We are at the end of week 3 and so far I haven't given her any nutes due to the fact that the soil I originally had put her in contains slow-release pellets and as you can see, she did get slight nutrient burn but it passed a couple days ago. I ordered some fox farm ocean forest soil and will transplant her as soon as I get that soil to a bigger pot and probably am gonna take all the other plants out of the grow tent as I have been dealing with some pests but nothing that has damaged them from what I have been observing. I also got my pH tester and Dynagrow liquid fertilizers so we will start some LST this week and I'm gonna top and clone her some time next week when I see she has gotten taller. If anyone else has any suggestions as to when it would be better to clone her I'm all ears but that's what our objectives are so far.
What do you guys recommend as far as lighting for this tent? I have a 300w led light but at the height it's currently at it is producing a large amount of heat with my exhaust and two oscillating fans? I also have other plants in with my seedling so could the humidity cause it?
I ended up finding a way to lift my grow light higher and my temp dropped a degree around 77F, now I'm more worried when the plant grows larger and humidity gets more involved. Would it be wise into thinking about purchasing a dehumidifier possibly?
Noticed this on one of my leaves, I already had to deal with the mite situation with my cucumber. Are they the cause of this? or another pest possibly? What methods other then neem oil and my homemade spray can help me fend them off even more?
Pink hymalian Salt dissolved in water with some neem oil and organic soap is a good one to spray. Or you can just wipe the soap onto the leaves also. I think there's a product called cannacure or something that might be good to check out. Also predator insects like the ladybug family. 👍🌱Hope you get it sorted.
