Northern Lights Auto - First Grow

ProfessorAutoflower 1st week went pretty well. Was giving a little too much water the first few days. On day 3 moved space bucket and used different outlet. Relays after three days the outlet grow light was plugged into turns off every time basement light is turned off. Wasn’t getting light for three days.

ProfessorAutoflower Week is going good. Bounced back from the 3 days of no light and is looking very healthy. I see a few roots poking out of bottom hole of pot so will transplant this week.

ProfessorAutoflower Good amount of growth this week. Turned both intake and exhaust fans on. Watering every 2 days. Will top and start lst next week

ProfessorAutoflower Tried Lst but didn’t like the look so removed wires. RH running a little low. Running humidifier now, RH at 55. Plant is responding well to higher RH

ProfessorAutoflower Starting off week 5. Responding great to nutes. Started giving cal-mag also. Tried Lst again but removed wires again. Not going to attempt Lst again this grow

ProfessorAutoflower Stopped lst. Second day of week 5, plant has really perked up. Only thing different was gave twice the amount of water last night. Almost a gallon. Humidity also got very high after watering so I turned of humidifier and RH has been around 50. Built a space bin and moved out of bucket. Loves the extra room

ProfessorAutoflower seeing pre flower. Burnt some of the leaves while working on bin. Also have been watering with low PH (5.5) just got ph meter and finally watered with water 6.5 ph and run off 6.3. She is bouncing back from light burn and stress from multiple Lst attempts. Definitely starting to flower. She is growing great but very bushy. I probably should defoliate but it’s my first grow so just letting it grow. Went ahead and did a little defoliation today,(tomorrow is start of week 8 and in Pre-flower) mostly lower growth.

ProfessorAutoflower Did a lot of defoliating on day 49 and 50. She is growing well, I have been able to see that the plant is female even though it was a feminized seed. She is still in pre flower or early flowering. Drinking a lot of water, I usually water every other day but lately been giving water everyday. Stopped giving water everyday, looks much better waiting every other day. Definitely in flowering stage

ProfessorAutoflower Lost count of days. In flowering now. Upgraded to a tent and a new light. Mars hydro 1000

ProfessorAutoflower Flowering better with new light. Just realized I have been giving way too much cal-mag. Been using 3 tsp every feeding instead of 3 ml. Not sure if this will cause any issues but I started seeing some lightening on a few leaves and it is getting worse with brown spots. I think the spots is nutrient burn. Flushed and corrected ppm.

ProfessorAutoflower Been slacking on diary. Will be harvesting in a couple weeks I think. I caused a little light stress so turned down to 75% power. Trichomes are milky, will be harvesting in a couple days

ProfessorAutoflower In the final week or two. Flushing her now. Starting to fade. Trichomes are mostly cloudy but not much amber yet.

ProfessorAutoflower Today is Wednesday. Letting the trichomes get a little more milky and waiting for a few amber. Also buds are still fattening. I have started trimming leaves due to harvesting on the weekend. Harvested this past Saturday. Will post harvest when dry. Wet weight was almost 700 grams so hoping for around 100 grams dry. Dried a little quicker than I wanted but ended up with 131 grams. It’s now curing for a few weeks
