKingsGrow
BudKingsGrowcommented7 years ago
@Zannabis7, I've heard nothing but good about Nectar of the Gods line. They are one I would definitely like to try out! Im kinda a hard-nose though when it comes to change... My Grandpa always said, "If it's not broke, don't fix it" and he has lived a great life 😉

@Zannabis7, Thanks Zannabis7! You always bring a smile to my face when you stop by to support my Girls 😀 Pyramid Seeds Nefertiti (White Widow x Black Widow) is totally worth a grow in my mind already! I have not gotten to the fruits of Her labor yet, so I cant say anything one way or another, and am noticing that She is light on the Trichomes for being this far into flowering, but damn is She beautiful! Her super long white hairs against the dark leaves give Her this divine contrast that is only matched by how amazingly Sweet n Delicious She smells 😍
