Summarizing the weight. 62 grams from clone grown 20 weeks, (9 weeks veg/ 11 weeks) flower, 80 liters pot 20 grams from clone grown 15 weeks, 6 weeks veg / 9 weeks) flower, 10 liters pot Conclusions: Zamaldelica is better grown in smaller pot. (any land race Sativa really) For same amount of fertilizers and other supplies, growing in smaller pots get better result. Root bound Sativa in small pot flowers faster and more uniform. Cut cycle time by more than a month. Sativa in small pot is half the height and was much easier to handle and otherwise care for. Details: I harvested clone in plant 1 in 2 steps. First at the beginning of the week. Then the rest toward the end of the week. First harvest from clone number 1 dried easily. Buds were fluffy and this help speed up the drying process. The pistil is orange color. They look over riped. However, smell is of fresh green mango at the start of curing. Hope this batch can keep more mango smell. I don’t like the earth/carrot/nutty smell. I got 25 grams from the lower branches. Before second harvest, I nibbed off leaves from clone 1. This way wet trimming work was reduced. And I got 37 gram out of this harvest. Smaller clones were in 10 liters pot. They are producing well. I have gave one away to a friend. This guy is so stubborn. He sticks by old lore but kept running into one disaster after another. Plant was ready. If he killed her again, he would still get very good smoke. This was meant to encourage him to keep growing. Next week, I’ll be busy with a sticky and sticky Indica harvest. So, I harvest the remaining small clone a couple weeks early. And I was surprise at the dry weight. 20 grams of almost no effort. I think the best way to grow Zamaldelica in a sea of green set up is to make your own clone. It would be a real project for conservationist.
