PapaBaer In the pictures, weeks 1 and 2 are summarized. The plants are developing well except for the bends in the leaves, which I’m not sure what’s causing yet. I turned off the additional fan since they were getting too much wind. This is my first grow, and I would be very grateful for any help... I raise the lamp 1-2 cm higher every day so they can stretch a bit...

PapaBaer The ladies have grown very well. They're just a bit small, so I'm going to start tying a net for them and then begin with some light LST. If anyone has tips for LST, I'm all ears. I've raised the lamp now so they have to stretch more, and I can pull the individual branches a bit apart. If anyone has trimming tips, I could really use those too; it's my first grow. I'm currently fertilizing every other day. The ladies are also getting only 200-400ml of water per day, depending on the soil moisture.

Those look super healthy. Awesome plants. Depends on your intent. long vege? shorter vege? With that many, you probably won't be vege'ing long. Something many do the first grow is vege them a bit too long. Many of those continue to make that mistake for a while afterward too, lol. I think topping and whatever training needed to even things out as it fills in is the best option for that space and 6 plants. The moment you have 4-6 colas per plant nice and even and growing vertically, probably good time to switch to bloom. ~3 more weeks of vigorous growth to come, even so. You could bend them down horizontally and LST without topping, or also topping too. Unless you are moving to a larger space, i think the other option is a faster path to a well-filled space.

Not really. You did what you needed to now your girls will do the rest. Looks like a nice clean cut! No signs of infection. Just as a tip always clean your tool with rubbing alcohol to sterilize it. But it looks beautiful. Gonna be a nice plant! Cheers and happy growing!

hi buddy it takes a few weeks for the bloom to appear :-) the stains could come off, it may be that you spray the plants with agents, and the remaining stains are. or use a microscope to see if you can find any animals, but I don't think so

The plants are in excellent condition, but I advise you to wait 1 week from the repot. Give your plants time to overcome stress, and if everything seems perfect, move on to 12-12. Good luck friend!

Hello, the next question: see_no_evil: What can I do to lower the temperature even more? At the canopy, it's 29-30.5 degrees Celsius. I already have 2 fans and the exhaust running at maximum level; it looks like the ladies are standing in an autumn storm. On the ground, it's 24.5 degrees Celsius.

I have a question.... I only have a 1.6m tall tent and my big ladies are now almost 80cm tall. My problem is that the temperature at the leaf canopy is almost 30 degrees. I've already left the tent door and the apartment door open, but that doesn't help much; the thermometer is...

PapaBaer Super week, they are growing tall, almost 30cm at least one of the 6. The leaves are huge and growing faster than I can trim them to give the ladies some breathing room. I had to cut the fan leaves 3 times this week, and I did a little lollipop as well. Just to trim the undergrowth where no light reaches. I've managed the massive temperature problem with another fan (now 3 in a 60x60 tent) and an open tent door. The flower pistils look very good, and many little white hairs are forming at the sites. If I haven't annoyed them too much now, it will be a nice harvest. According to the breeder, only 4-5 weeks left.

PapaBaer What a week! The ladies are growing so fast and beautifully, it's insane... check out weeks 6 and 7, that little orange string on the back wall. Without it, I wouldn't have even noticed the growth. Unfortunately, I had a 30-hour power outage. I wasn't home, and bam, the fuse blew. :-( I had to rearrange the tent and take off the lid because 1.60m was too low with the lamp and now I have the poles from the 2.00m tent in there, and unfortunately no lid anymore, but it's not that bad since the door is constantly open anyway, otherwise the temperature rises too much. During the rearrangement, I accidentally broke/bent some colas, but it's not a big deal; they stood back up by themselves two days later. For the front ones, I did some LST on the lower colas since right in front of the tent is the other lamp for the babies, so they get some light too and can grow. I had to defoliate three times last week because the ladies produce so much foliage and take the light away from themselves. I also did some lollipopping so they don't start developing too much humidity at the bottom. In my opinion, it looks very nice. I give them about 0.5L of water per plant depending on their needs, sometimes every 2 days, sometimes daily, depending on how thirsty the ladies are. I'm already looking forward to the harvest. Can anyone estimate how much longer it will take? Or when I should stop fertilizing?... just send a PM, English is no problem for me.

So the switch to LED is happening, I hope the ladies are okay with it now... except for one bent leaf and the shock of suddenly getting rained on by poles, nothing has happened to them...🙈 this serves as a picture update since I can't change them in the individual weeks....

PapaBaer Another very good week. I switched to LED and the ladies are thanking me with really beautiful and nicely smelling buds. I counted a total of 125 buds on the 6 ladies, pretty evenly distributed. One drops her leaves right after feeding, no idea why, but a few hours later she’s fine again. So now nothing stands in the way of the harvest in 3-4 weeks... I’m already looking forward to it. It’s also nice to notice a small or big change every day.

PapaBaer They're not growing anymore, but that's okay... the buds are starting to develop further, I hope you can see it in the photos. There are some nice big buds... and countless little popcorn buds. What do you think? I think I'll stop feeding by the end of this week and then harvest the ladies in 2 weeks, I think. Professional advice is welcome. Have fun with your projects!

They look great! 👍 What light do u use? And how come you only give them 15h light this week, are you transitioning to bloom?

Green_Dream commented6y ago
@PapaBaer, There are a few things to look at: First of all post a picture of the hole grow area so we can see how that looks. I can see 6 plants. They look quite big already, so they will soon take up all the space. You probably what to flip them to bloom(12/12) no later than week 4. Ideally you should transplant them into larger pots, around 11l I would say, if space allows. And you want that fan to blow the whole time, otherwise you risk the humidity will get too high and you will eventually get mold. You should also consider slowing introducing some nutrients this week. About LST: I would probably just tie down the main stem, it doesn’t have to be much, but it makes a big big difference in the end. It looks like this: https://images.app.goo.gl/jYAyZqGpH6QBKb4X8

@Green_Dream, I'll send the picture soon, can I send it to you like this? The stems of the plants are still very small, and I'm afraid to break them if I bend them. Are you sure I should send the plants into flowering in the 4th week? That would be in 10 days. I'm trying to stress them a bit tomorrow, but not too much, or should I do that before the dark phase? Pictures to follow; I'll just create a question for that.

@PapaBaer, Ideally do the LST and especially topping before switching to bloom. But let’s see, cuz if you keep them on 15h light, they might bloom anyway 😄 🌸

Hello there fellow grower! I Love misty G , I am growing her too, and she is pushing so many trichomes on fan leaves, and light pink one! Any way all her phenos are fire! Looking very good in your tent! I see you are wrestling with them lol it is always a struggle with the small space we have! luckily MJ can take a lot of bending, so do not hesitate! I think you still have 4/5 weeks of feeding and could finish in 5/6 weeks, but this is the shortest time possible, sometimes it can be more but depending on how much patience you have to wait for those cloudy trichomes... Will be following, Good luck!

Wow, the ladies are blowing my mind... I'm so fascinated by the ladies, it's my first grow and I've counted the following buds on the ladies. Critical Kush 17/14/17 (three plants) Purple Punch 34 Misty Gorilla 15 (it's just starting to really bloom) Critical 28 It's amazing how they've developed... especially with the stress. I'm looking forward to harvest time!

I unfortunately had to trim the ladies a bit... the big leaves were blocking the light from the colas on the stem. Now the little ones can keep growing too. Of course, no more than 1 leaf per plant max.

PapaBaer commentedweek 36y ago
A short veg phase would be preferable for me on the first grow. Just to get to know the ladies better. I will pamper 2 of them with LST and another one with topping to see the difference. I still have 12 autoflowering in the germination phase. Let's see what comes of that; it will be 3 reports per strain, one for each :-) ....
