Great plant!!! I do suggest you watering with molasses! It's perfect for the whole plant and microorganism in the soil! Also contain npk and micro. And you have a free layer on the pot, you may use something like earthworm or any other amendment. Cheap, easy and natural! I hope to see it really great blooming! When will it start?

If I were you I'd start to thin out all those big fan leaves and cut off all those small leaves on the inner side of the plant so the small branches can grow bigger buds
