I notice these small flies in the grow tent. Got about 2-3 not many. Anyone know anything about them? Should I do something about it?

Is watering every 2-3 days normal? I see people water everday and dont understand how s that possible. I water every other day and the soil is always wet.

Hey gardener. I don't know these little bugs, but I know that if you're growing inside, it's to avoid the problems outside, especially those pests, so you need to get rid of them. I read in a bunch of tutorials that neem oil mixed with water is good for killing and repelling them, but you can't just apply it once; it's more of a thing you need to keep doing until they're gone. And watch out for the eggs because if you have those, they're gonna ruin all your hard work.

Good evening Trungjohnle, Doesn't it look like mealybugs? Example: https://www.jardinier-amateur.fr/jardin/cochenille_farineuse,914.html If that's the case, I recommend diluting 2 caps of Neem oil (2cl/l of water). Put the mixture in a spray bottle and spray the affected plants once a week or every 15 days. Do you have a close-up photo? Otherwise, there's pyrethrin extract from pyrethrum that works well! Hoping to have helped you with your problem? Happy growing.

Trungjohnle Got some gnat fungus flies. Follow advises of the awesome fellow growers, I decided to remove the pot out, water less, and spray solution around the tent, soil, and on the plant. Seems likes it’s under control for now. We will see if they come back or disappear for good. Cant wait to see them start flowering. According to schedule they should be on time to start by this week.
