Time to start experimenting with this girl. Decided to start with some LST while her stem is still bendable. My goal is to try and circle her up the spacebucket, trying to expose as many bud sites as possible. I know I don’t have much time left in veg based on my last run at this strain, so I’m going to play as much as I can with the time I have left. Still just watering with RO, no nutes yet but maybe next week depending on how she looks during this upcoming week. Also made some adjustments to spacebucket; I raised the lights up, as well as added some wattage. Till next week...happy growing all ✌️

Grow Questions

I eventually would like to start adding nutrients to her feedings and wanted to know does it matter what type of water the nutrients are added to, for example: distilled, tap, RO? Or is it just the pH of the water that is important?

Distilled and RO water are nutrients free , no cal mag inside while tape water is providing some cal mag. So PH & EC/PPM May be different with distilled and RO and the tape water will have an higher ph. That said it’s the ph that is important except if you have a hard water because in that case the water use super charged in cal mag so you can add way less

I noticed a whitish yellow spot on one fan leaf and a yellow tip on another at the beginning of this week. I have not fed any nutes yet just RO water, is this an early sign of nutrient deficiency?

Hey :-) your plant is beautiful 😍🙏🏻👍. If you have not used any sewing materials so far, you can start in a small dose now. Keep it up, it will be very tasty 😎🌱

I’ve noticed a couple of the older fan leaves have changed colors. These are also fan leaves that unfortunately get pushed up against the spacebucket walls. So I’m curious if this is normal from them being pressed up to the walls or is it a deficiency? Should they be removed?

Oddly enough too much Nitrogen will also cause yellow leaves though the rest of the leaf will be clawed and deep dark and shiny green instead of pale. Your plants are experiencing nitrogen toxicity look at how shiny they are and leaf tips are curled down. Cheers 🍻
