1st time I saw the SCROG method I asked alot of smart veteran growers,"why wouldn't you just tip the plant and grow it on its side ?" My response was Mostly a chuckle . It took a few trays and it is in now way perfect but I am damn proud of myself for pulling it off .
And I know I should have used a bigger pot before any of y'alls say annyting!!

When we give flowering times they are an "estimate" . As you know in growing from seed you will get "phenotype" variance, some plants will be finished a little faster than estimated, Whereas other plants will take a little longer to mature 👍

@TeamQuality420, omg THANKS a lot for the response, a lot of quality info there. I am going very conservative with defoliation, I do not want to stress them or delay the harvest (maybe next time I will try to go more agressive). Thanks again and best wishes, following you!
@tototerremoto, for the kush-n-cheese, I took all the larger leaves at around week 3 , this is my "first" time growing an auto , i did it in 2014 but the auto game has changed dramatically.
So what I aimed to do is take the large leaves right as the plant was going into flower . The theory behind that is to stimulate growth to the bud spots by alleviating any extra stops .
1 thing your gonna notice with an autoflower when you stress it that girl is gonna look pretty depressed( just kinda standing there dropping ) in comparison to a photosensitive strain . But the autoflower will recover from that about 50% quicker than a photosensitive (12/12) genetics .
After you take the first ones off I would then determine if the plant needs a second defoli. If it's getting crowded take a second set of leaves about 20-30days later . I would suggest leaving as much as you can .
