Took the decision to remove frame early this week as buds weren't getting enough space, so far so good bit plant stems are everywhere

Plants were looking like they were ready to get flushed 1 week ago, now week new growth has started popping out the sides of the colas, so do I continue to feed or proceed with flushiing. If I wait better yield but am growing to avoid buying and crop is pretty big now?

That is pretty normal for the almost mature bud to make one final effort to be pollinated.
I believe you cant see alot of this new growth but rather one here and there?
I think you can continue your flushing and keep doing what you are doing 👌🏿

I took the possibly rash decision to remove the mesh this evening. There's loads of bud development going on below the main colas but as colas had pretty much stopped grow up getting very tangled.
Managed to manipulate all branches out stately, move space hopefully bulk up with more unity.
