Hey girl, I’m following your technique but I struggle understeand a thing: do youleave them grow until 4-5th node before topping down to the second? Because I’ve got some girl which will be put out at the end of the month, their stem is too thin and tall and I wanna lst them but I’m scared to topping them too low! Any suggestion? Ps- i LOVE your bonsai

@Silky_smooth, thanks for the advice, I already push it down a bit now I’m waiting the fifth node before topping. Hope to achieve some good results in outdoor Again thank you for the well explanation, you rock!

@AlpineGoat,yes i tell people to grow them out untill 5th node because then the stem is a bit stronger.....what you can do is gently press her down into the soil and fill the stem up so she stands firmer into the soil....and yes i top down to second and then systematicly guide them out at first sign out growth to keep her as flat as possible....
