Decided to take another shot at growing in the spacebucket again. I’ll be using same strain I used last time so I’ll be interested to see how this plant grows in comparison. I have not decided if I’m going to do any training since it’s been awhile and don’t have a lot of experience with it but I’ll never say never. So far so good from what I can tell. The seed popped after 48 hrs in wet paper towel. It was then planted in a peat pocket till it sprouted, which took about another day. Now it’s planted in its final pot in the spacebucket. Not doing any nutrients until she gets a little bigger, I’m using an organic soil mixture with added perlite and have only watered once since final planting. I’ll do my best at updating throughout this grow experience. Happy growing all ✌️

This week was a crazy week of growth. I forgot how fast this auto takes off once it gets rooted. Haven’t made any changes to light or feeding schedule. She is only requiring feeding once a week, no nutes yet, just using water from RO filter pump. Water pH has been 7.8-8 for feedings with runoff pH being 6.3. I plan on raising the lights to start next week, along with a little LST to see if we can get more colas 😎 Happy growing all ✌️

I eventually would like to start adding nutrients to her feedings and wanted to know does it matter what type of water the nutrients are added to, for example: distilled, tap, RO? Or is it just the pH of the water that is important?

Distilled and RO water are nutrients free , no cal mag inside while tape water is providing some cal mag. So PH & EC/PPM May be different with distilled and RO and the tape water will have an higher ph. That said it’s the ph that is important except if you have a hard water because in that case the water use super charged in cal mag so you can add way less

Time to start experimenting with this girl. Decided to start with some LST while her stem is still bendable. My goal is to try and circle her up the spacebucket, trying to expose as many bud sites as possible. I know I don’t have much time left in veg based on my last run at this strain, so I’m going to play as much as I can with the time I have left. Still just watering with RO, no nutes yet but maybe next week depending on how she looks during this upcoming week. Also made some adjustments to spacebucket; I raised the lights up, as well as added some wattage. Till next week...happy growing all ✌️

So far so good. She is growing along right on schedule with her first pistils appearing on day 24. I decided to give a dose of nutrients based on the small discolorations I’ve seen on a few fan leaves. I only fed a third strength of nutrients to start light and we shall see how she responds. So far she has been responding well to LST, so I think I’m going to continue to pull her around the bucket until she starts to focus on flowering. I’m excited to see how this week goes as she enters the flowering stage. As always happy growing all ✌️

I noticed a whitish yellow spot on one fan leaf and a yellow tip on another at the beginning of this week. I have not fed any nutes yet just RO water, is this an early sign of nutrient deficiency?

Everything looks to be going along schedule so far. Started seeing lots of new growth and bud sites at the beginning of the week and have continued to watch them develop throughout the week. I’ve continued to pull her around the bucket, she has made it around half the bucket so far. I plan to continue using LST during flowering stage along with some defoliation starting this week. I wanted to defoil before I made the official switch on the lights to flowering, so I did do some light defoil this week. I didn’t end up feeding nutes this week, I’ve decided to do nutes every other watering to see how it goes to start. She is still only requiring watering about every 5 days, but I anticipate her needs will increase soon. I plan on switching the lights to 12:12 tonight. I can’t wait to see how this girl starts to stretch in the flowering period. Until next week...happy growing all ✌️

I love seeing all these bud sites developing. I think she has a good 6-8 solid bud sites that I hope will beef up over the flowering period. I decided to keep nutes light as she looks to be balanced and not showing any signs of deficiency, but I did add Tiger Bloom to the mix this week. For now I’ll continue to rotate nutes every other watering, it seems to be working so far. The only thing that concerns me at this point is the humidity has increased greatly due to the weather. So I feel I’m going to end up truly moving this girl to an indoor room to try and better control humidity, don’t want to have to worry about bud rot. Otherwise I feel she is doing well and she is definitely starting to develop a nice aroma. Until next week...happy growing all ✌️

I made the decision and moved this gal completely indoors to help reduce humidity. Thankfully I think this was the ultimate solution because humidity is already 20% lower than what it was. If humidity needs to be lowered further I have a back up in place, but I’m hoping she will do just fine now. This week I’ve noticed that her buds have definitely begun to beef up, especially from the start of this week till the end of it. She is starting to get nice and frosty too, can’t wait to start looking at trichomes once she is more mature 😍Until next week...happy growing all ✌️

This lady grew another inch this week, I don’t think she will grow much taller because her focus has turned to bud growth. Her buds are fattening up nicely with lots of frost so far and a very pleasant but mild aroma. I have continued to feed nutes every other feeding and haven’t changed up concentration on nutes but plan to change it up a little this next week. According to breeder this lady will be done between 10-12 weeks, so only a few left to go 😁 I’m looking forward to see how the next few weeks go...until next time, happy growing all ✌️

I’ve noticed a couple of the older fan leaves have changed colors. These are also fan leaves that unfortunately get pushed up against the spacebucket walls. So I’m curious if this is normal from them being pressed up to the walls or is it a deficiency? Should they be removed?

Oddly enough too much Nitrogen will also cause yellow leaves though the rest of the leaf will be clawed and deep dark and shiny green instead of pale. Your plants are experiencing nitrogen toxicity look at how shiny they are and leaf tips are curled down. Cheers 🍻

Day 58 - fed the girl some RO water, should have checked pH though because runoff was 5.9. Her lower fan leaves haven’t changed too drastically, still hopeful it’s just old leaves but I’m concerned about pH. Day 61 - wasn’t able to check on her for a few days, I was super sad to see that the discoloration on fan leaves has spread. Definitely think my pH got too low and nutrients built up. Decided to flush her in hopes to correct pH and toxicity. Fed pH’d RO till runoff was 6.5, keeping my fingers crossed I didn’t her this girl too much 😣 Day 63 - she is 36 hours post flush and is still drying out, I have a feeling it will take a few more days than usual because of the flush. The discoloration doesn’t look too bad now that I’ve removed the worst of the fan leaves. I didn’t want to remove too many leaves so I stuck to the lower and discolored fans. I also did a little more LST to try and get as much light to the main developing buds as possible for these last weeks of flower. I’m hopeful she will recover and that she will still yield a nice harvest in a few weeks. Until next week...happy growing all ✌️

The final flowering weeks have come, breeder recommendation is 10-12wks from seed to harvest. The discoloration has affected most of the main fan leaves that receive light at first, but now most of all the leaves are discolored. I have not fed any nutrients since the flush, she has only received pH’d RO water and runoff pH is within range. I’ve debated back and forth about making the chop now but I’m hoping I can push it a little longer. Trichomes appear to be mostly cloudy but I’m trying to hold out for some amber. For now I’ll take it day by day and see what she does. Until next time...happy growing all ✌️

We’ve made it to the final week for my girl. She has only received RO water for the last few weeks to flush her out. Her leaves are slowly drying up and falling off, so I definitely think it’s time to chop her. She looks nice and frosty and her aroma is sweet and piney. I’m looking forward to chopping and testing the final product after drying/curing. I will update the diary again once I’ve completed the harvest/cure process. Until next time...happy growing all ✌️

This grow started as a quarantine project, like a lot of us growing on here right now. I wanted to take a second shot at growing this strain since I had a few seeds left. My hope this time around was to try my hand at some bending and LST to see if I could increase yields from my previous harvest. Although my yield did not increase this time around it was fun to experiment with LST. Even though my yield did not increase I feel my bud quality was improved this time around. The buds are super frosty and sticky with an amazing piney aroma. Smoking her leaves me with a nice relaxed and giggly high that last hours, I love it. Overall another great grow experience that renewed my interest in growing...Until next time all; happy growing ✌️
