Grab a banjo or your partner and make way for the Dosidos from Canuk. Wanted to run this strain since it came out but had prior plans to finish up. Dropped bean into a glass of RO, ph 6.3 water on the 8th. When she sank the next day placed into a damp folded paper towel. Put towel into a plastic baggie and kept warm & dark. Three days later planted 2½ inch taproot into solo cup. Soil mix is... 5 part Fox Farm Ocean Forest Soil 3 part Sphagnum Moss 2 part Vermiculite Pre rinsed soil once before planting sprout. Keeping covered with baggie to keep humid. The bean took a bit long to spout and began wondering if it was DOA. Until she showed life the end of the third day of being inside the warm, damp, folded paper towel. Yay. I'll usually get sprouts in 24-48 hrs. or less. Today she's growing happily with her second set of 'true leaves' starting to emerge. 🌱🌿🌱🌿🌱🌿🌱🌿🌱🌿🌱🌿🌱🌿🌱🌿🌱 Thanks for looking into my Canuk Dosidos diary. Until next time 🥂

Swing your partner here we grow... 🌾👢🚜🌾👢🚜🌾👢🚜🌾👢🚜🌾👢🚜🌾 May 6th- Carefully transplanted from the Solo cup into a 5gal. cloth pot. Loosened or broke up her bottom roots with my fingers before planting into hole. Soil mix... 30 parts- Fox Farm Ocean Forest Soil 10 parts- Happy Frog Soil 6 parts- Vermiculite 1 part- Earthworm Castings *Mixed well by hand and pre-rinse soil mix with 2½ gallons RO, PH 6.3 Let the excess water drain out well then loosened the soil up before transplanting. *After the transplant fed 32oz. mix... ⅛ tsp.Myco+ & 3ml. each of Sensi Grow A&B mix per gal. RO, PPM 320 PH 6.3 🌾👢🚜🌾👢🚜🌾👢🚜🌾👢🚜🌾👢🚜🌾👢 May 8th- Topped Do-si-dos above her 4th node. *She did take a little extra time to recoup from the transplant. Thinking her being topped could do the same. Maybe she'll be a touchy girl? Time will tell. May 11th- Watered ¾ gallon RO, PH 6.3 No overflow/leaching. * Gave her a EcoWorks EC, Neem Oil foliar treatment. Mixed ¼ ml. Neem per. ½ gallon RO Many thanks for checking in. Until the next time. Grow on happily 🌾👢🌾👢🌾👢🌾👢🌾👢🌾👢🌾👢🌾👢🌾

🤠🌿👢🤠🌿👢🤠🌿👢🤠🌿👢🤠🌿👢🤠 Canuk's Do-si-dos grows on. **Looking mighty skinny "leggy" she was begging me for more (sufficient) lighting. Better late than never. Watching newer growth for her rebound. Only took two lower branches off for clones... she'll be needing all of those leaves for now. 👢🤠🌿👢🤠🌿👢🤠🌿👢🤠🌿👢🤠🌿👢 May 18th- LST & light feeding of Sensi Grow A&B, Voodoo Juice mix. PPM 730, PH 6.3 May 19th- Switched MH bulb from the small 400w to a bulkier 600w. May 22nd- LST & Watered ¾ gallon RO, PH 6.3 May 24th- LST, Neem oil foliar treatment & Fed Sensi Grow A&B, B-52 PPM 875, PH 6.3 *Poor girl has been needing some adequate lighting. Hooking up 2nd hood soon. "Sorry sweetie" May 26th- Installed the 2nd hood/ballast unit, for 1K total MH wattage in usage. Looking much better & just a few hours later. Now using one 600w and one 400w Metal Halide bulbs. Should help aid with them skinny-winnies in filling out with more vigorous growth. 🙏🤠🌿🙏🤠🌿🙏🤠🌿🙏🤠🌿🙏🤠🌿🙏 Many thanks for looking in... Stay green and clean 🥂 Huggo'

Things are sad across America Lots going on with 🖤George Floyd🖤 rallies/protests✊🏾... all this & Covid' still spreading. We need social equality. "No justice!... No peace!" I believe 100% in the cause✊🏾❤️🕊️ Much too little is being done in our system & hopefully it's not too late to make some drastic changes for the good of all humanity. Just speaking my mind... sometimes it can help. Thank you kindly 🌿🕊️❤️🌿🕊️❤️🌿🕊️❤️🌿🕊️❤️🌿🕊️❤️🌿 👉With that said here's this week's Do-si-dos.. *Marked this week "Vegetative Cycle" though Do-si-dos was fed flowering nutrients at the very end of this week. May 27th- LST and defoliated. Raised hoods to 29 inches. Watered 1 gallon with about 5% overflow/leaching. Plain RO, PH 6.4 May 30th- LST, Neem oil foliar treatment. Watered <1 gallon RO, PH 6.4 Tiny overflow. May 31st- Took a couple cuttings. Seeing that Do-si-dos is healthier & more full after adding the second MH. Yay! June 1st- LST and a little defoliation done. 👉 "Feeding of Bloom Nutrients" Fed Do-si-dos 1 gallon RO, PH 6.5 PPM 1140 About 5% overflow/leaching. "Lights off for 36 hours." June 2nd- Switched out the 600w MH bulb for a 600w Eye Hortilux Super HPS. Still have the 400w MH in use for that balanced light spectrum. " Lights Back On." 🤠🌿🕊️🤠🌿🕊️🤠🌿🕊️🤠🌿🕊️🤠🌿🕊️🤠 Continue to grow happily my growmies. Catch ya' on the flip side.

"Sorry for the quality of this weeks pictures" ie; Sodium Light= Bad Catching up on some odds & ends lately ended up taking a toll on my diaries. Gettin' er' done though. Must push on as we do. Started Flowering on June 2nd. 🤠👢🌿🤠👢🌿🤠👢🌿🤠👢🌿🤠👢🌿🤠 June 4th- LST, defoliated and raised hoods. Watered 1 gallon RO, PH 6.5 June 7th- High Stress Training done and some minor defoliation. Pinched and bent over all of her main stems. Also tied down some branches and opened up her canopy. All sites are wide open. She's lookin' good. After her training session... Watered 1 gallon with a small overflow. RO, PH 6.5 June 9th- Switched out the 400w MH for a 600w MH and raised the hoods an inch. Do-si-dos bounced back nicely after the HST was done on the 7th. Thick old stalks! June 10th- Fed 1 gallon of AN Week#1 bloom nutrients. RO, PH 6.5 PPM 1650 👉 Currently have 4x cuttings off Do-si-dos rooting inside my homemade clone box. Bumped one when misting today & could have killed it. Waiting to see how it recoveres. 💦🌿🤠💦🌿🤠💦🌿🤠💦🌿🤠🌿🤠💦 First week of flowering is in the bag. Blooming has commenced. Stay tuned. Thanks for popping by my diary. Stay frosty 🥂

🤠💦👢🤠💦👢🤠💦👢🤠💦👢🤠💦👢🤠 Canuk's Do-si-dos is continuing to grow strong. She's went through a good growth spurt this week as well. 👉Her 2x Clones have already been rooted and are continuing to grow healthy. June 13th- Watered 1 gallon RO, PH 6.5 With a small overflow. June 16th- Fed Do-si-dos A.N. Week#2 bloom nutrients. Gave her 1 gallon RO, PH 6.5 PPM 1310. & with a tiny overflow/leaching. Raised & cleaned hoods, cleaned the floor and fans in the grow room. A clean grow is a happy & healthy one. June 18th- Watered 1 gallon RO, PH 6.5 Also did the last tiny bit of LST to level up her canopy. Really no stress @ all. 🤠🌿👢🤠🌿👢🤠🌿👢🤠🌿👢🤠🌿👢🤠 Week#2 of flower is now in the books for Canuk's Do-si-dos. Continue to rock on my fellow cultivators. Peace. Huggo'

🤠💦👢🤠💦👢🤠💦👢🤠💦👢🤠💦👢🤠 Do-si-dos is a bit spindly but continuing to flower & thicken up nicely. Once she puts on the weight I'll be giving her support. She smells fantastica' June 21st- Fed 1 gallon Week 3 bloom nutrients. RO, PH 6.5 PPM 1320. Raised hoods. Keeping canopy distance @ or around 29-30in June 23rd- Watered 1 gallon plain RO, PH 6.5 Slight overflow or leaching of 3%-5% June 26th- Fed 1 gallon Week 3 bloom nutrients... Without the Cal.Mag.Xtra, Sensizym or Carbo Load in this mix. Making slightly lower PPM. RO, PH 6.5 Clean floor and raised the hoods an inch or so. 🌿👢🤠🌿👢🤠🌿👢🤠🌿👢🤠🌿👢🤠🌿 Her 2x cuttings are growing well and need to come out of them darn Solo cups. Though I'll most likely only transplant & keep one of the two. (the better looking one) Awesome Sauce!! To all checking in on my journal and showing the love, you're all greatly appreciated. I always try returning that love. Stay green and clean my growmies! 🥂Huggo'

@@JP148, Makes sense. I may eventually decide to go with LEDs. They are indeed more versatile. No funds for em' at the moment & just utilizing what's available. Been using HID since my start with great results.

@Huggomadd, Still puts out more then my cheap LEDs. 600w will definitely step things up. I have 3 1000w and one 1500w LED lights but total real power draw is 740w if that makes sense. Do like the versatility of 4 separate lights

@@JP148, They are. The 400w. MH isn't cutting it anymore. Going to switch to a 600w this week.
