Three stage perpetual harvest, this is one of three crops. Will transplant to 3 gallons. All three tents .75m^2 (2'x4') First stage, 160W blue under Mars Hydro Reflector 144. Second stage, 317 Blue+Red under a different Mars Hydro Reflector 144. Third stage, 400W full-spectrum under 2x Roleadro 400w (200w each draw). Putting learning HST into practice last couple grows, had some accidents but everything has turned out all right. Have some silica, been a big fan of that so far. Biggest issue is non-complete control of humidity / temp. Canna Coco AB + Rhizotonic + GH CaliMagic / Armor Si. Calculated with their tool set to "Hard water, light feed." Foliar at same strength daily. Have had issues with iron deficiency without calmag. Light feed has seemed dead on so far instead of "still too much" for me.

Will move lights down to 50cm after making sure transplant is good. Had a few feeder roots break but nothing major, consider it a success. Liking these cut & drilled 2L for seedlings, with pucks and straight coir. Moving up to veg feed as well. Waiting for their first cut, will probably take them a bit to make roots and then nodes. 3 Gal bags with 50/50 cocotek & coarse perlite.

Thinking i will either four way or full mainline this instead of nebula, not sure which will work best with 3" scrog (the kind where you dont use it for support). any of them will probably be dense through the scrog, but this one probably has extra time before it hits the cobs to recover and really develop. i dont want to waste that. Running out of rhizo, everybody gets 2ml now =/ swear by it now, beats heck out of gh rapidstart though expensive. This is a record vigor/growth for 21 days for me. Sorry I haven't been as active in the comments, having some surgery complications a little bit. Hoping everyone's grows are doing well!

Out of Rhizo. Topped them all. Had a couple mishaps so some are topped one node lower now. All should make four-ways now; four plants have an extra pair of limbs intended to be clones. Every plant has all four new colas HST to some extent. I have not started tying the top pairs down as this is how the other two plants are now topped lower. It's a thin line with the silica because I want the silica vigor but there's a narrow window in which to HST at low risk it seems like. After the branches are super young, good luck HSTing those iron branches without breaking. Not feeling well, did not take extensive photos. They're doing well all things considered.

This update was really frustrating because I pulled every plant out for a photoshoot (which was fine). In the process knocked my head against the light fixture after the last plant, causing my thermometer to fall on a plant and break one of its four main limbs most of the way through. I threw a proper temper tantrum, frankly. I got more rhizotonic, which is good. This is more of a 4-way that was continued to 8 colas, with the vertical-facing nodes removed. Should serve well for a scrog. Anything I can't fill with these six, hopefully will have clones to plug the gap.

As per my AvT diary, I have discontinued every day feed and flushed; these plants have resumed every other day feeding. Using my PPM reading and canna calc. This batch is younger and should have less built up salts. I have had some breakages, so these will not be perfect 8-cola manifolds for scrog. However, I remain confident in my ability to cover enough area, particularly given how long these still have to veg. Thinking of starting the scrog early due to the length of veg, make sure growth stays horizontal.

Big excitement this week! My ph meter broke and backup wouldnt calibrate, had to go two days without water. Also a lot of work with the other tents. These ones are getting real big and I super need to assemble my scrog within the next day or two, perhaps re-do some tiedowns. I had big intentions to make before and after defoliation etc pics and will have to do that type of detail some other week, sadly.

Getting ready for when there's room in the flowering tent, going to veg these a few weeks (in a whole 2x4 instead of one that has two other plants in it) and then flip them. Trying to stagger my harvests for perpetual harvest. Getting these ready to stretch. Checking the feed schedule, in the future I will be probably feeding 7ml instead of 8.5 of canna AB, as the stage I was watering at is apparently less for later vegging and more for stretch period. First scrog, took me a while to get the hangers in to hang it; the plants needed to be re-tied and got a little bit vertical on me. Hopefully it's under control.

Changed nutes based on PPM and not being in strech to match the schedule, from 8.7 to 7.1 They're mostly waiting to get a whole tent to themselves as soon as the first couple autos finish. I'm going to move them to where the Medical Mass are stretching (and those into the cob tent). Gonna finish the autos on 24hr 317w blurple instead of the cobs, they got 14 weeks of 400w cobs, theyll be fine. They're at 13" light distance after i moved them up to the scrog, still not really showing any light stress.. 7 finger leaves etc. I will move them up at some point but really hopefully they only have days in this tent. EDIT: indeed first signs of light stress. yanked to 18"

Moved into new tent. Cut off nodes #1/3 off almost every cola, a couple i left to see what they do -- much less crowded, cola structure and spacing looking good. Will move the light down to 20". These only have a few weeks until I flip them; trying to establish a perpetual harvest. Could have flipped them already but this will give them more time under the cobs.

Lights still backed off over light stress; these showed ph imbalances my other plants did not, not sure why. Seems better now? These seem to have stagnated, but as I have cut on them so heavily to reduce crowding... I am hopeful that the next couple weeks before I flip them will go to good use recovering. Need to establish a rythm for my perpetual harvest, so these need to go about 4 weeks after I flipped the RQS medical mass (now under my COBs). Also will give them more time to peak flower (instead of late) under the better lights. Thinking on re-arranging the plants to reduce crowding / maximize yield. I may end up putting different sized objects under different plants and lowering the screen.

Been cutting back on nutes and just watering. In a rush, no real pics. I took one of the plants to be a mother, down to five now. They're a bit on the vertical side for true scrog... but otoh theyre much wider, much more able to yield, and i havent had to tie them to it yet.

Hard to tell, but it's only five plants. one takes up almost 2'x2'. Pistils really showing so I defoliated; this is the most "bald" they're likely to get. This amount of trimming should let the canopy develop more deeply. I have larfed again, and am hopeful of my eventual cola shapes and lengths. I believe it's because they went too vertical before I had room for them, bit crowded. First scrog and all. Resumed calmag, whoever told me to start cutting it out during stretch is wrong about my tap water. Had some iron def. When they are really flowering I will start skipping silica doses and drop the rhizo altogether. Been giving them 5ml instead of 2.5 of the potassium silicate to try to avoid issues supporting branches. Also I flushed them with heavy and then light water-only doses for a while to cut down on gnats (good luck chewing through these silica roots) so they started to nitrogen def at the bottom. Have resumed normal feeding routine. All these babies are covered in purple on their branches, so I'm quite hopeful they don't just recover but yield appropriately. No clue on yield estimate.

Resumed 4ml calmag after iron def at 2ml. Still giving big doses of silica, will stop soon, just trying to make sure theyre strong. Concerned I lollipopped too much; these had waiting time to veg and stagnated; I had thought they'd stretch more than they did. For the most part, cola length and density appears to be on track, however. The large one in particular doesn't have the length or density of cola I'd like. Part of why I took a different one to be mother. With the root mass it must have, I'm hoping it puts off ridiculous diameter of cola. Critical mass and all.

Still feeding potassium silicate to ensure stems are sturdy for the bulking phases. Not doing molasses for now, will do later. If she bulks like I think she will, I should be happy with this harvest; only 5 plants or not. Won't break my harvest record, but hopefully will break a single-plant record. The sixth plant is going to be a very happy mother and there will be a lot of clone practice.

Haven't had to raise light from 16" -- have 5 finger leaves in hot spot still. Still trying to control the gnats in this room tho it's mostly the other tent. Have been skimping on water/feed volume for both. 5ML potassium silicate for root strength against gnats and stem strength to not need yo-yos. Have been giving blackstrap molasses with more waterings. Still wish I could afford a better phone/camera. This is the best I've got for now.

Have moved them to the cobs and removed the scrog. Medical Mass hogged the cob tent for no good reason long enough. Thought these would have a month or more under cobs instead of 2-2.5 weeks. Lights now at 18, no more 16.. especially the cobs now. Too late into flower to flirt with that, not with temps getting up to 24-25. Still using silica because they're unsupported and for root strength. Will drop down to post-main-flower nutrients next feed. Almost time to start checking crystals, I didn't know this was a 7-8 week strain. Would have started it first, made my perpetual harvest better.

Photos are bad. Took a ton, tremors on all of them. Can't get a new camera yet. Didn't go back, they're dark. Got a lot going on in terms of multiple family members trying to die. They're finishing, not much to say. Been defoliating, you can see. Reduced canna as per schedule to post-bulking amount. Did not discontinue silica. They're rock hard.

Bad photos late in flower is bad karma but super busy this week with new equipment. The mother I kept from this batch will be the first to go into the new, filtered mother tent. The clones I take will have a heated rooting station, rigid 3d airpot 1L starters, mykos (yes in coir), and 1/2/3/5 gallon intermediate potting as needed. In the perpetual harvest, after rooting in the station and being transplanted out of the 1L containers, they should have 4-5 weeks to root into larger containers before moving to a flowering tent. The question will be to see how vigorous I can get them in that time. Will make effort to get closeups in particular before everything gets harvested.

Still ripening, still flushing. I feel like these girls have gone three weeks without watering and like two feeds for the past five -- cant be true but yeesh! Still clear trichs! That said, theyre bulking very well. They're at least going to dark before chop, early or not, once the NL hit 3gals. Will need this tent. First 3 plants dry weights, since I only get one harvest post: CCM1 60.9 CCM2 44.7 CCM3 33.8 Disappointed in the one but i think these two are both bigger than that.

These girls ended up waiting on the Mephisto Autos to finish too long, and got tall for a scrog. I should have taken the big one, CCM1 (60.4) and let it go vertical. Instead, it dominated the tent and the total yield suffered -- even considering removing a plant. All these plants could have been flatter/larger and yielded more. If nothing else, I now know plants this size need to go into a 5 gallon when using coir. That said, the clone mother is at least as healthy and much more dense and even of nodes. I am quite hopeful for my clones of it. Will try to raise one of those clones into a new, smaller mother, then prune and flower this one. I still can't afford a better phone, so these are the best photos I have out of the shoots we did before each harvest. Some didn't come out at all. Yields: CCM1 60.9 CCM2 44.7 CCM3 33.8 CCM4 46.5 CCM5 57.1 ---- 243g 5 plants, 2x200w Roleadro COB, 3 gallons of 50/50 coir/perlite. Good per-plant yields for this size, apart from the runt. Do it all over again I'd have yanked the runt and put the 4 that were similiar size in 5 gallons a month before flip. Kept the giant for mother. Same setup, eight mephistos in 3gal all did like 2-2.25 oz each for JUST over 1GPW, assuming i will have to clone sog in hydro to hit it with CBD.
