hi there, this is classic lock out symptoms , simply too early to feed and the soil i guess was already full of nutrients so the very young plant good too much juice and it locked out Nitrogen. this you can see the nitrogen symptom from the yellowing from the center to the outside of the leaf, but you know it's lock out from the "burnt" tips and the fact you're feeding Nitrogen. what you can try to do to save the plant is to flush (gently!) and only water plain water for the next few weeks. honestly such shocks in the early life of the plant means it will grow a bit slower forever and maybe it wont grow as big as it should. It's not that late so if you want to make an experiment you can start another plant and it will probably overtake this one quite quickly. hope this helps ! 🚀
