Jock Horror

Welcome to this long diary. it will be a single strain diary, i know now that only the Jock horror survived the journey. I started this project when other plants were in the big tent. i was hoping the others will get out from there and i wont have to run such a long grow. boy i was wrong :-) 30/3 - Started a new Grow, Germinated 6 seeds from Nirvana. i had a good success with the previous two grows and i have some more seeds from them. 4/2 4 germinated and I placed them in a starter cup. Waiting for the other two to pop up. 4/2 added some pic 6/4 the RC popped, one more needed. 8/4 replanted the rest into 1L pots pics will come later on.

9/4 - nothing major new pix from the 2L pots. they are growing very slow which is what im looking for. they will move into the laundry basket in 2 weeks or so.

15/4 - uploaded 2 new pix, waiting for the weekend to move them into the laundry basket. i think they will like it there with the T10s and their own space. the only reason why they are under purple lights and in the living room is COVID19. i cannot buy tarp to seal the basket. but i will move them and then fix the basket.

New pix nothing new. Friday 24/4 I have reshaped the grow box and titeled her boxie 1.5 new pix are up and 4 moved into the box. I also fed them. Once moved into a new place one didn't feal good so I had to use toothpicks to hold him up. I hope she will recover fast. 25/4 Dead plants..... One gsc and one rc. Now I got three more plants and one more is about to die so I'll have two in the end. Lucky I got two more seeds which I consider to germinate. Or risk it and wait to cut clones from these seeds. 26/4 one more died left with two jock horror. they are moved into the living room...

30/4 New week started yesterday they grow nicely under purple lights 3/5 first topping! And she grows so well just after one day.

14/5 nice growth.

17/5 New week and new tent I killed the previous ones in same setup but with double light. Now I want to try again. It's been three weeks and hey grew quite substantially. One light on 18 hrs let's see what's what.

25/5 new week new pix, fed them today 1L of food. 27/5 super topping, getting ready for mainlining. 31/5 new pix, no food atm. The mainline works well. They seem to grow new splits and are happy. I'll feed them tomorrow

3/6 - took a pic. They are growing slowly and showing the 4th main cola. Roots are showing under

8/6 - new week , zero growth in the last week, this is perfect for me as i need about 5 more weeks before they can go into the big buckets and the big tent. same as last time i want to hold their growth and then bam!! bash them into the tent load them up w/food and grow. they got already the 4 splits i was looking for therefor i think they will be in the tent for veg for 4 weeks only (2 weeks less than this run) 11/6 new pix

15/6 new week, new pix. Fed them yesterday. They are getting bushy but won't grow in size. I hope I can keep them small. 21/6 the week is almost done, I fed them again today with same formula. They show minimum growth. I need to keep them small for a while as I got an autoflower project that will go into the tent prior to these ladies.

22/6 new week new pix will update slowly here as nothing should happen 26/6 fed them with 1 litter of food and uploaded new pix.

29/6 nothing to report. 2/7 new pix and food. They had 1L of food, same as always. I need to keep them as such for 3 more months. They were supposed to go into the tent in 4 weeks. But I started a side project with autos which I want to finish in the tent. 5/7 new pix, same growth all good in baby weed land

6/7 They got fed 7/7 new pix, they are getting bushier 11/7 new pix and food. Nothing changed. All is green and lush. This week is over. I guess next week will be the same. I might just bulk update weeks as these plants won't go into flower anytime soon. I simply don't have the space and facilities for another grow.

13/7 new week. 14/7 pix when they sleep 😂 Once the tent is done I gotta pop them in... Even though I got other diaries to complete. I also want some clones from them. And some other pix of them during day 16/7 fed them again and did some photos

18/7 new week, fed them and they seem happy today. The lst works well on them and I will continue to train them this week. 22/7 new pix, I've done some lst on them trying to keep them same hight. I had issues with the clones in the previous grow so I have learned my lessons 24/7 They are getting bushier they love the lst. 25/7 life is not easy. Woke up today with 37c in the tent (see pictures) therefor this tent is done at the moment and the plants were moved into the big tent where I can control the Temps and humidity 27/7 They got fed today and some lst they love the new tent and I hope they will get bushier

27/7 new pix and new week. They love the tent! 30/7 fed them and new pix. The tent is great for them can't wait for them to be moved into big pots 1/8 fed them again I can see heat stress on them which makes sense....

3/8 new week started for the girls. Besides the extreme heat they suffer their growth is stunt and I'm really hoping to finish the auto flower so I can flower them. 5/8 fed them again. They seem Huge and loving the extra light and the tent. 7/8 new pix seems a bit deficiency of calmag i will add next time i feed them 8/8 gave them only calmag 1ml per litter let's see how that works.

10/8 new week new pix and food. They will repoted in 11l in 2 weeks Hahahha! Repot in two weeks.. 12/8 repot happen today! I will update all the details of this week's grow next week. But they moved to mineral based food. Regular quantity 2L per plant. Once they sattle in they will be scrogged 13/8 nothing to report 16/8 went on 3 day gateway from home, came back fed them and all is well.this will closeout this week's entries cya Mondays

17/8 I have them food, I can minor deficiencies here and there but they are happy in the buckets. Temperatures are under control 18/8 minor deficiencies (maybe excess) and scrog is up 19/8 fed them with 1.5L in total. They love the net and I can see hourly progress. The net is filling up nicely. I believe that in max 1.5 week I can switch to flowering 21/8 fed them with 6 litter of water and only addatives. No food at all. The ph runoff is 7 and the ppm is 3.5k that's really bad and high for them. They won't get more food. The dirt was loaded with it. Only phed water from now on until flowering. They also got some trimming today. 22/8 nothing to report. They seem happy. And growing nicely into the scrog net. The shape is going to be better than the previous grow. I assume that next week will be the last veg week. 23/8 added stats for the week. Was quite warm here... But it's life, and i did some FIMing on one plant.

all diaries will move into weekly updates with larger than ever updates. monday = nothing to report tuesday = fed them w/6l of food per the list above. wednesday = nothing to report thursday = nothing friday = fed them with 1.5L saturday = all good Sunday = changed their light schedule to 12/12 and they will start to flower from tomorrow morning.

31/8 - 6/9 2020 this was the first week of flowering for my babies. they are taking this very well and i'm happy with their progress. i kept on training them using the scrog net and i'm pulling couple of leafs from the plats to make sure the light penetrates anywhere and everywhere :-) i also started to hit them w/Boost (as per the grow chart)

7/9 - Fed them but didn't take any pictures i don't see a need for that at the moment. the grow is steady :-) A new week started for my garden. they look in general very happy. i did notice couple of things which i wanted to capture before i forget them, 1. there is a small amounts of spotting on couple leaves. since i don't see any pets in the tent i think this is again calmag situation therefore i added calmag to their diet again. 2. the defoliation is very aggressive. i don't want to get popcorn buds and i'm not interested in having 75 gram of trim for cakes, i love cooking with my GF in the kitchen but i prefer to smoke the weed ;-) 3. with the SCROG i still cannot figure out a proper way to feed my plants without suffering everytime... 10/9 fed them and also uploaded new pictures. They are very happy and growing up 13/9 defoliation and feeding so far so good!

14/9 - 20/9 Regular growth and nice coloring started to happen this week. 14/9 fed them 16/9 fed them again 17/9 - 20 took pictures, nothing to report. I will keep defoliation on Friday or Saturday.

20/9 - 27/9 Feeding schedule is every other day roughly 4L of solution. They show nice coloring and bit of thrics on the sugar leafs I will raise the light abit if they won't show any growth in the week.. 22/9 fed them and pictures 24/9 same as above 25/9 happy Friday, no news. Just amazing pix 😊 26/9 they seem extra hungry so I've decided to feed them daily but with less solution. I've noticed that if I feed every other day the water just goes through the bucket.

28/9 - 4/10 They are getting fatter by the day and more resin is developing. I'm quite concerned with their height but I hope they will get taller. I feed them with 1l every day. It's better than 3l every other day. 2/10 added several pix and fed them abit

Week 6 of flowering started and so the Pk booster. They are getting beautiful colors of red and purple. 5/10 Nothing to report 6/10 took some pix and fed them. 7/10 fed them without flowering food. I found some but burn on leaves. I also increase the lights distance by 7 cm. Now they are at top position. 8 9 10 they got fed full power 2.2 ec super duper high, as this is highest moment i their life, explode now babies! The nut burn stopped so I can push a bit more... 11/10 - closing the week without new updates. she is doing great.

Welcome to the new week. Don't forget to bookmark and follow. The plants are getting fatter and I do start to see a nutrient burn on them due to excess food. I plan to flush this in the last two week of the grow. For now they will be pushed with 1.8ec, fed every day or every other one. I'm getting closer to the end.. I'm not happy with the hight of them but this is on me as I didn't let them to stay in veg enough after placing them in the tent..

Don't forget to bookmark and follow! 19/10 - 25/10 They are getting fed and happy ready to be chopped in about 2.5 weeks. 20/10 fed them 21/10 got some trichomes pictures. I can see some ambers on top colas but the bottom seems still quite not ready. I believe end of next week they will be done. One week shorter than expected 22/10 i got the macro lens for the phone and tested the X25 zoom, the pix are here. i realized the camera on my phone is quite bad :-) 25/10 final day in the week. When checking with magnifying glass I can see loads of white trichs so I'm gonna keep them running for a week or so and see what's up....

Welcome to the last week of this grow, This concludes week 9 of flowering for these babies. since i can't provide any feedback on the flavor i will have to wait for 1 month at least before putting the final taste notes. keep watching this page as i will update new pictures as the progress moves along. This week i'm flushing the plants since i used synthetic food on them. Using 5L per plant to reduce the PPM and i do that every day after the first flush i got to 4K ppm

Ladies and gents we have reached the finish line!!! with this note , the plants are cut, placed for drying, and the house is clean! I shall return here in about 3 weeks to provide flavor profile review and also to review the food and accessories that were used throughout this grow. the pictures include the entire week's progress as well as the cutting

Growing this strain was super fun for me, this is the 3rd time that Jock horror is harvested. every grow i try to learn more and more and improve my technique. In this experiment i wanted to have small and dense plants that will generate minimum amount of popcorn buds. with great care of trimming and pruning, i was able to harvest 90G per plant with 10G of popcorn / usage for cannabutter. good grow and amazing smoke. thanks to GD for assisting me with questions along the way!! @staysafe.
