Looks coco is incredibly great alternative to soil. This week was ended with first time huge watering, roots are strong enough and there is no risk to overwater my plant.

I think trying a center cola plant with no training is a good experiment. Especially if you have good quality light. I'd only suggest doing some lst just to flatten the canopy and increase light penetration.
Even if you grow a natural looking plant I'd at least do a defoliation of the bottoms to eliminate some popcorn buds.
